2 Bed / 2Bath - Master Queen avec salle de bain privée, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre secondaire. Le salon a un canapé pliant. Vous pouvez venir ici et ne pas partir! Le complexe comprend une piscine intérieure, une piscine extérieure avec toboggan géant, un minigolf de 9 trous, des courts de tennis, des terrains de basket-ball, une aire de jeux, une cour, des barbecues au gaz et au charbon de bois et plus encore! L'heure d'été propose des activités / événements hebdomadaires supplémentaires coordonnés par le bureau! Du plaisir pour tout le monde! Another amazing week

We have rented the same unit for years now and it is absolutely the best! Place is great, location is awesome and the owners are accommodating and have great communication if you have questions! We will continue to rent for years!

Great location and VERY clean

This condo was a great find for my family. Lots of activities to do as a family onsite which saves on the car trips. Quick walk to beach. The indoor pool and jacuzzi made for fun water time even on a rainy day. Incredibly clean, comfortable and convenient.

Over all was nice place. The lady I rented from was quick to replay back and quick to try to solve the issue we had. Which wasn't nothing major. Check in and out was quick and very nice ppl in the office .only they thing could have change was to let everyone know that they were doing different things activities each day maybe get out a piece of paper saying what they were doing those days of the week so on. We had no idea that they were doing things like that until I was checking out !

Clean!

The property was impeccably clean. It wasnt all that big but it was ample room for me and my grandson. Outdoors the water slide and pool were a big hit. I wish that there were some towels for the kitchen or the bathroom. I didn't mind bringing sheets from home, I just didn't think about bringing towels. For the price it seems like some of these simple amenities should be provided. Even so we had a good time! Thank you kk

Excellent condo

The condo was as wonderful as described, clean, updated, and close to all the amenities. Check in was a mess, but that was not the fault of the owner, it was an issue with a place at the beach. The owner took time out of her Friday evening to ensure I got into the condo that night and security made sure we didn’t get ticketed but lack of internet until the next morning was frustrating. I suggest calling APATB ahead to ensure they know you are coming and have your welcome packet ready for you. The upgrades to this condo make you feel at home immediately. I would stay recommend it to my friends and stay here again.

Perfect getaway experience

Enjoyed our time at this property and the amenities offered for our kids! We happened to be here on Easter weekend and the property had the cutest egg hunt and fire and rescue vehicles for kids to tour! The perfect little morning while it was still chilly in April. Heated pools and a short little walk to the beach made our spring trip delightful! Property was in immaculate condition, and very calming and serene decor added to the experience. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our trip

We have come to this location several times and always have a great time!! The updates in this unit were very nice, overall it was great. It would be nice to have at least sheets and towels and a few beach chairs provided. We would rent this unit again, for sure!

Fun at the Beach

We arrived a little early and were allowed to check in. The condo was not just clean, it was very inviting. We settled in right away. we did all of the beach stuff, but in addition the kids played tennis and basketball and we swam in the indoor pool every day. When we came back at the end of the day, it was like coming home. We loved it.

Great Condo!

The condo was exactly as pictured. The location of the unit within the complex was great. Easy access to the beach, outdoor pool, indoor pool and parking. Amanda was responsive to my many questions on the exact location (perhaps including those details in the listing would eliminate those questions) and it was as she described. There was an easy process to check-in after hours, which we required. The condo is super cute, very clean and a great size for a family. Definitely recommend and plan to book again in the future!

Perfect Family Beach get-away

Loved the renovations for the unit. Perfect beach location and property amenities for a family vacation, including pool, put-put golf, and grass field for playing soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc. Only downfall is we are out of state so bringing all of our linens and "stuff" for the beach is hard (shade, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.) Would be nice if they were provided, even at a higher cost.

Great Rental

The condo was great and so was the property. We enjoyed all the various amenities. Only complaint was poor wifi. We had to repeatedly reconnect and at times weren’t able to connect at all.

If your looking for a nice condo close to the beach look no further. This little resort is Lots of Fun for kids too! Property owner is very responsive and helpful.

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

We loved our stay here. The amenities were really amazing. We had access to the beach, pool, mini-golf, food and activities. Our condo was cozy and nice. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The view of the courtyard was perfect. We could see our kids while relaxing on the balcony. Overall, it was a seemless process and really great! We had an awesome vaca!

Good for the Price

There are some reasons we enjoyed our stay and some that disappointed us. The beach is close, big, and beautiful. The unit is a good size for two people and you can see the owner is trying to keep up (almost new laminate flooring), but this unit is a throwback to the 80's and is in dire need of an update. And that includes the pots and pans. The couches and beds were comfortable enough, but the carpeting needs to be replaced. If not, a deep clean would be good. Toilets and bathroom fixtures are adequate but very low to the ground! And while we're talking about cleaning, kitchen cabinets were sticky and no one checked for dried food on the silverware before putting it back in the drawer! Most of the unit could use a professional repainting, including the deck (which needs new outdoor carpeting as well as furniture that isn't cracked and broken. The grounds are kept clean and it wasn't noisy in our unit at all during our stay, but this is definitely a "family" place with a terrific water slide, but of course that means lots of screaming little children. We had the opportunity to visit with this unit owner's neighbor and that unit was beautifully updated. Of course, that probably means it would be more costly to rent, so you definitely get what you pay for at A Place At The Beach. Love the Crystal Coast, Fort Macon, and the Aquarium, but won't stay at this resort again.
