Ce millésime, Hudson River Valley ferme a été méticuleusement refait en conservant son charme antique encore conçu pour un style de vie contemporain. Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine de chef avec îlot, une gamme commerciale, une salle à manger et plus qui s'ouvre sur un salon confortable avec une cheminée nouvellement installée, pour des réceptions décontractées.

La cuisine et la salle à manger donnent sur la nouvelle piscine creusée et le grand patio en dalles. En outre, il y a une salle à manger, chambre avec salle de bains avec comptoirs en marbre et salle d'eau.

Le deuxième étage a un maître en suite avec salle de bain haut de gamme, chambre à coucher, salon / chambre à coucher, salon et une grande baignoire de la salle.

La maison est joliment meublé pour vivre informel et il y a des meubles en bord de piscine et un barbecue. Les installations de blanchisserie sont situés au deuxième étage. En outre, il y a la climatisation centrale.

L'aménagement paysager comprend des spécimens à fleurs arbres et arbustes, une tonnelle accroché avec une vigne colibri établie et il y a des feuillus matures. La piscine est privée situés avec une grange vintage pour le stockage du matériel de piscine.

La propriété est à distance de nombreux restaurants du Village, Upstate Films et Marché paysan marche. Il est à quelques minutes du parc des expositions avec toutes ses offres saisonnières et Amtrak.
Il est également pratique pour Omega, Fisher Center Bard et de nombreuses offres fines de Kingston ainsi que le Taconic.

Spacious, Comfortable

Location is great, especially for travelers to the NY Sheep & Wool Festival. Hiking nearby too. The home is very comfortable - quiet, space to relax, nice comfortable beds. Modern appliances and bathrooms. Host very responsive.

What an amazing home in a perfect setting! The pictures do not even begin to describe how glorious this home and location is! Perfect for a girls weekend getaway! This home lacks nothing and we hope to return someday. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy every minute we were there!

Fabulous House in Rhinebeck

The house was really wonderful, as good as the photos!! It has an amazing "cooks kitchen" and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is close to town, although not walking distance but easier to bike or drive. The pool is really nice, sadly it rained most of our stay but we did get some swims in nonetheless. We'd love to come again which is a great complement on a visit to a VRBO.

Wonderful Rhinebeck home!

The photos do not do justice to this lovely Rhinebeck home. Owners were always responsive, kitchen had everything we could need (and more) and the fenced in yard was heavenly for our dog. One of our family is mobility impaired and the main floor bedroom suite was just perfect. Location near Rhinebeck can’t be beat. We hope to rent this home again! Oh, and we loved the pool!

We stayed at this charming home for the July 4th weekend with our three adult daughters, and had a wonderful time. The house is clean and spacious and exactly as pictured and described. We were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and bbq every day. The kitchen is big and well-equipped and the dining room table was perfect for our family meals. We walked around the town of Rhinbeck, and we especially loved the Bread Alone Cafe for sandwiches and iced lattes. The area is beautiful, and we enjoyed our walk at nearby Poets' Park. It was a perfect escape for the family to be together. The host was prompt in responding to all of our questions. We highly recommend.

The perfect vacation house!

We are a family with adult children visiting our NY family and this house was the ideal place to all be together. It was spacious with a fabulous pool and kitchen. The 2 lovely master suites and other flexible bedrooms worked perfectly for us. We loved that it was so close to the town of Rhinebeck and many great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location!

Just left this great house that is a stone's throw from the town center of Rhinebeck. The house was updated, clean and had a great layout - especially offering 2 master suites for our 2 families traveling together. The pool and property were lovely and Heather (the owner) was super responsive. She actually saved our vacation by working to make the house available and ready for us after our initial reservation was unceremoniously canceled at the last minute. We'd definitely go back!

Amazing!!

We had a wonderful summer week at this beautiful home. The outdoor space is relaxing and peaceful. The pool was fabulous. It was warm and the kids swam for hours. We birdwatched, explored nature, cooked, made evening campfires and played board games at night under the stars with the crickets. We explored town (walked there many days). There’s a lovely spa, bakery and small grocery store (also just over the bridge is Adam’s- one of the most fun grocery shopping experiences I have ever had- fresh fruit and veggies galore). Kids enjoyed the candy shop, variety store and our 7 year old visited the comic book store regularly! We went to Ferncliff Forest (awesome view from tower) and explored Kingston with a trip to the maritime museum and ride on a solar powered boat. I found a great local gym to take a few spin classes as well. Our dog came and just like us, felt right at home with plenty of space to run and sunbathe. Our 7 year old enjoyed the toys in the home and the swing set and our teen enjoyed her own room with a king bed! It was SO hard to leave. Hoping to return. Rarely find such a perfect place. Thank you to the owners for sharing this gem!!

Wonderful home

A group of three couples (each with a young child under 3) stayed in this home for New Years. It was wonderfully convenient to town/local grocery store/spa. The spacious open kitchen and dining area were nice and even the layout of rooms felt like none of us were too close to another family. We would highly recommend this home and imagine it would be even better in the Summer/Fall when you can use the lovely outdoor amenities. Small issues were quickly resolved with owner. Lovely winter haven, none of us were ready to leave!

Does not disappoint

We loved this house even more than we thought we would from the pictures. We didn't mind having some rainy weather because we enjoyed the actual house so much. Close to town and Ferncliff Forest for some great hiking. The house is beautiful but comfortable at the same time. Nice big fenced in yard so lots of room for our dog to explore.

FANTASTIC!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, quiet comfortable home. The hosts were responsive, friendly and accommodating. Every appliance worked perfectly and the BBQ was great. The pool was warm and clean. The house was immaculate. The beds were comfy. The town of Rhinebeck is minutes away and has great restaurants, shops. This is a fantastic place to stay and we hope to make this an annual tradition.

Beautiful Property

Home was just as pictured, or maybe even more spacious than expected. Home is in a very safe neighborhood. Home was kept very clean, beds were comfortable. Owner was very prompt with any questions we had. Our dog loved the fully fenced back yard. We would definitely stay here in the future!
