Ce magnifique condo Highlands Townhome est situĂ© dans le village de Beaver Creek, avec un excellent accĂšs skis aux pieds. Nos clients peuvent dĂ©couvrir l'intimitĂ© d'ĂȘtre Ă  l'Ă©cart de l'agitation du village, tout en bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d'un accĂšs skis aux pieds Ă  l'ascenseur Centennial depuis le patio arriĂšre de la maison de ville.

Cette magnifique propriété, qui peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes, est divisée en deux niveaux. Le niveau inférieur comprend une cuisine moderne entiÚrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des plafonds voûtés, un foyer au bois, une buanderie, un local à skis et un espace de stationnement extérieur.

Pour assurer un maximum d'intimité, toutes les chambres sont situées à l'étage supérieur de la propriété. La configuration de la chambre est la suivante:

Cette résidence comprend un service de ménage d'un jour sur deux pour les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. Les lits sont faits, les poubelles sont enlevées, les salles de bain sont nettoyées, les serviettes rafraßchies, la cuisine est entretenue et toutes les surfaces et les robinets restent étincelants. Veuillez noter que les services de ménage ne sont pas prévus les jours fériés importants.

We loved the house and location for our ski trip! The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The convenience of skiing off the back porch was awesome, as well as being close to the pool & hot tubs. We used the concierge service for advice and booking our extras during our stay, which was also helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Concierge was great. Always available and gave great advice. Loved the wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood to burn all week. Walk out the door and you are on the slope. Easy hill perfect for getting kids down to the lift.

Family Get Away.

Beautiful home. Well equipped. Clean. Close to town. Very comfortable. Grandkids loved the pool and easy hikes right out the back door. Check in and communication was fantastic. We will be back.

Slope runs right behind the property for easy in and out. Close enough for a quick drive or ski to the village. Town of Avon just a 5 minute drive.

Very cozy ski in and out.

Overall great! Just had a little problem with the online photo of master bath not being up to date so I had to call the manager about that but she arranged a fast fix. Also, I did have to buy some fire kindling and a new stick lighter. The one that was provided was out and the matches were not sufficient to light a fire, especially without the kindling.

Summer in the mountains

We spent the month of July staying in this beautiful townhome and couldn’t recommend it more. This was truly our home away from home and it was perfect for our family of 5. We also had some guests visit throughout the month and had plenty of room for them. The location was within walking distance of the village, hiking/biking trails and the beaver creek tennis center. The pool and hot tubs were right outside our back door which the kids used almost daily! The townhouse itself was very updated and comfortable and the weekly housecleaning was an added bonus that was very appreciated. The concierge service that comes with the rental is amazing as well! I was able to call/text with any questions and always received a quick response. The only thing I would recommend is updating the furniture on the back patio with something a bit more comfortable. Being there in the summer, we wanted to spend as much time outside as possible and the back patio furniture was sparse and not very comfortable. We truly had the best family vacation filled with so many great memories and we hope to return to this townhome again! Thank you so much!
