The property is the result of a recent renovation which has transformed this ancient barn into a beautiful and most comfortable independent cottage with private swimming pool available from May to September.

The house is surrounded by a large garden framed with mature oak trees, offering a furnished patio and a terrace to relax and eat outside, as well as a 4x8x1,20 meters large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests available from May to September.

Internally the house offers comfortable and cosy rooms, is well furnished in rustic style and provided with modern facilities.
The owners of this property leave in a nearby house (approx. 100 m.) with completely private access and outdoor area, and are always available for any need that guests may have during their stay.

Pomarance is situated at approx. 5 km away and offers all kinds of services including various shops, restaurants, tennis, etc. Although being ideally situated for a completely relaxing holiday, the house Il Viale, thanks to its position, is a good starting point both for enjoying the nearby beaches of the Tuscan coast (40 km) as well as the most renowned art centres of the region: Volterra 40 km, San Gimignano 50 km, Siena 75, Florence 80 km, Pisa 90 km.

Ground floor: access from the covered patio into the living/dining room with fireplace, double sofa bed and kitchen area; 1 double bedroom with access door onto a shaded, furnished terrace, 1 bathroom with shower; 1 bathroom with shower for garden and swimming use (with only external access).

*For stays of 14 nights or longer, a fresh set of bed and bath linen is provided every 7 nights.

Not included in the price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): Final cleaning € 20/person , Extra electricity consumption € 0,50/Kwh, Pet € 50/each per stay max 2- where applicable, security deposit € 250 (in cash) requested at the time of arrival, Tourist tax – where applicable.
