Appartement luxueux en bord de mer, 3 (2) chambres, au Port d'Estepona

Our modern well-appointed, luxury three bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Estepona’s marina area and next to the Blue Flag rated sandy beaches. The apartment is officially registered with the Andalucian authorities and meets all the required standards - Official Reference Number VFT/MA/02495

Our standard changeover day is Saturday but please enquire if you would like alternative changeover days and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Located on the 'front-line' our apartment is on the edge of the ‘Port’ area of Estepona, with spectacular ‘Blue Flag’ beaches on one side and on the other, the hustle and bustle of Estepona Marina with its extensive choice of restaurants and bars.

Our spacious apartment with air conditioning has a large terrace with Panoramic sea and marina view, with the second and third bedrooms offering views of the pool. It is very relaxing to just sit on the terrace and watch the world go by, seeing the fishing boats going in and out and watching the big boats being lifted in and out of the water on the quay opposite.

We have installed Ultra-fast Fibre Movistar broadband and WiFi in the apartment which is unlimited and free for you to use during your stay. This means that you can use all your tablets, smartphones, laptops and any other internet devices with excellent speed and no limits on usage.

We installed a brand new kitchen fitted with granite work surfaces and all new appliances, including Induction Hob, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washing machine just over a year ago.

Estepona, with it’s authentic Spanish ambiance, is a popular holiday destination located to the west of Marbella and is an easy 50 minute drive along the motorway from Malaga airport with frequent daily flights from most UK airports.
Gibraltar Airport is actually visible from the apartment and is easy to reach along the new coast road.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with twin beds in the second and third bedrooms suitable for up to 6 people. All rooms have large wardrobes and a good selection of clothes hangers.

There are two, fully tiled, luxury bathrooms with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and bidet, one en-suite to the master bedroom, and the other separate.

The exceptionally large living/dining room has a 65" 4K Sony Bravia TV and satellite for UK TV channels and radio. with LG Blu-ray player plus an Apple TV for streaming mobile content to the TV.

There is also an LG 39' Smart TV and DVD and Chromecast in the master bedroom.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between rentals and maintained by a local (English speaking) agent, who is on hand in the unlikely event that a problem arises during your stay.

An allocated secure garage space is available for parking your car and there is direct lift access to the Apartment from the garage. This is very useful for transporting luggage and shopping up to the apartment from the car.

Other Activities: Selwo Adventure Park, Gibraltar with Tours of the rock and famous Apes and extensive tax free shopping. Cinemas in nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus

We offer flexible changeover days so that you can take advantage of mid-week flight prices if you wish subject to availability.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to book the apartment.
The balance, plus ÂŁ100 refundable security deposit is payable 2 months prior to your arrival date.
Payment are non-refundable so you are advised to arrange travel insurance at the time of booking.
Maximum 6 named occupants - family groups

HOUSE RULES - General
We expect that you will occupy the apartment for the agreed dates, take care of it, leave it as you found it (no need to wash linens but it should be left clean and tidy). No additional guests may stay overnight other than those named on our Booking form.
Be considerate to other occupants of the apartment building.

DURING YOUR STAY
To ensure that your holiday goes smoothly we use the services of a local Professional Property Management company just a couple of minutes from the apartment so that if any issues that should arise during your stay, they can be dealt with promptly for you. They will also provide keys and can also advise on local excursions, local car hire and general information about the area.

A great holiday

This well appointed and comfortable apartment is in an excellent location from which to enjoy the whole of Estepona from the marina ( which is immediately adjacent)to the old town and beyond. Everything we needed was provided including extensive notes on all the equipment and places to visit.

Home from home - but with the sun and sea

Very clean, well supplied with all items for a great stay plus an excellent balcony facing the marina and sunshine. Once again we are visiting El Faro and we have never been disappointed. The owners are very good at keeping the apartment up to date and with it's location - near to restaurants, shops and a short walk into town - it is perfectly positioned. FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH LOVELY SEA VIEWS

This apartment was so centrally located to marina, restaurants and beach. It was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for a lovely week in Estepona. It was great to sit on balcony and watch the world go by or just savour the lovely views of sea and marina. My daughter cried when we left and has not stopped talking about it. We would definitely rent this apartment again especially as the owners have been so nice to deal with. The check in process was good and directions to apartment were great. I would highly recommend this apartment and Estepona for a great family holiday.

Perfect apartment!

We stayed in this lovely apartment during Easter 2017. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. It is spacious enough for a family of up to six. The view is stunning with the port and the lighthouse nearby. One advantage is that the apartment is situated on the first floor, which means that the marvelous view is combined with having contact with the surrounding area. The beach and several good restaurants are very close. The hustle and bustle of the historic city centre is a bare ten minutes walk along the beach. Sandra has been kind and helpful and the instructions about keys (quite complicated to begin with, but easy to learn!) and other equipment were great. We cannot recommend this apartment enough!

The apartment is spacious beautifully furnished with all the fixtures and fitting for comfort

This was our first visit to Esepona on arrival the keys have to be collected from the letting agent "Melrose Properties "they are situated in the marina complex just a few minuets walk away ,the ladies there are really helpful for general information about the resort. The apartment itself is really nice and comfortable , well equipped kitchen for all your needs for preparing meals, comfortable beds make for a good nights sleep, the balcony is spacious and has views looking over the marina and fishing port. We would highly recommend this property for a holiday here. The marina area of Etepona is excellent for bars /restaurants with so many you are spoilt for choice, if Tapas are your thing you must try Bar Halloman they have the best we have ever tasted and the choice is huge. The old town is worth the 15/20 minuets easy walk along the flat and wide promenade, there are some lovely flower bedecked streets and excellent restaurants . Would we go again yes we would.

An excellent rental property!

This is the second time (in the last four years) that we rented this beautiful 3BR-2BA apartment. It's in a great location, in a quiet modern apartment building. It has a balcony with views of the ocean, Estepona Harbor, and the lighthouse. You can see the Rock of Gibraltar in the distance. Just steps away from a well-maintained, spacious beach! The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photographs. Brand new modern kitchen, fully outfitted. The apartment is immaculately clean, updated, and very comfortable. Everything we needed for the perfect holiday was there! You are within steps of many restaurants and shops. If you get tired of the beach, there is a large pool available, too. This is a family-friendly and safe neighborhood. English language was no problem at all---almost everyone we met spoke English well. I highly recommend this apartment to others wishing to visit the south of Spain. I would definitely rent this property again if we were to return to this area. There are so many wonderful places to visit within walking distance of this apartment, and to drive to as well. We highly recommend spending a day at Ronda, Mijas, Marbella, or the Rock of Gibraltar.

Appartement agréable avec vue sur la Marina

Quelle belle surprise en découvrant ce superbe appartement, avec ses 2 salles de bain, les lits faits avec les serviettes de toilette et cette vue sur la mer et la marina. Nous avons profité pleinement de ce balcon. Nous avons souvent marché, comme les andalous, pour aller de l'autre cÎté d'Estepona. La voiture nous a surtout servi pour visiter l'Andalousie et le garage était un plus. Mais si vous voulez profiter uniquement de la mer, du soleil, de la piscine, c'est l'appartement idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour nous, ça a été 1 superbe semaine. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour cet agréable séjour.

Estepona apartment

As regular visitors to the Estepona area we were delighted to find this lovely apartment right on the edge of the port, with everything we needed within a few minutes walk. The apartment was beautifully furnished and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Six of us stayed, and there was more than enough room for all of us. Check in at Melrose was quick and easy with an English speaking contact who was friendly and helpful. Sandra, the owner was easy to contact and her onsite information was very detailed and helpful! Having a garage space was an added bonus as parking in Estepona isn’t always easy. The pool area was clean and usually quiet, perfect for children too. When we stayed there weren’t any loungers, however this wasn’t a problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment based on its location, cleanliness and customer satisfaction alone. Great holiday

Superb location - never tired of sitting on the balcony overlooking the port. Apartment was all we needed and kitchen well stocked with utensils. Lots of good restaurants nearby and very impressed with Estepona - really liked the old town. Found Sandra really helpful and thorough and always replied quickly to my queries. Thank you. Nothing bad to say! Didn't want to leave.

Fantastic family holiday day

We recently stayed in Sandra's apartment in Estepona and we agree with all the previous reviews. This apartment is fantastically equipped with lots of thoughtful touches including items you can borrow to use at the pool and on the beach. The apartment is located in a brilliant location in easy walking distance to the marina with lots of good restaurants, two markets, the beach and the promenade which is packed full of things to do for adults, and children. We have a toddler and a teenager and there was something for everyone. The showers in the apartment were excellent as was the comfort of the beds and the variety of channels on the television as well as excellent wifi. The apartment had plenty of space for everyone to relax and the balcony over looking the marina was perfect to sunbathe on. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff where we collected the keys from were really helpful in providing local information. We would definitely recommend this apartment and its location. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

First Class apartment & location

Five stars are not enough! This beautiful apartment certainly lived up to previous reviews. Our first impressions were “WOW”. So spacious and beautifully furnished, everything we had hoped for and more. Nothing overlooked except the beautiful Marina. The location was ideal, everything within walking distance - we’re all in our 60s! Lovely restaurants, beach and the delightful Old Town. Sandra was so helpful throughout the booking process and was available to answer any queries we had. Thankfully, her instructions were so good, we didn’t need to trouble her. My wife and I stayed with our son, his wife and 2 children. Fantastic, spacious apartment with big balcony with beautiful views of port, marina and the sea. Absolutely excellent - a true home from home

This is the best private property I've ever hired in 20 years of renting places (many good and many bad). Sandra has done a superb job of kitting this lovely, large apartment out with all Mod-Cons and providing many luxurious elements to the property. Excellent location within 50 metres' walk of Marina, only 5 mins to the beach, plus with a good pool accessed only by residents. Super views over the sea and Marina and a large balcony with space for everyone. I highly recommend this property - especially if you have young children and need a very well-equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms, and huge lounge with UK TV (Netflix, Smart channels) and super-fast WiFi, plus loads of great beach equipment also provided, family games, parasols, deck chairs etc! Wonderful apartment and completely as described if not more.

Estepona is a lovely place to stay and can not recommend the apartment enough. The pool is quite small but not an issue as we were the only people in it though it was rather cool until your body got used to it .We are already planning on when we can return next year. Tip: visit the cork shop in the town if you like original handbags 👜

STUNNING APARTMENT

This place has it all & a lot more. We were all blown away by how clean the apartment was. Plenty of space to store clothes etc. which was handy as we had travelled to attend a wedding so we were all carrying more luggage than usual.. The beds were very comfortable and the linen spotless. There was always enough hot water for the 5 adults to shower although you do have to remember to turn the tank on as it does take a while to heat up (our mistake). The views of the port from the balcony are lovely. I really enjoyed my first coffee of the morning watching the fishing boats returning to port. We had 2 cars. The largest easily fitted in the underground car park. The 2nd car we could always find free parking for a short walk. The whole port area is kept spotlessly clean and there are enough restaurants and bars to keep everyone happy. Try La Escollera (a 2 min walk). An amazing lively fish restaurant. The local supermarket stocked just about everything we needed. Estepona made a great base for us to explore the area. I would definitely recommend the area and more importantly the apartment. It ticked all the boxes and helped to make a special holiday even better. Thank you Sandra it was amazing.

The apartment in Estepona could not have been located any better, it has great views to the marina and sea beyond - meaning once our hire car was locked away in the garage, we could walk everywhere we wanted to day or night. The weather was great, which was made even better by the bad weather back in the UK! All in all you couldn't ask for a better located apartment

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was wonderful. Spacious, spotless and super. Brilliantly equipped - everything you could think of, and a great location! Having a specific parking space was a bonus when we hired a car for a couple of days. Balcony had enough sun during the day, and a great view of the marina and lighthouse. Was fascinating to sit and watch the boats and fishermen coming and going. All in all a wonderful apartment, great location and brilliant service from Sandra. Thank you.

Estepona El Faro rental; March 2018

My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO/Home Away rentals in several countries and we can confidently say that the El Faro 3-bedroom apartment was one of the best - if not the best - that we have ever rented. The apartment had everything that had been promised, at the quality level that had been explained (marble floors, new sofa furniture, upgraded kitchen ware etc). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking all the activity at the Puerto Deportivo. The proximity to all the restaurants at the marina was much appreciated. And we enjoyed the daily the walk along the "boulevard" parallel to the beach - an hour or so, there and back. It was only about a 20 minute walk to the old town of Estepona which truly justifies its description as "preciosa". You can spend hours just wandering through the delightful streets of the old town. We were fortunate enough to spend "Semana Santa" in Estepona and experience several of the processions, including the one of Easter Sunday itself. In summary; we can totally recommend the El Faro apartment. Steve and Helen Ferley

the apartment is very well situated overlooking the marina and within walking distance from estepona town. The bedrooms are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The showers are extremely good. Sandra was very responsive when dealing with queries or a few problems we had.

The location is wonderful with fabulous views and so much nearby in the Marina or a short walk to the Old Town. After visiting regularly since 2001, we always discover something new to delight us each time.

We also enjoy visiting other places in Andalucia and Estepona is ideally placed for a variety of wonderful day trips.

We particularly enjoy the panoramic views of the port and marina, watching the fishing boats going in and out and watching the activities at the boat yard where boats are lifted in and out - so far without mishap!
