Charmante maison de 3 chambres et plus à l'ouest de la ville. 250 $ / nt jusqu'au 4/7

Ceci est une charmante maison à l'extrémité ouest de la ville convoitée! Il se trouve dans un lot mûrement aménagé avec fabuleusement grands arbres qui ombragent la maison en été et fournissent la vie privée toute l'année.
Le premier étage de la maison est mis en place avec 2 espaces de vie séparés, une cuisine entièrement équipée et très fonctionnelle et une chambre de maître avec lit queen et salle de bain attenante. Il y a une belle terrasse hors de la chambre et l'arrière salon pour profiter de la chaleur de l'été. Bien qu'il vous apprécierez les lits de jardin matures pour ajouter un peu de couleur à votre journée.
Le premier étage dispose de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain ainsi qu'un coin bureau qui a un ensemble de lits superposés. Les chambres ont 2 lits jumeaux dans une et une reine dans l'autre.
La maison a beaucoup de grands espaces pour permettre un peu calme de temps pour tous ceux qui séjournent ici.
Il se trouve à 2 pâtés de maisons du pâté de maisons 100 de Elk Ave, juste assez loin pour profiter de la paix et de la sérénité que Crested Butte a à offrir et suffisamment proche pour marcher.

Vous êtes à 3 pâtés de maisons de l'arrêt de bus pour la navette gratuite de la ville. La navette gratuite de la ville vous transporte entre Crested Butte et le mont. Butte à crête.

We loved this house on gothic ave! It was cozy for our family, but still had plenty of room to spread out. I loved having my coffee by the fireplace in the morning, and my kids loved being able to walk to town for shopping and ice cream. We will be back!

Mary was very responsive and helpful when she learned that my husband was on crutches. The house was perfect for five of us. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of fun games and two great living rooms.

Perfect Created Butte weekend

This was our second year staying at this home in crested butte and we loved it just as much this time as the last. The location is amazing, the accommodations are great, kitchen is great for cooking as a group, the fireplace is cozy (but very hard to turn off) and we look forward to coming back again next year!

Charming home with fantastic fireplace.

Great location if you like in-town Crested Butte. Easy walk to the bus stop and restaurants plus of street parking. The classic, log atmosphere and big stone fireplace made it a great hangout after skiing. It was a great choice!

Fantastic location

This property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There is plenty of room to spread out and the location is fantastic. I have stayed in many properties in CB over the years but this place is my favorite. It is is very comfortable and just a 7 minute walk from town. The neighborhood is beautiful and it is a short walk to access the Lower Loop Trail. We loved it!

This is a beautiful home! There were puzzles, games and books to enjoy during some downtime. It is a very easy walk to all the downtown stores and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for some baking. Check in was super easy. I gave skiing a neutral three stars because we visited in October. It’s off-season. So I can’t rate it at all. But we rented an ATV and enjoyed some beautiful trails. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay!

The five of us made it up for a winter visit, skiing and the whole nine yards. Gothic Charmer is in a very peaceful part of town, close to everything (walkable!) but basically set in an aspen glade beyond the through-traffic. Winter views of Crested Butte and a few peaks to the north. The cabin itself was peaceful, too, wonderfully low-key and cozy. It was neat to relax in the living room by the massive stone fireplace, set among walls of rough-hewn log, wood floors with nice rug, and a relaxed old-time feel. Overall, it was a nice mix of rustic and more modern. There’s a lot more room than you’d first think, too - nice quiet master suite in back to one side, rec room out in back on the other. Loved the stained glass flourish in the dining room. Kids loved the bedrooms upstairs. The home was really well appointed, lots to cook with, lots of extra blankets and towels. We especially appreciated clean towels and bedding, without heavily-scented perfume :) Entry foyer had lots of room for boots and winter gear. Alpine Management was wonderfully responsive and hospitable, too, thank you! We had a question about the stove, got it straightened out in under an hour. They were definitely on top of snow removal, we arrived to two big off-street parking spaces, nice and clear, and the caretaker made sure we were happy with accommodations. We hope to stay again soon :)

Love this place!

We love this property and have enjoyed multiple stays. The only downside this stay I would say was a slight decline in maintenance. Just needs a good deep clean/yard work and attention to detail (maybe some new pillows and a double check on appliance and fireplace function). Still love it and will be back!

This house is in a great location with restaurants, shops and the shuttle bus just a couple of blocks walking distance. House was fully stocked, with lots of extras, so you just need to bring food. Period. Impressive property!

Cool rustic cabin in town

We wished we’d stayed longer and brought the kids. Plenty of room and lots and games and activities. The tv room and the fireplace room would be great to entertain a crowd. The location was an easy 2 block walk to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Great home and location!

Really great home. Excellent location and close to downtown Crested Butte. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. Bear repellent if we had wanted to go hiking. Saucers for the kids if they wanted to sled. Even a wagon to pull out 3-year old around so that we could hike. A few Childrens books, hiking maps, local books, and lots of games for all ages. Great place to stay!

Loved 10 Gothic!

This property is all you can hope for in Crested Butte. Thoughtfully updated historic home, classic Colorado interior, lots of room to sleep, and a kitchen that has everything you need. The location is perfect - 2 short blocks from town, 2 short blocks to hiking, at the end of a quiet street. Book this place if you can get it.
