Pristine 5 chambres, 4 salles de bain maison de plage située dans la Gold Coast

Le condo est la 3ème maison de la plage, donc à quelques pas de l'océan. Condo peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes entre 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Le 2ème étage offre une vue sur la plage et le pont sur le toit offre une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur le littoral depuis Atlantic City jusqu'à Sea Isle. Il y a un ascenseur qui facilite le déchargement et le chargement de vos affaires. Une fois à l'intérieur du condo, il n'y a pas d'escalier intérieur. Cela rend notre condo très accessible aux fauteuils roulants.
2 chambres avec lits queen, 1 chambre avec lits superposés (lits doubles en bas / lits jumeaux en haut), 1 chambre avec un lit superposé avec un lit double en bas avec un lit double en haut et la dernière chambre avec un lit queen lit futon avec un matelas amélioré. Des oreillers et des couvertures sont fournis pour chaque lit, mais vous devrez apporter vos propres draps, serviettes de bain et serviettes de plage. 3 chambres ont écran plat t. v.s ainsi qu'un grand écran plat dans la salle familiale.
Cuisine et bains ont tous des comptoirs en granit et des sols carrelés. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous vos besoins de cuisine et dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable. Des torchons de cuisine sont également fournis.
Condo offre 2 salles de lavage; 1 au niveau du garage pour laver les serviettes de bain et les maillots de bain et le 2ème est au niveau principal de la maison. 3 salles de bains sont au niveau principal et la 4ème est notre salle de bain cabane qui est idéalement située au 1er niveau lorsque vous sortez de la plage. C'est une salle de bain entièrement fermée pour plus d'intimité. La maison offre un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur supplémentaire et une table de ping-pong au niveau du garage. Les grandes terrasses hors du niveau principal offrent une vue sur l'océan et un espace supplémentaire pour se détendre. La terrasse sur le toit offre encore plus d'espace pour se détendre et profiter des couchers de soleil et des vues sur l'océan. La maison a le câble t. v. et wifi. Des chaises de plage et des jouets de plage sont également dans le garage pour les locataires.

Wonderful house and location

This house was so nice! Not only was it perfect for me since I was temporarily in w wheelchair, it had a lower level where the kids could play. Our grandkids are small and it rained a lot. House has everything you need to cook and a nice big table to eat meals together

Amazing house and location!

House is spacious and beautiful. So close to the beach and start of the boardwalk. Stayed here with a group of 8 (which included a 1 year old and 2 year old), and there was more than enough room for everyone. Could not recommend this more!!

Great location! The property was beautiful, well equipped and the owner was quick to respond and very helpful. The elevator was a blessing for our mom, couldn't have managed without it! We highly recommend!!! It was an absolutely fantastic vacation!

Super stay!

Beautiful set up and love the location! Very kid friendly and very roomy! Owner was great to deal with and very quick to respond. We’re only disappointed that the elevator was really only for getting luggage and stuff up and down but not to use for everyday movement of people!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful.. We vacationed with our children and grandchildren, some we haven’t seen in almost 2 years. We had a wonderful time! Also, my husband is in a wheelchair and the accessibility of the home was perfect. We created special memories and we are so grateful to the Blodgettes for sharing their perfect vacation spot.

Great location & property!

Very well appointed and maintained property that was a joy to stay in. A luxury rental for sure! The three outdoor living spaces were great with the rooftop deck a dream. Location was great - about 1 block to the beautiful and not overly crowded beach and 1 block from the south end boardwalk entrance. The owner was always quick to reply to inquiries/messages. Highly recommend this property and the owners!

This is a wonderful house!! Comfortable and cheerful. Perfect location. Spacious. Never feel crowded. Nine adults and our 14 month old. I can't think of anything that we would suggest to make this the perfect vacation getaway.

Beautiful & Well Appointed Second Story Mid-Island Home Close to Beach

This mid-island home is well appointed and boasted many extra features which our family enjoyed during our leisurely two week stay in July. The first feature that was extremely helpful to have was the elevator to move heavy items up from ground level. It made the moving in and moving out of our luggage and kitchen supplies easy. Having a total of four bathrooms was a nice plus as was the two sets of washer/dryer combinations to run everyone’s laundry throughout the stay (one set upstairs in the living space and another set downstairs as you first enter the home). The kitchen was also well stocked with all the dishes, utensils and appliances we needed. The open kitchen, dining room, living room space was great for family times playing games in the evening. This was our first time staying at this part of the island and we were a little unsure. However, it was generally agreed upon that this area was great. Very convenient for walking on the boards in the morning and close enough to downtown to make it an easy bike ride. Lastly, one of the best features was the ping pong table in the garage. There were many heated matches throughout our time. With all of these features we would gladly given this home a 5-star rating.

Beach vacations get better every year!

This home was exactly as described! Beautiful, well taken care of and spacious. It was such a short walk to the beach and the full bath off the garage was so accessible for a quick stop off the beach or a full shower after a day in the sun and sand. Some of the most important factors to our family were; the roof top deck,(great views and some alone time from all the people). The extra refrigerator in the garage, and the ping pong table as well, and the spacious deck, which we utilized from morning till bedtime. Also, double washers and dryers were another welcome factor. Parking was also very easy in this part of town! It would have been nice to have use of the elevator for moving in and out. Also we never used the front bedroom with the queen size futon. If it had a real bed we would have definitely used it. Thank you so much for the use of your home. Have a great time with your beautiful family this summmer.

Great house in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Slightly long walk to the heart of the boardwalk but doable. Can easily bike it. A lot of stairs to get up and down but it's fine if you are in decent shape. House was very clean and spacious. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. Extra laundry room on ground level was great for washing sandy items. Owner was very responsive and very accommodating!

We purchased the home new in 2012 with no intention of renting it. This summer will be our 7th summer renting it. We love this house and wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the summertime. However with our hectic schedules we can't live at the beach all summer right now so we decided to share our home for a few years. I grew up spending summers in Ocean City and love sharing it with my family and friends. We know you will enjoy the home as much as we do. It's been decorated with a tasteful beach decor and offers all of the comforts of home. It's freshly painted each winter and offers a new sectional couch this year and 3 new smart Samsung t.v.s. The home is spotless and well cared for.

This property is in pristine condition. The condo is "our baby." We have furnished and decorated it with love and attention. It has 5 bedrooms to accommodate our family of 6 but could accommodate multiple families with the way the house is furnished. We put lots of beds in each bedroom so that multiple families could fit comfortably. There's plenty of space between the condo itself and the decks to accommodate 10 people without feeling cramped. There is an elevator located on the garage level to assist with moving your belongings in and out. It's also very convenient for putting groceries in throughout the week. Rates are stated and non-negotiable.

The 24th street beach is a guarded beach; meaning there are lifeguards on duty during the majority of the summer season. The home is a short walk to the beach so is convenient to come back to use the bathroom and get any supplies you may forget and need for later in the day at the beach. The refrigerator in the garage offers lots of convenience to keep cool beverages in for when you return from the beach. The ping pong table in the garage is enjoyed by the adults and children. There's also a side yard which is fun for the kids to play on after the beach. The house is located 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the boardwalk.
