Ce bel appartement penthouse d'une chambre a été achevé à un niveau élevé avec un salon ouvert, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de douche et bénéficie d'une grande terrasse donnant sur le salon donnant sur la place animée et animée Bellaluz. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse supplémentaire à côté de la chambre pour un verre de vin ou un petit déjeuner tôt le matin.
Le salon est spacieux, lumineux et aéré et offre une télévision par satellite, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Depuis le salon, les portes-fenêtres mènent à une grande terrasse avec table et chaises, chaises longues et vue sur la place Bellaluz. La terrasse profite du soleil espagnol tout en profitant de l'atmosphère de ce charmant appartement de grand standing.

Much needed sunny getaway

We loved the apartment and the fantastic facilities on the doorstep. No need to go far if you don’t want to, and a fantastically friendly community too!

Lovely apartment

Everything was good. Lovely apartment for 2 people in great position and everything you need supplied.Lovely buzz from Plaza in the evenings when sat out on the balcony but no noise at all in bedroom which is on the other side of the apartment with a small balcony of its own.Would love to stay again.

Good holiday

Enjoyed our stay the apartment was ideal for a couple and had everything we needed. Location is a little noisy overlooking Bellaluz square but we actually enjoyed the buzz around the square. The outside balcony was a very good size for a one bedroom apartment. Contact with the host - she was very helpful and was quick to reply. Would stay again.

Had a fabulous stay at Pippa’s. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. Great space for a couple, clean and well furnished. The terrace was huge, with a great view over Bellaluz square. Will definitely be returning!

Clean,tidy solid apartment, good location.

Stayed there for a tennis competition - 10 mins walk to the courts - 1 bedroom which had 2 singles -- would have liked a double bed , as needed to stretch out after long matches. Everything was nice without being wow - shower was lovely but no bath--TV set up mainly non English channels but a week without TV for not a bad thing. Everything was clean tidy and all the basics that you would need and catered for my early check in.

In the heart of the action!

The apartment is located in the heart of Bellaluz so you have access to pools, shops, bars and restaurants all within a very short walk away! The apartment is clean and bright throughout and is comfortably furnished. The owner has provided all the essentials for a perfect self-contained holiday. From the living room you have a beautiful sun terrace which overlooks the Bellaluz main plaza where we often sat and listened to the green parrots that fly overhead. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to return again soon.

Great location

The apartment is very smart and we'll presented . The photos on VRBO are accurate. Clean and everything you need is there. Location is great overlooking the plaza with several good restaurants and bar all within very short walk. Great for our stay as there was only 2of us. If I was being picky a small welcome pack would be good ,milk tea/coffee pods, as our flight was badly delayed and the shops were closed when we eventually got there. La Manga is a great resort even if you don't play golf. Really enjoyed our stay thanks Pippa

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Bellaluz. The space was bright, airy, and full of character – with lovely quirky touches that made it feel truly special. One of the highlights was the large terrace, complete with two sun loungers and a dining area – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The views from the terrace overlooking the square were fabulous – a great spot to watch the world go by.The attention to detail throughout the apartment was fantastic. We especially appreciated the little extras, such as the diffusers, which made the whole place smell amazing. The air conditioning was a real blessing during the heatwave – we were so grateful for it!Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return!

Lovely penthouse in a fabulous location.

Overall really pleased with accommodation. It was clean tidy and well presented. Sofa very comfortable lovely balcony complete with sun beds table and chairs. Only negatives are a bucket for the mop, and guests should be aware that the owner has locked the majority of the wardrobe storage. Happy to recommend and communication with Pippa. Thanks

Thanks for your feedback Simon and thank you for staying in my property. Unfortunately, we have to store the linen and towels in the apartment along with the hoover, floor steamer (and water heater) which is why the other wardrobe is kept locked. It wouldn't be any use for clothes. The cupboards over the top of doors are very difficult and unsafe to access and yes I do keep stuff in there... sorry :-) I also wouldn't want guests to have an accident trying to get up there. Not entirely sure about your comment about the bucket for the mop. This is used on the outside terrace by the cleaners and a floor steamer is used for the floors inside the property.

The apartment is perfect in every way!! Clean, bright and modern. Wish I could have stayed longer! Incredibly friendly atmosphere on club. Golf courses are stunning and exceptionally well maintained. Have already booked for June 2019. Highly recommended.
