We can’t wait to welcome you to our cozy condo at 34th and Haven in the one of a kind Ocean City, NJ.  Our condo embodies the term location location location!  We are steps away from the Wawa, the Acme, a CVS, a beautiful park and the iconic Hoy’s 5&10.  The Ocean City boardwalk with food, shopping and fun is a short trip away! The condo comfortably sleeps 5 with a queen size bed and a bunk bed futon which is a queen on bottom and a full top bunk.  You don’t need to worry about packing linens, bath towels, or beach towels as they are all provided!  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you’ll need to prepare a full meal, a packed beach lunch, or just a delicious cup of coffee!  A quick 5 minute walk brings you to pristine beach that conveniently offers restrooms and beach chair and umbrella rentals at the entrance!  The condo comes with 4 beach tags and one parking pass.  There is a pool located on property which offers a baby pool, lounge chairs and tables for relaxing!  If you are looking for that beach vibe with all the amenities look no further!  We can’t wait to host you!

This place was perfect for me and my family. Parking onsite and checkin was a breeze. The interior is very comfortable and nicely decorated with all the essentials. The location is really great. Short (and I mean short) walk to Wawa's, Acme, and 5 and dime. I would recommend this place for a small group/family.

It was clean, the check in process was easy, and it was within walking distance to anything you’d want to do on a family beach trip! I personally did not have any issues with water pressure or temperature.

The only issue was the hot water was scolding and never cold enough to have a shower longer than 30 seconds. Room was a bit small but great decor, welcoming and cozy!

Cute condo!

Lovely little place. We were a family of four. 2 adults and 2 teen girls staying for four days. Bathroom is a little small but overall the place had everything we needed! Owner was easy to reach and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would stay there again!

Great place for extra guests

This is a great place for a small family with young children. The family of four fit comfortably with the available bedding. The location is within walking distance to everything you need. The decor was beach themed throughout and the owners stocked the kitchen with all the essentials. Great communication with the owner. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and all amenities included

My family of 5 (1 toddler and 2 kids) myself and my spouse stayed in this small condo unit for a 4 night stay. It included everything necessary to stay comfortably for a short trip to the shore. Only reason for 4 star is the inconsistent shower temp.. it was either scalding hot or ice cold. Other than that it was great!

Comfy & Cozy

This condo was absolutely perfect for a couple or a small family (1-2 small children). A small studio with a very comfy bed and a futon. The hosts are just the nicest people and were easily able to be contacted if needed . The staff at the condo are extremely friendly. The pool was refreshing and clean. The location is perfect. Literally have a CVS, Wawa, 7-11 and grocery store within feet of the facility. A short drive or walk to the beach as well and about a 10 min or less drive from the boardwalk. We highly recommend this rental for your stay in Ocean City,NJ
