We absolutely loved this home.

Everything was so clean and well decorated. The host was so close and responsive to even little questions. Everything was exactly as described and the location was a five minute walk to everything in Skipton. Would stay here again!

Couldn’t be a better place to stay

We were totally impressed with what a great town Skipton is and that 22 Neville was such a great place to stay. It was very comfortable for two couples with modern appliances and furnishings. Convenient to the town centre. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during our visit to the Dales.

Lovely House

Very comfortable house with everything anyone needs. Excellent location as in a quiet street with with a short walk to the town centre. Skipton is a great place to visit and we enjoyed a visit to Salts Mill by train.

Lovely property

This property was perfect for our needs. We loved the location, the amenities were as described, and Dan responded to questions very quickly. We stayed 2 weeks; using public transportation the entire time was very convenient and allowed us to hike, explore and fall in love with Yorkshire. We hope to repeat the entire experience in the future.

Super convenient to town and bus; a little further to the train. The location of the house enabled us to take advantage of all the area has to offer. A clean and cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Great to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Would rent again; there’s still more to explore! Cheers!

Comfort after full days of activity

The property is almost like coming home after a heavy day of enjoying yourself. The property is very comfortable and has mostly all the facilities that you need. We felt that there needs to be more crockery, mugs etc and cutlery to make using the dishwasher sensible.

Brilliant Stay

This lovely 2 bedroomed house is in a lovely quiet area but a quick walk into town. It is absolutely immaculately clean and cant fault it. Dan is a lovely pleasant bloke who stopped for a chat when we were sitting in the sunny little seating area to the rear. My only criticism is that the house lacks curtains, it would be so much more homely especially in the bedroom to keep the early morning sun out. We'd definitely return next time we are in Skipton - which is a beautiful little place.

Schöner hätten wir es nicht antreffen können: ausreichend Platz in allen Räumlichkeiten, Küche mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Nebengebäude, großzügiges Bad, bequeme Betten. Und alles super sauber!Außerdem in ruhiger Nachbarschaft gelegen, Parkmöglichkeit direkt in der Straße und zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadt mit Pubs, Restaurants, Shops und dem Schloss. Zwei große Supermärkte auch fußläufig erreichbar.100%ige Empfehlung!

Comfortable accommodation within easy reach of the town.

In a really good location not far from town centre - easy walking. Comfortable accommodation A very good walk in shower - always a bonus. Had a small problem which Dan very quickly resolved. All in all very good we would return again.

Beautiful House

This was a lovely clean, well equipped comfortable house in a brilliant location for Skipton. The bed was very comfortable, normally I get back ache but not here. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was plenty to do. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Only took the car out twice. Able to get everywhere we wanted on bus, train or walking. I would thoroughly recommend this house for a holiday of any length
