Maison Malibu dans le Minnesota

Ce Malibu dans le Minnesota Beach House réside sur les magnifiques rives (230 pieds) du lac Pokegama à Grand Rapids. Ce lac cristallin alimenté par une source offre de superbes possibilités de pêche, de canoë et de voile. Du quai, traversez en bateau jusqu'au terrain de golf Pokegama pour dix-huit trous et repas. Le lac propose d'autres établissements de restauration (Zorbaz et huard mariné) pour votre plaisir.

Beachside est proche de la maison avec une profondeur graduelle sablonneuse après le quai. Un feu de camp pour ces délices de guimauve et un pont autour du ciel étoilé du nord du Minnesota! Un porche quatre saisons avec vue sur le lac et télévision à écran large, Internet Wi-Fi, DVD et jeux sont disponibles pour votre divertissement.

Lors de la réservation, n'incluez pas les enfants de moins de douze ans, mais veuillez inclure le nombre total d'invités dans le message de réservation afin que nous sachions combien de personnes viennent réellement. Location was great right in the lake. Beautiful spot for hosting! The garage and apartment right next to the house was less than ideal but never saw the person so was not a problem for us. And the hot tub needs some leveling. Overall good experience and fun time

Had an excellent stay here with some friends for a milestone birthday!! The property delivered as listed and did not disappoint. There is plenty of space to accommodate a group across a variety of weather conditions. Access, location on the lake and proximity to a boat launch made for some enjoyable days out on the lake. Chris is always very responsive should you have any questions or need anything.

Our family loved the sandy beach and swim area. One of the best swim beaches in all of our MN cabin renting. The kids got great use out of the kayak and the hot tub was perfect for our cold week in August!

Long weekend on Pokegama

The property is large and nice. The beach is perfect and there is room to tie up a boat to the dock. The house was even bigger than expected and had everything we needed. There was a brief issue with the air conditioning but the owner response time was fantastic, especially given it happened over the weekend. Highly recommend.

Great Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The beach was perfect for the four toddlers we had with us. They had plenty of room to play and the gradual depth of the water was perfect for the kids to swim and feel comfortable. The house itself provided plenty of room and it was really enjoyable to have a table that accommodated all of us to eat together. Really nice experience, we would stay here again.

Fun on Pokegama!

Fun time was had by all family members! We had enough family spaces as well as private spaces for all. The proximity between the beach & the house was great for playing with the kids.

Amazing Place!

Amazing place, the perfect set up for families. The beach is clean with a gradual increase in depth—great for young swimmers! The house had ample seating for meals for our group of 10, we loved being able to eat inside or out. The screen in porch was perfect for relaxing at night. This is a wonderful, light filled house on the lake with amazing views. The kitchen is fully stocked with gear and huge for making meals. Lots of communal space. Great bathrooms and toilet. Big fan!

Really lovely week

The house is exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and more to make our week really special. We had a family of five, ages 10 to 89, and everyone loved it. There was always something to do, restaurants and shopping were very close (within 5-15 minutes by car). For people with mobility issues, the house has a ramp for easy access and everything that one would need (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, tv room, and the porch) are on one floor. The views were spectacular and the neighborhood is really quiet and secluded. If I could give more stars I would!

The outdoor spaces and fantastic sandy beach really make this property special. We loved swimming and floating in the lake by the dock and the raft. The screened porch with a fire table is a lovely space to spend your evenings. The interior of the house could use some TLC. The bathrooms need updating and a lot of the living room furniture is broken down and uncomfortable. The kitchen space is very nice and had everything we needed to cook meals at home - and having a grill was also very nice. It’s a large space so you have plenty of room to spread out for large groups. The communication with the host was excellent.

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is very well stocked (we travel often & this is probably the best stocked we have ever stayed in). The yard is wonderful. We really enjoyed the lake, beach, kayaks, hot tub, swim platform, screened porch, and deck. It's very private & the lake is very clear. The kids & dog had a great time swimming & we rented a pontoon and pulled it right up to the dock. There is also a lot to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend!

My parents decided to move from the cities and make Grand Rapids their home. My father is an architect and designed and developed the site. The vista from any window depicts the beauty of the Northern Minnesota waters, trees and foliage.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Northern Minnesota lake homes and the surrounding areas have so much to to offer: Water sports in the summer, leaves in the fall, many biking trails, snowmobiling/skiing in the winter, and year round fishing. My mother's comment to the question of moving the family here has always been, "We wanted a slice of Heaven early!"
