👍 Location was fantastic, few steps out of the back gate and then straight onto the beach. Lovely restaurants and bars very close by. Water sports and surfing was fun and some lovely walks along the beach and across the dunes. Private Yacht trip with Infinity Boat Tours is well worth it, snorkelling, swimming off the back of the boat and private jet ski hire which was a blast. A very relaxing and fun 50th celebration with 7 of my close friends in a fabulous Villa and setting. 👎 Sadly one of the toilets was inoperative (awaiting spare parts), so that meant sharing a toilet in another ensuite room, there are four toilets in total, so we managed fine. The double bed looks like it could have been split to make two singles however there was no single sheets, that just meant two of my friend had to share the double. Ideally if the double could be split then this would have been perfect.

June 2026 - just got back from our weeks stay - I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves one! It was AMAZING. Clean, very well serviced and the location was insane. The perfect base to explore Maspalomas and all it has to offer - or be lazy and sit on the balcony watching the world go by... cant wait to re-book next year;-) Everyone we had contact with were polite, responsive and very helpful. Shout out to Ani who checked us in - she was amazing. We arranged our transfers through the villa booking team who were also so helpful. Couldn't have asked for more...except maybe another week there;-)

This place is really quite special; probably one of the best in all of Maspalomas for our group. On the beach, close to restaurants and stores, beautiful setting, kitchen is well-equipped (we cooked a couple meals as a group of 5), very nice gym was close by, lots of space to relax and converse (shaded and in the sun), and having en suite bathrooms with every room is always nice. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gran Canaria!

Great views very relaxing

We loved our stay at the blue ocean villa. The view from the first floor living area is excellent. From the balcony you have lovely views of the beach and watching the sun rise over the sand dune is stunning. From the pool area you have direct access to the beach with shops and restaurants only a short walk along the promenade. The villa has 2 kitchen areas with the first floor being very well equipped you have every utensils and gadgets however the ground floor kitchen has nothing. On our arrival the host greeting was very well organized with great communication starting the day before we traveled. The welcome hamper of coffee waters bread cheese and ham was a lovely surprise. I do need to point out the ground floor living area has very low roof beams anybody over 5foot 9 will need to duck, my son did bump his head on a couple of occasions. we spent the majority of our holiday on the first floor so this didn’t impact our stay. Several time though out the holiday we lost water pressure and had to delay our shower for around an hour. These minor issues hasn’t impacted our holiday I would definitely stay again

Dear Steve Many thanks for your extensive and helpful review We have taken into account the water pressure issue and checked all the piping since this is the very first time we hear about it. Apparently there were some maintenance works in the area related to water supply which were affecting the pressure of this but it is all sorted now. 👍 muy buena ubicación. Inmejorable. Buen detalle del desayuno para el primer día y tambien se agradece tdo el material de limpieza proporcionado para nuestra estancia (balletas, trapos, antimosquitios etc) 👎 ciertas cosas de la casa no tenían un buen mantenimiento. El ventilador de una habitación no funcionaba, la tapa de wáter estaba suelta y algunos muebles tenían cierto desgaste o manchas. La ropa de cama y toallas muy mejorables.

👍 Staðsetningin er frábær rétt 100 metra frá ströndinni og stutt í góða veitingastaði og búðir. Húsið var einstaklega vel búið öllum húsbúnaði sem maður gæti hugsanlega þurft fyrir marga gesti. Öll baðherbergi voru með handsápur og auka klósettpappír, búið var að setja helstu matvæli í ísskápinn svo maður þurfti ekki að fara strax í búðina eftir komu. Öll aðstaða var til fyrirmyndar.

Perfect Place to Relax

The facilities at the Blue Ocean Villa are 2nd to none. Incredible place. Very high quality throughout. The bed are comfortable and the air con works well. Although you are right on the beach it is very quiet at night and doesn’t have noisy traffic to keep you awake. The terrace is really good and the pool is nice, but only for cooling off or for young kids to play in - not suitable for swimming. Will definitely be back.
