Cette propriété unique est nichée à Knox Mountain et comprend 3 niveaux de vie en plein air, à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville de Kelowna et du lac. Quatre des chambres ont des lits queen et une a un lit simple, une autre chambre a un lit simple et un canapé-lit queen dans la taniÚre. La maison est entiÚrement meublée et équipée pour tous vos besoins. L'espace de vie en plein air consiste en une salle à manger en plein air avec un grand barbecue à l'extérieur de la cuisine / salle familiale. Le 2Úme niveau dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée par une couverture solaire. Les vues sont à couper le souffle à chaque niveau. Suite non incluse, elle n'est plus louée, utilisation par le propriétaire uniquement en cas de besoin. La suite est à l'écart du reste de la propriété, les clients seront à 100% intimité, aucune des commodités ou des entrées ne serait partagée. N'hésitez pas à poser des questions.

Great location, spacious home and great views from the pool deck

My friends and I (12 people total) stayed in this home for a wedding the second week of September. It was in a great location and the host was extremely kind and responsive. We were a bit concerned about the noise bylaws and parking, but everything worked out great. The view of downtown and the water from the pool deck/gazebo is incredible.

Golf trip

Stayed for 5 days while on a golf trip. The house worked really well for the 4 of us and location was excellent. Only thing negative would be the outside could be kept up better as it’s starting to look run down , and also a second suite on ground floor that someone else was in while we were there. If you have mobility issues , you wouldn’t want to rent here as there is alot of stairs but views are amazing.

Great place, but a few things to know

House it beautiful, the view is AMAZING and the pool is great. One key thing to know is that the driveway and parking are very difficult. It is challenging to park multiple cars. If you have a van or SUV, it is almost impossible to fit into the garage We scratched our rental car just to get up the driveway.

Sadly, we rented this house for a mum's getaway and it turned out to be a DISASTER! Long story short, the owner kept $500 of our money for a noise ordinance fine that did not exist!!

Great location

Had a wonderful four night stay in this amazing home. The driveway is steep and lower vehicles may bottom out. The pool was amazing - very private. Great for families.

Great Holiday Retreat

We really enjoyed this home. It is in a great location, Knox's trails right behind you, and downtown in front of you. Having said that, we spent our hot sunny afternoons at the pool. :)

Amazing Unique Property with An Oasis Pool

This is an amazing property to spend your family vacation. Close to the shops, beaches and restaurants. Picturesque and private pool on top of the hill overlooking the city and lake. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Private Resort

We had an excellent stay here, it felt like we were at a private resort. There was a heat wave during our stay, but we stayed cool with a/c inside and the pool outside. The views from the top gazebo are amazing, and we star gazed at night. The pool has a shallow end (4 ft) and a very deep end (10 ft) which was great for my teens who spent hours swimming every day. The neighbourhood hosts a fully contained off-leash park where we took our dog every day, and walking down the hill from there gives you access to the Knox Mountain trails. We explored the trails first thing in the morning before the heat. The kitchen is well stocked, and beach towels are provided. Laurie was very helpful! Thank you!

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time bringing grandparents and grandkids together for a holiday. The pool was great fun and the house had most of the things we needed/wanted. The stairs were a little too much for grandma and grandpa, as it was a very steep driveway, then 3 more flights up to the pool. Nice rooms and comfy beds kept us comfortable while we were there.

Getaway

Laurie’s home is beautiful and the views stunning! The house was well stocked and we didn’t feel anything was missing. We had a slight problem and Laurie was very quick to return my call and remedy the problem. I would rent this property again and would recommend it to any family

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time at this property! Many things were supplied - dish/laundry detergent, t. paper, soap, spices - most of the basics. The pool area was beautiful and we rarely left! The gazebo offered breathtaking views of the city. The house was lovely The owner was accommodating and friendly. We were sad to leave!!

Knox Mountain Beauty

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie’s place. The views are stunning and there was tons of room for us, perfect for families. It had everything we needed so we didn’t have to buy a lot when we stocked up on groceries. The pool was great, a little cold for sure, but it was also spring time. I brought our kids wetsuits and they got in lots. The adults (and kids) enjoyed the hot tub. In the heat over the summer, the pool would be very refreshing. There’s a family of marmots above the pool area which is super cute, but they leave quite a mess of poop, so we didn’t use that area. Laurie was very apologetic for this and aware it needs taken care of, so I’m sure it will be resolved ASAP, and the house and property was large enough that we didn’t need to use that area so it was fine for us. The proximity to Knox Mountain for hiking/walking was PERFECT! Laurie was every helpful and responded to any questions or concerns we had, which made the experience seamless. I would highly recommend it for a family.

Great place, great location

We rented this vacation home for 6 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was great, nice furnishings and excellent location. I would definitely recommend this place to others and rent this vacation home again. However the ad for this rental was misleading. The ad mentions a pool and hot tub and no where did it mention that we would be unable to use either of these (we assumed the pool would not be in use as it was February when we stayed at the rental). But the ad should have mentioned that both the pool and hot tub were not in use as we were looking forward to the hot tub.

Fantastic Property

Property was great. Plenty of room and beds for our entire group. Kitchen was well-equipped. Outdoor patio area was great for a group BBQ. Pool was awesome. Great views of the lake and city. Location was good. Close enough to be walkable to downtown but far enough to be a little isolated and quiet. We even saw several deer in the hills surrounding the house. The property manager was easy to get in touch with for any questions during our stay. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Our family has always dreamed of owning a home in Kelowna, I have travelled to Kelowna as long as I can remember and when I found this property it was beyond what I could have imagined. With the breathtaking views, newly renovated home and backing onto know mountain, It was everything I dreamed of and more. The past two owners have put a labour of love into this home and property, with the home being newly renovated.
