Appartement au centre de la ville. Le confort offert par la maison est excellent, pour rendre votre séjour confortable, parfait pour 2 personnes et avec une capacité de 5 personnes. Avec une chambre avec un lit double et un canapé-lit, dans le salon / salle à manger, en plus de sa cuisine ouverte et sa salle à manger, il y a un canapé-lit double et un beau balcon lumineux. EntiÚrement équipé, (ascenseur, climatisation, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, TV, cuisine, linge, salle de bain, wifi)

Son excellent emplacement dans la vieille ville (EL BARRIO) et à cÎté de la plage de Postiguet en font une bonne option pour vos vacances, loisirs et activités attrayantes pour le voyageur, à la fois pour une escapade entre amis et en famille. A 10 minutes à pied de la plage et du port, entouré de sites touristiques, cathédrales, hÎtels de ville, églises, basiliques, chùteau, musées, théùtres, parcs, magasins, supermarchés, magasins (marché central), bars, tapas et pub.

La voiture n'est pas nécessaire, elle est facilement accessible en bus, qui arrivent de l'aéroport direct (LIGNE 6C), ou en taxi, ou en tram.

The positives - great location, lovely balcony. The negative - very basic apartment, uncomfortable bed. The worst was the noise from the apartment upstairs, a women screaming, children crying. It was so bad, we moved out early.

This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed at end of May and was an obvious choice for our trip in December. The location is close to everything - bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and comfortable - everything you need for a holiday. Maritza is an excellent host and easy to contact. Definitely would recommend this apartment. Thank you Maritza!

Apartment was super and Maritza was a great host - was in a great location close to bars, restaurants and shops and short walk to the marina and esplanade and beach not far.I would definitely recommend Rivera Apartments - stayed in 4.1 which was very comfortable and well equipped.

Sehr zentral gelegen

Diese Unterkunft ist fĂŒr eine Erkundung Alicantes super gut gelegen. Tram,Bus und Bahn in der NĂ€he, eine tolle Markthalle, alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Das Apartement ist fĂŒr zwei Personen super gut. Zum Stadtstrand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und zur Playa San Juan 30 Minuten mit der Tram.

LÀget var bra och trevlig balkong för frukost. VÀldigt nÀra till gamla staden, metro,bageri och matbutik och flygbussen. Köket var undermÄligt, porslin och glas kunde varit bÀttre.

A really great time

My wife and i stayed 21 days in the apartment in Alicante and we really enjoyed our time. The location is brilliant! Our host was great providing us with a map of the area and there was a little book on Alicante in the apartment giving a background and guide to places of interest, museums and art wit suggested routes, we went to them all. The host also sent suggestions on beaches to visit and places to eat. The buses are within 10 mins or under and get you everywhere for under 5 euros, there is a tram station 3 mins up the road where we took a day trip to Benidorm, near to that is a very reasonably price supermarket and next to the apartment is a Pizza place open at the weekends, very nice and very reasonable. The apartment was clean and well stocked with alll the amenities you need, the door of the washing machine does need attention though. We loved eating on the balcony and enjoying the buzz and hub bub taking place in the square with all its variety of food and drink bars. Thank for a really great time.

Great Apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. Maritza was extremely easy to contact and check-in was very easy. She was very helpful with any questions we had regarding the apartment and provided info about things to do and see in the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of storage in the bedroom to unpack. The bathroom was larger than we expected for an apartment and the shower was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, within a few minutes of the historic area and market, but also very close to shopping. We would recommend it to any of our friends.

Dagje alicante

Gelegen in het oude centrum middenin de stad en toch dichtbij de zee. Op de 4e verdieping met een mooi overzicht over de buurt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We hebben heerlijk op het kleine terras kunnen zitten genieten van het heerlijke weer.
