L'appartement bénéficie du soleil toute la journée, surplombant la baie de Port de Sóller et les montagnes et est situé sur une colline au-dessus du port dans un quartier calme, mais à proximité des commerces et des restaurants et de la plage, les commodités sont accessibles à pied distance (3-4 minutes)) ou 15 minutes à pied.
Une piscine communautaire bien entretenue avec terrasse est également située dans le complexe.
La propriété dispose d'un parking privé.
Distances: A proximité se trouvent les attrayants villages de montagne de Fornalutx et Biniaraitx, tandis qu'un peu plus le long de la côte est Deia. Sóller et le port sont à environ 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Palma, ont de bonnes liaisons avec les services ferroviaires, de tramway et de bus.

Jour de transition: flexible Nous comprenons que les vols sont souvent un prix plus raisonnable en semaine, mais cela est fonction d'autres réservations. Arrivée après 15h, départ avant 10h moins que sur arrangement préalable.
Puerto de Soller: c'est une ville côtière au nord-ouest de Majorque, à seulement 5 kilomètres de Sóller. Son emplacement lumineux dans une baie presque circulaire, protégée par des rochers des deux côtés du passage vers la mer. Aujourd'hui, vous pouvez trouver des bateaux d'excursion, des yachts et des voiliers. Tous les après-midi à 17 heures, les pêcheurs arrivent à Puerto de Sóller avec une partie de leurs prises encore en vie.

We have just come back from the most amazing stay in Port de Soller. Even before arriving, Domingo’s communication was excellent, answering any queries I had. Check in was extremely smooth and Domingo was a complete gentleman, carrying all of our luggage up the stairs. During the stay, my camera ran out of batteries and Domingo picked some up for me in Palma. He couldn’t have done enough for us. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and the views were breathtaking. Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you Domingo!

Welcoming and comfortable

We loved our time at Domingo’s place! He was kind enough to meet us and help carry bags up the many steps and show us around. The view from the balcony was awesome so we enjoyed a few dinners out there. There are many steps (66 my kids counted!) from the road up the the apartment plus walking up to the property from the beach is pretty hard work…especially in summer. Great if you want to work off all the food and drinks you’ve consumed though! My kids also got a kick out of seeing a goat in the backyard one morning!

Beautiful apartment with 5* views

An absolutely lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished and decorated with a “Home from home’” feel. Large flat screen TV with Netflix and excellent WiFi (kids very happy) ! Domingo met us at the apartment on arrival and showed us around. He also was very helpful in recommending local restaurants, supermarkets etc. He was available to contact throughout our stay if any problems which was reassuring. The kettle stopped working and we had a brand new one delivered the following day. Lovely communal swimming pool a very short walk from apartment. There are quite a lot of steps up to the apartment and no lift so this might be an issue for some but the views are spectacular from the front terrace just as in the pictures. Port de Sóller is a charming place with plenty of lovely restaurants. We had a great holiday. Thanks Domingo!

Perfect apartment to enjoy Port de Soller

A great apartment if you want peace and quiet, but to be close enough to the shops and restaurants of Port de Soller. The apartment also benefits from some beautiful hotels on its doorstep, to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset (Jumeriah and Bikini Island Hotel), as well as the amazing Nautilus restaurant (all 5-10 mins walk from the apartment). Domingo was the perfect host, answering many queries we had during our stay and making sure we knew everything we needed to know about the apartment and going out of his way to help ensure we had everything we needed on our first day. We asked Domingo to recommend a taxi driver for our airport pick up / drop off - Pierre was very reliable and we used him throughout our stay for visiting some nearby places too. The apartment was extremely well equipped and spacious enough for 3-4 adults. It was also very clean, comfortable and provided lots of different spaces to relax in - the view from the front balcony area is amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay! We also had access to the lovely communal pool just a short stroll away, which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves most of the time (also with great views over Port de Soller). We wanted a place close enough (walking distance) to life so we we could avoid hiring a car. This apartment definitely ticked that box - about a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of Port de Soller, with lovely views of the coast along the way. All in all, a very serene and peaceful place to stay if you're looking for somewhere to enjoy nature, beautiful views and amazing food/drinks at the many local restaurants A gorgeous apartment, great host and beautiful place to spend a holiday (thank you Domingo). We can't wait to come back! :)

Domingo was the best host we've ever had. He welcomed us personally, carried all of our luggage upstairs in seconds, and even prepared a thoughtful gift for our daughter. When the air conditioner needed attention, he fixed it almost immediately. His hospitality was simply outstanding.The house was exactly as pictured. Great value for money. It was more spacious than we expected, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for our family vacation. The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved spending our mornings and evenings on the front terrace taking it all in.Having a private parking space was very convenient. We drove to the beach and the port, which took only about 5–8 minutes. We never tried walking, as it was too far and too hot. There are also many interesting places to explore nearby, making Domingo's home an excellent base for discovering the area. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Wir waren 4 Mädels die mit zig Stunden Flugverspätung anreisten. Domingo hatte uns immer das Gefühl gegeben, dies sei nicht schlimm, er ist für uns da, wann immer wir endlich ankommen. -Das hatte uns unheimlich entspannt.Domingo hatte uns die Koffer hoch getragen, das war toll, denn wir waren doch schon etwas platt.Alles in allem ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub.Die Holz-Liegen auf der Bergseitigen Terasse sollten ausgetauscht werden, die, die ich hatte war sehr unbequem, tat meinem Rücken nicht gut.Auf der vorderen Terasse sollte man für die beiden Metallstühle durchgehende Sitzkissen besorgen, die Kissen die wir als Rückenteil hinlegten rutschten immer wieder weg.Das mag jetzt kleinlich klingen, ist tatsächlich aber zu der ansonsten sehr schönen Wohnung nicht schön.Vielen lieben Dank an Domingo, der jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und luxuriös, wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Durch die unterschiedlichen Räumlichkeiten, Balkon und Hintergarten hat man bei jedem Wetter die Option für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Domingo. Die Kommunikation mit Domingo und auch die Schlüsselübergabe haben sehr gut geklappt. Domingo ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet auf Fragen sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, was mir aufgrund der Beschreibung der Wohnung gar nicht bewusst war. Das ist ideal, wenn man z.B. mit älteren Kindern oder Freunden verreist. So hat jeder seinen Privatbereich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Wanderungen und auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung super. Eine unserer Lieblingswanderungen nach Fornalutx startete unweit von der Wohnung. Für größere Supermarkteinkäufe würde ich ein Auto empfehlen, da man von Port de Soller ca 15 min bergauf zum Appartment laufen muss. Wir hatten einen wundervollen erholsamen Urlaub und wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. In der Wohnung ist von ZEWA bis zu den Gewürzen alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick über den Hafen und an das gegenüberliegende Gebirge ist traumhaft.

Sehr schönes Appartement und toller Blick

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und mehr als komplett ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet einen spektakulären Blick über die Bucht von Puerto Soller und in die umliegenden Berge. Domingo ist ein sehr engagierter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Man beachte bei der Planung die vielen Treppenstufen vom Eingang zum Apartement. Aber auch hier hat Domingo bei der Ankunft mit den Koffern geholfen :-))

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht! - Erheblicher Höhenunterschied von der Strandpromenade zur Wohnung - Sehr viele Stufen vom Straßentor bis zur Wohnung - In der Küche kann nur eine Person arbeiten, für zwei Personen zu klein - Keine Diele vorhanden - Pool liegt zwei Häuser weiter Trotz der negativen Punkte oben, ist die Wohnung trotzdem sehr gemütlich und wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Domingo ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur top ausgestattet und schön. Der Blick vom Balkon ein Traum. Die hintere Terrasse und der Pool waren mit Kindern Gold Wert. Der Vermieter ist unheimlich hilfsbereit, engagiert und freundlich. Wir wurden noch nie so toll empfangen und unterstützt!

Great location and lovely apartment

A really nice apartment that is tastefully decorated and homely. Great views over the bay and well located for Pueto de Sollar (walkable in 15 mins if you don't mind a stepp hill). We also enjoyed getting the tram to Soller. Domingo is a helpful and friendly host. All in all a great place for a holiday.

Beautiful property in a great location

Domingo’s property is fantastic. Spacious enough for a family of four. The apartment is on different levels and provides a space where you can escape the heat and chill out on the back or from terrace. All communication from Domingo was excellent, we had an issue with the washing machine and Domingo quickly sorted it out. We hope to return soon to this fantastic apartment. He was always happy to answer any queries had during our stay. If you have any mobility issues the walk up the hill back to the apartment would be difficult, in the July heat was very hot. But this is not a negative for us.

Amazing views

Breathtaking views from this apartment over the bay of Port de Soller and the mountains beyond - a view that I appreciated daily. Lots of space for my family during our stay, and the air conditioning was great. The swimming pool is one of the best I have used at an apartment complex. It also has an amazing view, is a great size and in perfect condition. We were often the only people using it. On arrival, our host Domingo, very kindly picked us up from the bus stop, and also went out of his way to take us to the supermarket to do a shop. He also arranged a taxi pick up for us on departure. He is amazingly helpful and responsive. The only thing that we found tough was the challenging walk up hill from the harbour/beach. I think this was probably made more difficult due to the very high temperatures. However, it certainly kept us fit, and earned me my glass of wine or two!! Thank you for your hospitality.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr sehr zufrieden. Domingo ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Ausstattung,Sauberkeit und Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es eine sogar eine kleine Überraschung ...
