Un accueil trĂšs chaleureux dans notre appartement lumineux et ensoleillĂ© au coeur de Paris. C'est un appartement d'une chambre de 45 mĂštres carrĂ©s (~ 500 pieds carrĂ©s) pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  2 personnes, parfait pour un couple ou deux amis. Il a un lit queen size et un canapĂ©-lit qui se transforme en lit double. Il dispose d'une chambre ensoleillĂ©e, d'un salon, d'une salle de bain complĂšte et d'une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les Ă©quipements de cuisine comprennent une cuisiniĂšre, un four micro-ondes, une cafetiĂšre, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un congĂ©lateur et des casseroles, poĂȘles et couverts de base. Il y a aussi une machine Ă  laver dans l'appartement. Il est situĂ© au 2Ăšme Ă©tage d'un petit immeuble calme (sans ascenseur). Le Wifi est prĂȘt Ă  fonctionner. Il y a un parking dans la rue devant l'immeuble. Pas de chaussures autorisĂ©es dans l'appartement - veuillez apporter vos propres pantoufles. Un ensemble de draps et serviettes propres est fourni. Vous ĂȘtes responsable de les laver pendant votre sĂ©jour si besoin.

very well located comfortable apartment

The location of the apartment - next to parc Montsouris and well connected by bus and metro and RER - is excellent. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and had all I needed. Nasrine was friendly and very helpful accommodating my late arrival. Advice to fellow travellers: bring an eye mask if, like me, you prefer a dark sleeping space, as the curtains are white and no shutters.

Like a little home

Comfortable, clean and neat. Quiet area with girgeous nearby park and very convenient metro. Apartment small but i felt like i was living in a real Parisienne home.

Real Parisian experience

This unit is exactly what I wanted from my stay in Paris, a taste of living like a parisian. From the tree lined street to the french balcony windows, curved staircase and uneven floor boards I loved it all. If you want a place with the cold, sterile aesthetic of a hotel room this place is not for you, if however feeling as though its Parisian owners have just popped down the street to buy a baguette at the local boulangerie and may return home any moment is the level of authenticity you want, this is apartment for you. It's in a great non-touristy location, shops all around and the no. 21 bus takes you straight to Notre Dame or the Louvre in 20 minutes. The park is literally a few metres away and beautiful and full of locals going about their business. We loved our stay here and plan to return.

Perfect location

The apartment was fine -- clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and ample hot water for showers. But, for us, the best thing about it was its location! Minutes from the Metro stop, surrounded by bus stops, a short walk from a grocery, and across the street from a great patisserie! Parc Montsouris is a block away, and is a beautiful and relaxing place for a stroll. We loved our stay here!

A great little find in the 14th arrondissement

Despite the fact we never received our luggage from Air France the entire week we were in Paris, we loved it here. It is a perfect home base for anyone not wishing to spend an arm and a leg for Paris accommodation. The apartment is just as described in the listing and well-equipped for cooking and just relaxing. Everything is within easy reach with bank branches, boulangeries, boucheries and great restaurants within a 150-metre walk. It’s 7 minutes to the Metro station: Glaciere. Nasrine was an extremely helpful host, always readily available and very accommodating. 2 things to note; there are 36 stairs up to the apartment and there is no air-conditioning (which, fortunately, we didn’t need). We’d definitely come back. Thanks again, Nasrine, for being such a help to us! 150

Comfortable Apartment

This is a comfortable apartment in a good location. There is a nice park and a bus stop on the same block as rhe apartment. The metro is also nearby. There are also restaurants and a boulangerie in the neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful. It has a well-equipped kitchen and bath and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely host, nice apartment

First impressions were lovely. The host was there to welcome us and give instructions and she was very nice. Cleanliness left something to be desired; there was some hair in the shower and quite a bit of limescale. Cutlery not entirely clean and lipstick stains on glasses. The dishwasher is missing some parts. There was no decent bread knife. The bed could be bigger and there was quite a lot of noise from the street at night so bring earplugs! Otherwise the location was nice with good links to public transport and even walking distance from some places for those who like walking a lot.

Overall, great clean well equipped, restaurants, nearby corner, store, bakery all were great. Only two negatives was a two floor walk up. The end of the day is tiring, but I knew that and the towels could’ve been a better quality little rough. Not a far walk to the metro and buses were close by. Quiet and friendly neighbours

Great location for a week in Paris

Enjoyed staying at the property and communication from Nasrine was excellent. Plenty of local places to eat and very convenient to the RER B line at Cite Universitaire terminal. Enough room to stretch out and all of the needed amenities were covered.

Cute little Parisian apartment!

Beautiful, safe apartment in the 13th arrondissment in Paris. Metro station (Glaciers) was only about a 5 to 7 minute walk away. We came home in the dark a couple of nights and always felt safe. The owners were very helpful and met us at the apartment when we arrived. They were always available if we had any questions. There’s a lovely market on Sundays and Wednesdays and a small grocery store near by. There’s quite a large step up and down to get into the shower. Overall, exactly what we were looking for in Paris!

Le séjour était parfait, l'accueil chalereux. L'appartement a beaucoup de charme, il est ancien mais trÚs propre et j'ai trouvé tout le nécessaire. TrÚs bien situé pour aller en ville, avec un parc extraordinaire tout prés. J'y retournerai trÚs volontiers.

Wonderful little apartment!!

We loved staying in this little apartment. So close to everything in Paris! And the market down the street on Sunday was amazing! Bakeries and cafes all around and bus and train within easy walking distance! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The only tiny downside was trying to find which apartment in the building since there are like 10 unmarked doors on 3 different levels. But as soon as we messaged, the host came out of one and showed us all around. She was very friendly and helpful!!!

Quirky walk-up

We chose this apartment to be near friends. Good location near the park and to transportation. Bathroom was quirky, but functional. Glad it had a washer. Not fancy but we slept well. Very quiet with the windows shut.
