Situé au 3ème étage (ascenseur moderne) avec un balcon sur cour intérieure plein sud, deux chambres disponibles, une salle de bain et une belle cuisine. À quelques minutes de la gare de Stockholm Södra avec une connexion directe vers et depuis l'aéroport d'Arlanda et d'autres communications interurbaines, bus, trains et métro. À distance de marche des zones centrales de Södermalm telles que Mariatorget, Medborgarplatsen, Slussen, Nytorget et un grand nombre d'une variété de restaurants, cafés, bars et magasins ainsi que de beaux parcs, aires de jeux et voies piétonnes au bord de l'eau. We stayed a week with our two children aged 9 & 5, we looked specifically for a 3-bedroom apartment so they would have their own space. The apartment is surely big enough, and packed with books, dvd's and art, making it very cozy. This was our first time in an air b&b, making it a little awkward to stay between some elses' belongings.The other side is that there is no need to buy small things like spices and cooking oil.This area of Södermalm is relatively quiet, there are streets nearby but hardly any traffic. There is a large playground directly beneath the apartment building, making it possible that the children play by themselves. The Södermalmsallén is a big pedestrian / bicycle area. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants all well within walking distance.Public transport is within walking distance: train to the city centre or Arlanda Airport, bus to city centre or other parts of Stockholm. Even the subway tunnelbana is within a 10-15 min walk, both the red and green line. And if you like a good walk with nice views, the historical city centre is a 35-45 minute walk.So overall a very good experience in Stockholm.
