Le logement est situé dans une rue calme du 15e arrondissement. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est entièrement équipée. Vous bénéficiez de tous les équipements modernes avec plaques de cuisson, four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, machine Nespresso, bouilloire et grand frigo avec compartiment congélateur.

Une table vous permettra de diner aisément à 2 ou à 4 ou de la transformer en bureau. Retrouvez-vous dans le salon et relaxez-vous sur un canapé confortable.

Great stay in Paris!

Our VRBO in Paris was great. It was very clean, located on the first level, close to metros and bus stops as well as restaurants, and it was easy to communicate with the owner.

The appartment is very cozy, close to a groccery store. Metro stop is a 10 min walk..a bit confusing on how to enter the building, even with the video, but once we figured it out, it was great.

Little Paris Escape

Our stay at the property was very nice. Would highly recommend hitting the few cafes that are close just down the street. Both stay open fairly let and make for a great place to eat/ get drinks. Metro is around 10 min walk. Great overall stay!

Great Location For Parisian Living

Nice flat in residential neighborhood. Safe. No more than 10 minutes away from M / T / RER stations. Property is clean and as advertised. Sarah and team were great before, during and after our stay. Would definitely stay again.

It was the check in that was difficult . But the flat is nicely furnished and check out went well .

A Nice Launchpad to explore Paris

The unit was the perfect size for the two of us. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. One helpful suggestion would be a printed guide to operate the washing machine.

Wifi was great. A/C was available but not necessary. Clean. 10 communication and helpfulness. Metro less than 1/2 mile away. Gare Montparnasse 25-minute walk. Direct bus to Pantheon 1 block away. Tabac next door—bought metro and bus tickets there. We had a little trouble with the locks at first (our fault). Sarah, Norman, and Paul were extremely helpful. Then they left us wine and chocolate for our trouble!

Cool Apartment

Has many amenities! Cool shutters! Very attractively decorated. A 25 minute walk to a subway. But many busses are available s block away. Very quiet. Nice building. Restaurants available and stores just a few blocks away. In all , it was a nice visit😊

Great rental!

The property is located in a residential district and close walking distance to bus lines. The apartment was exactly as described and fit all our needs. It's a charming rental and maximized for space. It was perfect for my husband and I. Sarah was responsive when we had questions as well. The checkin process is meticulously detailed so follow it exactly as outlined and you'll get into the unit just fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this rental!

Just right

Located in a quiet part of the city, the apartment was just what we needed. Sleeping space was adequate and comfortable. The kitchen area had everything we needed to cook in, if we wanted. Getting into the apartment had several steps, which were very clearly explained. Although close to public transportation, we chose to walk many places, even to Notre Dame. Restaurants snd shops are nearby. Communication with the apartment manager was excellent. Thank you.

Paradise in Paris

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was clean. It contained pretty much everything that we needed from hangers to hang our clothes on to an iron and ironing board to press our clothes. The location was great in relation to attractions such as the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and the Moulin Rougue. All were within a 20-25 minute Uber ride. The only recommendations that we would have would be for the owner to install a dehumidifier for the moisture in the bathroom (so mold does not start growing), and to maybe install a full length mirror on one of the doors so you have a good idea of how you look before leaving for adventures.

Perfect Paris Getaway

The place that we stayed was perfect for our couple of days in Paris. Once we got into the place we realized how great of a location it was to go out and explore different parts of the city. It is walking distance to plenty of fantastic restaurants/cafes (Ristorante Italians da Pupetta is a must!) and there is a bus stop just a few steps outside the apartment that connects to other modes of transit to get you literally anywhere. Sarah was so helpful with her recommendations for places to go and things to do, extremely responsive when we had questions, and so gracious with her time! The next days after our booking were open and offered us to extend our stay, but unfortunately we weren’t able to. That was a new experience for us with any host we have used in the past and that kindness won’t be forgotten. This place can’t be beat!

Comfortable Flat in Nice Neighborhood

My wife and I stayed here for a week in Apr 2020. The flat is located in a neighborhood with many nearby amenities. The closest Metro station is about 750 meters away. There were multiple grocery stores, restaurants and a laundromat is literally right around the corner. It was about 3 km from the flat to the Eiffel Tower and we made the walk on numerous occasions. The flat has a kitchen. We made breakfast every day and it would have been easy to make lunch there as well. I think it would have been a bit of a challenge to do a large dinner there but you really don't need to with all the outstanding restaurants so close by. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Perfect for a short city trip

Nicely furnished, very clean and fully equipped small apartment. Full kitchen if you want to self cater but at least 30 restaurants to choose from within 10 min walk! The bus stops right in front of the door and in 25 minutes you are in front of the Louvre, it couldn't be better! In 8 minutes you are at the subway, and in another 15 minutes at the Eiffel Tower! Small disadvantage: there is no window to the street, so no view outside and no window in the bathroom to air out after the shower. Despite the heavy traffic, it is totally quiet and you sleep very well. Contact with the rental was great, questions were answered immediately to satisfaction. We would book it again for another trip to Paris!

Stay in Paris

The apartment is a converted manager's unit on the ground floor/yard area of a building. It was quiet and off the street but this also means no views and other people in the building sometimes lock the access (there are keys to get yourself out, but this is not evident). The apartment faces the recycling/refuse area - which is convenient in some ways but not ideal in others. Otherwise, the unit is clean and as described. The kitchen is quite small and difficult to cook in but we managed a couple of meals. Easiest is breakfast. There is a bus stop nearby to get to the metro and once you walk a few streets north of the location you hit some nice restaurants and areas.
