Niché dans la vieille ville de La Quinta, prÚs du golf spectaculaire, du tennis et des festivals de musique de renommée mondiale. Ce condo confortable dispose d'une cuisine complÚte, des machines à laver, grande salle de bains, dressing, FIOS wifi super rapide avec la télévision, y compris le canal de golf.
Le complexe dispose de quatre piscines de style resort et bains à remous pour vous d'apprécier. Tout cela est à quelques pas de l'hÎtel Embassy Suites avec un spa, un restaurant et un bar.
Juste en face de la rue est la vieille ville de La Quinta avec des boutiques et d'excellents restaurants, y compris Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill, Grill on Main et La Quinta Brewing Company pour une biÚre glacée. Seulement 3 miles de Indian Wells Tennis Garden et 5 miles à Coachella Music Festival ou Desert voyage. Les terrains de golf sont à moins de 2 miles.

Excellent unit. As a fellow landlord I always like to know if there are any items that need fixing/replacing. The garbage disposal is inoperative and backs up when using the dishwasher. Please tell Ric the unit is excellently decorated.Thanks,Greg

Great spot

We reserved this condo for our coachella weekend. It was a perfect location close to a shuttle stop and Old Town La Quinta. Clean and spacious!

Great Experience

Clean and comfortable. Owner response was immediate. Great location close to old town and restaurants. Sofa bed was about as comfortable as you can make it with the memory foam but an adult will still feel the bars underneath the mattress. Pools were quiet and relaxing. I would recommend maintenance staff to hose the pool decks daily due to some local ducks that enjoy the pool as well.

Desert getaway

We have stayed at this property many times and it never fails to deliver. Condo is fully stocked, plus many extras. Fantastic location within easy walk to shops and restaurants. Ric is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. We will be back again next year!

Nice one bedroom in La Quinta

The second story condo was clean and as described (one bedroom, bathroom, open living area and kitchen). All the technology worked well (TV, wifi). Location across the street from the old town of La Quinta and in the middle of dozens of golf courses was great.

Wonderful condo

Excellent one bedroom condo - well furnished, well stocked and great location for our purposes of attending the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Ric was always very responsive to our questions and a pleasure to deal with.

Great choice

Our two night stay at this property was great. The casita was clean and well appointed. It met all of our needs. We were in walking distance of Old Town so we didn't have to go very far for a meal.

Always a great place to stay

As always, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ric’s condo in La Quinta. It has everything we need and then some! It’s always in great condition, and Ric is very responsive. Bummed that it’s booked next year for our preferred timeframe, but we will try again in’27!

Swanky & Cozy Getaway!

The modern interior design and over vibe here is laid back and super cool. The host provides all the comforts of being at home and then some. Plenty of restaurants/shops/ fun nearby. There's a park, a brewery, and coffee house all within walking distance. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! We would come here again for sure.

What a great place! Clean, nice decor and great location. Lots of details you don't normally find in a rental like bath items (shampoo etc) coffee, extra pillows, and a full stocked kitchen. 10 out of 10!

My wife and I love our condo - and it shows! We did a complete renovation of this condo in the summer of 2022, including: tiling the fireplace, creating artistic stylized walls with LED lighting, new toilet, shower structure, refinished all cabinets, new door hardware and much more! We love this place and we're sure you will too!

We reside in Santa Barbara and love to visit the desert when our LQ condo is free.
