Cottage semi-détaché, animaux acceptés avec poêle à bois, lacs de pêche disponibles, Lytham St Annes et Fleetwood à proximité .. Rez-de-chaussée: salle de séjour avec carrelage. Coin repas / cuisine avec carrelage. Premier étage: 2 chambres doubles, les deux avec salle de douche et toilettes ensuite. . Poêle à bois dans le salon (carburant initial inclus) .. Deux propriétés: Chauffage central au fuel inclus (£ 30 par semaine, £ 20 par court séjour novembre-mars). Électricité, draps, serviettes et Wi-Fi inclus. Lit de voyage. Chaise haute. Télévision TNT. DVD. Cuisinière électrique. Four micro onde. Machine à laver. Réfrigérateur. Patio avec coin salon et mobilier. Jardin clos avec pelouse (partagé avec une autre propriété sur le site). Utilisation d'un terrain de 10 acres (partagé avec d'autres biens sur le site). Parking (2 voitures). Ne pas fumer. NB: Lac dans les motifs, 800 mètres. . Base idéale pour explorer. Cette ancienne ferme de la West Boundary Farm a été soigneusement transformée en deux gîtes lumineux et confortables (réf. 27557 et réf. 27558). Une porte communicante entre les deux cottages permet de les apprécier indépendamment ou comme une maison de vacances plus grande. Situées dans une voie privée à la périphérie du petit village de Pilling, ces propriétés sont idéales pour explorer la côte nord-ouest. Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood et Poulton-le-Fylde se trouvent tous à quelques minutes de route. Alternativement, le Trough of Bowland, la région des lacs et les Yorkshire Dales sont tous facilement accessibles en voiture. Deux lacs de pêche bien achalandés se trouvent sur le vaste terrain de la ferme. C’est gratuit pour les clients. Boutique et pub ½ mile, restaurant 3 miles.

Lovely cottage, nice peaceful location. Nice secure garden for dogs. Owner very quick to sort issue. accommodation was lovely and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Kitchen items lacked a few things for cooking at home but the beds and cleanliness were excellent.

Kitchen items lacked a few things for cooking at home but the beds and cleanliness were excellent. Good for dogs can walk into the fields on a lead. Good shop and pub in the village, just a bit hard to find in the dark when we arrived but the owners were fantasticly helpful, great value for money, Knott End sea side not far away with shops and Mikes super community cafe, Morecambe, Fleetwood, Lancaster, Blackpool all easily travellable.

The accommodation is excellent & very well catered for. Facilities for pets is very good knowing they are safe in a garden.Security is excellent, having a key operated electric gate.Only 15mins drive to Blackpool & Fleeetwood, is an ideal location.Will certainly be returning

John the owner is very helpful. We loved seeing the Peacocks, Barn Owl, Weasel and the Rooster. Nice walk close by and only 10 min drive to beach and shops at Knott End. Plenty of parking. Lovely views over the fields. Cottage very cosy with the log fire burning.

The accommodation was lovely but we suffered a series of power cuts but no follow up was forthcoming

The accommodation was lovely but we suffered a series of power cuts but no follow up was forthcoming. Fortunately we had torches but as it was all electric we would not have been able to make a hot drink. Unfortunately on the last day our car was damaged by the electric gate during a very windy storm. We took no action as we were unable to contact the proprietors. On leaving we were not given any information about keys etc. we tried 3 times to contact the proprietors. However the accommodation was fabulous and very warm so we didn't have to use the wood burner. Thank you. No criticism intended just feel that we could have been contacted.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The hosts were very fiendishly and greeted us with a fresh bottle of milk, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area and walks were lovely for the dog and only a 20 minute drive to Blackpool. Dogs aren’t allowed upstairs, which was a shame as ours found it hard to settle downstairs by himself on the first night. Would highly recommend it and will likely return. A lovely stay at this cottage! Like a home from home.

A lovely stay at this cottage! Like a home from home. Me and my boyfriend went for our birthdays just as a getaway with our two dogs. The cottage itself is lovely (the bed was THE comfiest bed ever) and the garden is massive which is all enclosed. You share the garden with the cottage attached next door so if you have dogs, just be aware of that. There are two fishing lakes about a 15 minute walk away but you can drive up to it if you have a lot of stuff. There is a nearby little village which has a fish and chip shop and a shop that is about a 5 minute drive or a short walk. The host was very welcoming, meeting us as we got there and seeing us off too. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The owner and his daughter were very welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate enough to have the surrounding garden to ourselves and lots of peace and tranquility. Very comfortable cottage had everything we needed.

Very comfortable cottage had everything we needed. Comfortable beds plenty of storage and the mirrors had a plug at the side so we could see when drying our hair. Easy to walk the dog on site.

Friendly owner welcomed us (and the dogs).

Friendly owner welcomed us (and the dogs). Cottage has tiled floor so easy to clean if any muddy paw marks. 2 dog friendly pubs about a mile away. Able to walk dogs in owners grounds (just be aware of peacocks on farm or fallow deer in fields). Good location for Blackpool area or further north to Lancaster. Cottage warm and adequate equipment. Nearest beach is Pilling which is mud flats but a good path to walk dogs along.
