Octopus House - Simple and well located holiday house in Sitia

Old house built according to Greek Style less than 50 meters from the Kazarma Fortress in Sitia and less than 5 minutes walking from the center and the shops, and less than 10 minutes from the beach. A car is clearly not needed while staying in this house.

The house is 60 square meters equipped with simple pieces of furnitures. However, our house is extremely well located, being less than 5 minutes by foot from the center of the beautiful Sitia, its shops and beaches.

Moreover, you will enjoy a 40 square meters private yard, which is equipped with barbecue, water access, table and chairs.

The house is being improved thanks to recent works. Indeed, you will enjoy an all new bathroom, and some renovations are being done for your comfort. All electric supplies in the kitchen are less than 12 months (oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc.).

A double bed is provided in the bedroom, which will be fully repainted before any rental. Moreover, there is also a sofa in the main room which suits for 1 adult or 2 children up to 12 years old.

The access to the house is very simple since there is a key box in order to check-in at your preferred time : this allows you flexibility for check-in and check-out. A booklet as well as a 24/7 assistance are also provided in case you have any question while arriving. Moreover, a small guide of Sitia will be provided.

A free parking plot is located less than 50 meters from the house. The street of the house cannot be accessed by car since there are stairs: therefore, even if the house is suitable for disabled people, I would not recommend them to choose our accommodation because of the street stairs.

Sitia Airport is 10 to 15 minutes by car, which means 10-15€ taxi fare. Car rentals are available at Sitia Airport and in the center.
