Un condo à l'étage, une salle de bain avec une cuisine complète incluant tous les gros électroménagers. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen, d'une télévision à écran plat et s'ouvre sur un balcon avant avec des sièges à l'extérieur. La chambre a un lit king size, un bureau, une télévision et un grand dressing. La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche et une vanité complète. Profitez de tout le confort de la maison dans cet endroit formidable. Une piscine communautaire et un bain à remous sont situés directement derrière le condo et un grand parking hors rue est situé directement en dessous du condo. La propriété offre aux clients l'une des meilleures valeurs dans le désert!



La propriété est située à Casitas Las Rosas à l'Embassy Suites. Profitez de plusieurs piscines et bains à remous communautaires, d'un emplacement central à La Quinta à distance de marche de la vieille ville de La Quinta et d'une vue sur la montagne dans la station balnéaire du désert. Casitas Las Rosas est une communauté de condos d'une chambre dans le village de La Quinta. La propriété offre un accès rapide à l'Indio Polo Grounds, au Indian Wells Tennis Center et à une variété d'autres attractions du désert.

The location near Old Town (and some of our favorite breakfast, lunch, and dinner options) was ideal. The unit was very comfortable and pleasant.

Nice condo in great location!

This condo has a great location in La Quinta, walking distance to the shops/restaurants in Old Town and quick drives to some of the best golfing in the area. Really liked the property "electronic bulletin board" that had information about the condo and local areas. Perfect spot for a quiet week.

Awesome location

Your very comfortable condo was quiet, fully equipped with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was awesome, as we were able to walk 5 minutes to all the great eateries and shops in La Quinta Old Town. Also took in the Saturday and Sunday open air markets at Old Town. We enjoyed our stay so much, and booked an additional two days as well. Wonderful memories!

Ideal location for golfers!

Perfect location for proximity to golf courses and Old La Quinta and its many restaurants. Condo was spotless and although we didn’t use the kitchen other than for making coffee, it was fully stocked for those who want to cook. Communication with the owners was very quick,. No complaints!

Breathtaking gateway place

If you are looking for a cozy weekend with a beautiful view, you should look into this condo. It is located within walking distance from a beautiful LaQuinta downtown area that reminded me of Greece architecture, and the Italian community with friendly shop owners. LaQuinta is surrounded by mountains which makes the view stunning. The condo is on the second floor with a nice good view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. It was very convenient for our traveling but far from the busy streets. Finally, we found a few games, and books that entertained us during the evening time. Should we go back, we'll look for booking this place again.

La Quinta PGA Golf

This one was below average due to a very slow wifi connection and smaller tv screen size. The early availability code to door received by text did not work and there was "zero" toilet paper in the condo when we arrived.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving this great review. The guest tried to enter the door code before 3PM, which is a check-in time. The door code will not work before that time. The lack of toilet paper was an oversight on the housekeeping side, and several rolls of toilet paper were delivered within 15 minutes of guest's arrival. We'll take a look at the wifi speed, there's only so much we can do with that one. We can talk to the owner about the TV, but we don't see it being replaced until the next season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great setting. Several things needed to be fixed, ie. the front door lock stopped letting us in the day before we were to leave. Could have been really bad if had not taken the alternate code in my purse. A strip on the bottom of the front door was falling off. Carpet seemed pretty dirty. These things were minor annoyances compared to the location and setting, however.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving the comments. We inspected the property yesterday, and the carpets seemed fine. The door automatically locks when you close it. Please make sure you always know your code or have it with you.
