Cette propriété est nichée dans le charmant village tranquille de Rock.

Il dispose de 3 chambres, 2 Kingsize et une avec salle de bains et une chambre double.
En bas se trouve un salon à l'avant avec un salon / salle à manger / cuisine ouverte à l'arriÚre qui mÚne au jardin clos, au patio et au bain à remous. Il a également une buanderie séparée et des toilettes en bas.

Le chalet dispose d'un parking privé à l'avant. Il dispose d'un accÚs Wi-Fi et de toutes les commodités pour un séjour relaxant dans le magnifique comté de Northumberland.

Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Il y a un lave-linge / sĂšche-linge, plaques Ă  induction, four double, micro-ondes, 2 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat et un poĂȘle Ă  bois pour les douces nuits d'hiver.

Loved Pyg Pen Cottage. Rock is a great central but quiet location close enough to Craster, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Beadnell as well as the Alnwick shops and Castle. Communication with the owner was exceptionally good. The property was spotless and very homely for the family with the kitchen well equipped. The enclosed long grassy garden in a quiet village location was ideal for our young Labrador, with an on your doorstep off-road 2.5km woodland loop being a bonus. For dog lovers looking for somewhere to relax, and no need to drive to a safe walk this is it. Will be rebooking for next year.

Lovely property. Good layout of house to accommodate three adults and two teenagers. Not obvious where the turning is to the property. Bedrooms very warm. Quite a few spiders in the house and on outdoor garden seating area -it is in the countryside, but had to get rid of a lot of them in the house for the teens to settle. Good location to drive to various places. Nice long garden. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Couple of dishwasher tabs and washing up provided. Liquid soap provided in toilets - though was watered down in the en suite. Beds ok - little on the hard side. Doors a bit stiff to open and lock. Overall a great property that we would return to and recommend - have just listed some of the things we noted.

Our return visit did not disappoint.

Pyg Pen is a beautifully presented and a well equipped property, with everything you could possibly need. It’s situated in an ideal location for day trips and exploring the local area. Property has an enclosed back garden which is ideal for dog owners and plenty of parking in front of the house for more than one vehicle. Lots of places to visit in the local area. This was our third stay in Pyg Pen and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend the property and the area.

Perfect Location

Loved the property - perfect location for visiting sites such as Alnwick Gardens, Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island and near to some fab restaurants. Check in process and communication with owner first class. The property wasn't spotless with plenty of signs of pet hair but for us that didn't detract from a lovely 4 days.

Lovely cottage in peaceful setting

Spacious, well appointed cottage with large garden for toddler to run in. Plenty of crockery and utensils. Only issue was no safety gate but with 4 adults looking after him we managed without one. All thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pyg Pen. Loved the location. Thank you

Beautiful cottage in a lovely area

We all enjoyed our stay in this exceptionally well equipped cottage. We went for my 70th birthday celebration with our family and 2 dogs and we were all very comfortable. The cottage is spotlessly clean and very spacious.We enjoyed all the local beaches, and a boat trip to the Farne islands. We also had a wonderful afternoon tea at the Rocking horse cafe and a delicious meal overlooking the sea at the Jolly fisherman in Craster.

Birthday weekend

Great property with lots of character, the house was equipped with everything you’d need for a holiday. Garden was lovely and perfectly safe for the pooches and we were lucky enogh to bbq and really enjoyed the outdoor space.

Peaceful weekend with Friends

Property was in a lovely, peaceful location with only the sound of nature in the background. Property was clean and tidy and ample for four adults and a dog. BBQ was a great asset given we arrived in beautiful weather after a long drive. We found the bedrooms to be a bit too warm for our liking but apart from that everything else was superb. Thank you

A fantastic property

We stayed at Pyg Pen cottage to attend our Goddaughter’s wedding at Newton Hall. Originally from the area we knew the location would be perfect. The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It is so well equipped with everything you could ever need. We absolutely loved it.
