Studio en deuxième ligne de plage Levante, Benidorm. Il a une capacité pour 3 personnes avec la distribution suivante : lit double, canapé-lit et 1 salle de bain avec douche et sèche-cheveux.

Logement de 35 m² accueillant et très lumineux, avec vue panoramique sur la mer et la ville.



Dispose d'un ascenseur, accès à internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, piscine commune+enfants (ouverte en saison 1/06-30/09), jardin, zone enfants, 1 place de parking couverte ou en plein air dans le même bâtiment selon disponibilité à l'arrivée, 1 ventilateur de plafond, 1 Télévision, lave-linge, fer à repasser.

La cuisine indépendante avec plaque vitrocéramique, est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, congélateur, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/batterie de cuisine, cafetière Dolce Gusto, grille-pain et bouilloire.



- La remise des clés et l'enregistrement se font à notre bureau situé avenue de la Méditerranée 62, au rez-de-chaussée, nom commercial BenidormBooking, juste en face du Casino.

- Une caution de 200€ est retenue sur carte de crédit/débit ou en espèces à défaut.

- Enregistrement à partir de 16h30 (haute saison à partir de 18h00)

- Départ avant 11h00

- Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés (maximum 1 par séjour) avec un supplément de 10€ par nuit avec un minimum de 25€ par séjour et un maximum de 100€.

Really enjoyed my stay.

This was my 2nd time staying here. The apartment was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent with lovely views of the sea & beach and along the Medeteranio Avenue. Plenty of clean towels and sheets.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Situated perfectly for us, and used as somewhere to sleep

Enjoyed the location, was perfect for us. It was clean with good view. Pool was also clean and inviting. The noise from neighbours kids was very loud, but we were staying in a block where people had their homes. No loungers at pool was disappointing.

Good for short stay

Great location, close to everything, beautiful view from the flat. They change linen and towels. No balcony. Noisy neighbours ( kids are very loud)

Great apartment!

Loved the location, nice views of the sea and beach, the cleanliness of the apartment, the pool area and all the facilities. Plenty of fresh clean towels and bedding too. Benidorm Booking staff were very helpful and friendly especially Felix and the girl with the blonde hair (sorry I didn’t get her name) Secure accommodation and I felt safe being on my own. I had a few problems with the wifi, it cut out now and again. Also the next door neighbours were very noisy even at night. Kids banging and shouting till very late which did affect my stay. Not the fault of Benidorm booking but maybe the owner of the apartment could have a talk with the neighbours as I feel that it will put people off returning and rebooking the accommodation which is a shame as the flat itself was great! Apart from the noise issue everything was great!
