Une escapade de rêve au bord du lac de Côme !

Ce magnifique appartement moderne situé au rez-de-chaussée vous offre un confort absolu pour votre séjour au bord du magnifique lac de Côme. L\'intérieur, équipé du Wi-Fi, a été soigneusement aménagé et décoré pour créer une atmosphère à la fois luxueuse et relaxante, et s\'intègre harmonieusement au salon-salle à manger ouvert, lumineux et spacieux.

Une cuisine récemment équipée longe l\'un des murs et une télévision à écran plat est installée dans le coin salon de la pièce. L\'ameublement est de grande qualité dans tout l\'appartement.

L\'accès mène à une terrasse ensoleillée et charmante où des chaises longues et un coin repas sont à votre disposition. Vous pouvez également organiser un barbecue grâce à la grande grille située près de la terrasse.

L\'espace nuit se compose de deux chambres doubles. La magnifique chambre principale est décorée dans des tons clairs et neutres et dispose d\'une télévision à écran plat pour vos divertissements.

Une salle de douche, également neuve et très moderne, est à la disposition des hôtes.

Depuis la résidence, un petit portillon mène à un sentier qui descend jusqu’au bord du lac (à 50 mètres). Si le niveau du lac est bas, vous pourrez profiter d’une jolie petite plage intime.

La propriété dispose d\'une place de parking et se trouve à proximité immédiate de toutes les nombreuses commodités de la ville historique de Lenno, notamment des magasins, des supermarchés, des bars, des restaurants, des cafés et des attractions locales telles que la Villa Balbianello et la Villa Carlotta. Lenno offre un magnifique bord de lac à découvrir en soirée, et une plage publique est également accessible au Lido di Lenno.

Les liaisons de transport sont excellentes, avec un service régulier de bus et de ferry au départ de la ville tout au long de la saison estivale.

Lenno se trouve à seulement 5 minutes en voiture des cafés, bars et du parc au bord du lac de Tremezzo, et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la célèbre ville lacustre de Menaggio. Des courts de tennis avec vue sur le lac se trouvent également à Ossuccio, à seulement 2 minutes en voiture, et constituent un excellent moyen de profiter du lac tout en se maintenant en forme !

The location was excellent, with numerous local restaurants and shops suited for cultural activities and tourism. The apartment’s floor was noticeably dirty upon arrival, as dust and debris were apparent while walking barefoot or in white socks. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it. You should also ensure a way to stay cool, since there is only one fan and the space occasionally becomes hot.

We arrived home safe and sound after an eventful journey - there were actually spare seats on the plane! We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday - the apartment in Lenno was perfect, lovely location - I've never been anywhere quite so scenic and beautiful. Underwhelming

Only one sharp knife, no coffee maker, microwave did not work, second bathroom was dirty looking, bedside lamps in one bedroom did not work, and there was only one plug in that bedroom, tored looking furniture, one of lounges outside was broken, shower didn’t drain well, “welcome box” was cheap junk food. I did like the outdoor patio.

Das Apartment ist mehr Schein als Sein!

Nur die wichtigsten Sanitär-Einrichtungen waren sauber. Der Heizkörper für Handtücher war schmutzig und klebrig, einfach unbenutzbar! Man musste schnell duschen, weil der Ablauf verstopft war und das Bad sonst überschwemmt hat. Auf den Bilderrahmen waren 5 mm Staub. Die 2 Töpfe und 1 Pfanne waren nicht zu benutzen, weil sie so eingebrannt waren. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, der Wasserkocher war ekelhaft. Im Schlafzimmer gab es zwar 2 Nachttischlampen, aber keine Steckdosen dazu. Im 2. Schlafzimmer konnten die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, weil die Hauptstraße so nah ist. Nach Kontakt mit dem Büro kamen dann die Putzleute, haben aber nur wieder ihr übliches Programm durchgezogen. Was wirklich schmutzig war, blieb es auch. Ein Austausch von Töpfen und einer Pfanne passierte nicht! Wenigsten wurde nach 1 Tag das WLAN repariert. Der TV ging auch nicht, war aber egal, weil er so blöd zwischen Küche und Wohnz. stand, dass man eh nicht gut drauf schauen konnte. Die kleinen TVs auf den Fotos gab es nicht. Der Sessel auf den Fotos fehlt, dafür gab es einen ekligen Plastik-Sitzsack. Die Gartenmöbel wie abgebildet gab es auch nicht. Die Deko-Artikel waren so eingestaubt, dass ich sie rausgestellt habe. Die Einrichtung war nicht so schön und hell wie auf den Bildern. Couch, Stühle, Teppich, Terrassenmöbel und Sessel wurden billigst ersetzt und sehen komplett anders aus. Das Willkommens-Paket auf dem Tisch konnte uns nicht trösten. Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder!!!

I am very dissatisfied with my stay. In fact, I only stayed one night because I couldn’t handle the chemical smell in the room. I am requesting a refund for the second night i did not stay.

Omgeving prachtig

Het appartement is heel mooi gelegen vlak bij het Comomeer waarin je heerlijk kunt zwemmen. We hadden in eerste instantie geen informatie gekregen over de toegang tot het appartement. Contact verliep niet vlot. Indeling appartement prima, bedden ook goed. De handdoeken hadden het formaat van gastendoekjes. Fijn terras maar in de heg zaten beestjes waarvan we allemaal jeukende bultjes kregen, heel vervelend.

We had a really great time at the Lake Como and Lenno Centrale. I've already posted my review about the accommodation and the place on Booking.com.  First of all, let me thank you for all information available on our personalized website, the instructions how to find the place and all other were excellent. Such a great idea to provide your guests with such website. I didn't have to search the web:-))) We were satisfied with the apartment. It was nice and clean, well-furnished and well-equipped. Just a little thing to mention: the bathroom, especially the shower corner needs a thorough cleaning. Otherwise, the apartment was excellent. Perfect location, close to restaurants in Lenno, lakefront and Villa Balbianello is a nice walk away from the property. The Villa is a must-see at the lake. It's a magnificient place in the world. We rented a boat one day. Danillo was a great help, too. Renting a boat gives you another opportunity to experience the lake:-))) As we were travelling with small children, we didn't visit many places. We enjoyed Bellagio and its villas and Como. I highly recommend holiday at lake Como to everybody. We will definitely come back again one day. Please feel free to use my comments. Lenno Centrale

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful holiday home! 'Lenno Centrale' was so modern and comfortable inside, and its sunny terrace was a great plus! The gated residence also offered convenient parking and its location was ideal for a self-catering stay, with supermarkets and many great local restaurants all within walking distance. The promenade in Lenno was so pretty and the Lido there offered a great little sandy beach with lake swimming and also a water boat taxi service to Villa Balbianello on the otherside. The Lido was doubled up as a great place for dinner and drinks in the evenings! Some other great restaurants included 'Locanda la Trilindana' in Sala Comacina and the busy pizzeria 'Il Chris' up on the hillside. The 'Dolce Aqua Spa' in the village was also a nice surprise! We felt really well connected in Lenno and we were so close to Tremezzo, Villa Carlotta, the golden triangle towns and also some great walking routes. We found a super boat rental place in Ossuccio and there were so many activities on the lake. Thanks again!

Wow thank you guys for a great stay on Lake Como! Lenno Centrale was right on, with a modern and high qulaity interior and a fully-equipped kitchen for eating in. The terrace was super sunny and the condo's location was great for reaching everything we needed. Lake Como was so beautiful and we have many fond memories now of our tour on the Lakes, your place being one of them!

Lenno Centrale

Thank you for a lovely holiday in Lenno! We had a really wonderful stay in the modern and beautifully furnished apartment. It was contemporary yet comfortable at the same time. There was a great little sunny terrace perfect for relaxing with the kindle and the indoors layout was ideal for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen and close proximity to the food shops meant we enjoyed cooking quite alot during our stay. There were some very good local restaurants which we enjoyed too. Some to mention include the pizzeria Il Chris, the beautiful Locanda la Tirlindana and la Fagurida, which was a fantastic little agroturismo on the Tremezzo hillside. The Happy holiday team were really great in recommending these, and also for suggesting the wine bar la Cantina Follie, in Tremezzo. We found it very easy to reach villa Balbianello and there was a fab Lido there for lake swimming and sunbathing. We had a really perfect time on lake Como so thank you once again!

We had a fabulous holiday. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of a supermarket and central Lenno - the best place by far on the lake for relaxation and views - with good restaurants like Plino and Bar Sport. The ferry landing stages at Lenno and Compo were easily reached. We loved the Villa Balbinello and Villa Carlotta both had outstanding gardens and must be visited. The whole lake is stunning. Plus information prior to arriving was excellent.The apartment had good quality fittings and a lovely sunny terrace with views down to the lake.

Lenno Centrale

We have just returned home after a month in Europe...where we rented apartments weekly. Lenno Centrale was on par with everywhere else we stayed. Bonus: it had a BBQ and was super baby friendly! And the bottle of bubbly was a nice welcome. We had a lovely time in Lenno. The location was perfect for us and the house felt like home. The directions you gave to get to the property were fantastic. We were missing a few things but when we emailed your team, they showed up within a day. We also loved all the different excursions your team offered. I will definitely be using and recommending Holiday Homes in the future. Many Thanks,
