This is our third time at Nancy’s place. Love it as always. The porch is the big draw but the bed/pillows/shower and coziness is also the best! Nancy is an excellent host! We like to go Wed-Sunday as a lot of stores are closed on Sunday/Monday so we get the best of the best! You have to check it out!

Great location for our long weekend trip. Very clean and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the main street action from the balcony. Coffee and bakery steps away. Easy to get to Piegan Forest and Brevard. Always nice to have a well stocked rental. Just stay here and enjoy the visit. Thanks Nancy for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent five-night stay at Nancy’s “Moon Over Main” loft apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, lovely, and had everything we could ask for. It was both fun and relaxing in the evenings to sit on the balcony overlooking the heart of historic downtown Hendersonville, watching people and listening to street musicians. An added plus was shopping downstairs at Nancy’s women's clothing shop. She had so many nice clothes. Nancy herself was a real joy to meet, an excellent hostess, and genuinely nice person. We were blessed!

Beautiful, comfortable stay in Hendersonville

Moon over Main was a delightful stay right in the heart of Hendersonville. The wonderful balcony overlooking Main St was a real bonus. The room was a very comfortable bedroom and living area in a hundred year old structure, beautifully restored and decorated. Nancy had every ‘extra’ from snacks to drinks to supplies and was a delight to work with. I’d consider coming back again and again - great stay!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The location is central to the downtown shopping/restaurant/breweries. The space was very elegantly decorated and the bed/ couches are very comfortable. The host has included everything you could possibly need during your stay and everything was very clean and organized. The cherry on top is the balcony with awning where you can sit and people watch all day and night. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay!

We have been up to the Hendersonville area many times and this was hands down our favorite spot to stay. It was clean, organized and the location was A. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Honestly I loved everything about the home and I can be hard to please. Both my husband and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Especially loved the lighting in the evening and the balcony. Will book again for sure!

Ideal location. All you need is within walking distance. Beautiful property. Loved the well chosen art inside. Mostly loved having my coffee on the balcony overlooking the street. Perfection

The apartment is fabulous. The location is wonderful and the owner/property manager was a delight. This large apartment smack dab in the middle of downtown Hendersonville was everything the listing said it was. It was clean, it is artistically decorated and the bed is wonderful. We enjoyed watching the hustle & bustle of downtown shoppers and we took full advantage of the bakery across the street.

Best location in downtown Hendersonville

First of all, as everyone else has said Nancy is wonderful, she offered alternate directions because of road construction on I-26, for our arrival. This apartment is awesome, it deserves 10 stars. This is the best location in town. If we ever come back to Hendersonville this is the first and only location im seeking, if fact I'll move my travel dates to fit vacancies for this unit.

Downtown Hendersonville Weekend Getaway

A Gem in Downtown Hendersonville

Have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. Nancy, the host, is wonderful and always available to answer questions. The place is clean and comfortable. The covered outdoor balcony is great for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping.

We love this place!

This stay was our second at Moon Over Main. We discovered it last summer, and we have already booked it again for a mini-vacation in August. Not only is the property beautiful and perfectly placed in downtown Hendersonville, but it is thoughtfully provisioned as well. Everything you may need is at your fingertips. We could walk to great restaurants, play golf cooled by mountain breezes, take a pontoon tour of Lake Lure, and even caught an awesome performance at North Carolina's State Theater, Flat Rock Playhouse. Most relaxing vacation ever!
