Absolutely superb cottage and very accommodating to our needs. Only wish we could have enjoyed it longer. Beautiful private garden, countryside and 2 pubs on your doorstep. Cottage was spotless with all needs catered for. What more could you want. Thank you

Great stay with family from Dorset and Aberdeen

The property is full of character, well equipped and in a great location in a lovely village. It was perfect for our family get together being half way between our homes.

Amazing holiday cottage.

Amazing holiday cottage. Perfect for a family stay & ideal for children & dogs too. This was a really cosy cottage & well decorated to a modern standard. Perfect location with access to local towns & attractions (Brymor & forbidden corner). Excellent value for money too. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Stayed at this property for my 60th birthday with my family,lovely clean property ideal for familys, nice quite location good parking very secure at the back for the small children and dog .also a nice touch with a welcome pack.

Nice comfortable property.

Nice comfortable property. Generally well served with equipment however some barbecue tools would be helpful as we couldn't find any. The patio area is lovely if the weather is good but the remainder of the large garden is wild in places. Sadly we had a problem with the bi-fold door which prevented us from opening the living area to connect it with the outside. The village has a pub and a part time Post Office otherwise you have to travel for everything. There are some lovely walks from the cottage. One word of warning that being out in the country near farm animals we experienced a lot of flies in the property. Some sort of fly deterrent would possibly help.

We had an amazing time at Peartree cottage & the granary, everything was ready and waiting for us.

We had an amazing time at Peartree cottage & the granary, everything was ready and waiting for us. It was so handy as well having a BBQ at the property, the games room went down a treat with the kids and the huge garden for a kick around with the ball. overall a lovely, comfortable stay had by all, including the kids.

The cottage and granary was excellent.

The cottage and granary was excellent. Very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The welcome pack was a real treat. Loved the space in the cottage - we saw the photos of the place before it was renovated, the owners have done an amazing job and really brought it to life. We loved the social space in the kitchen and spent most of our time in there enjoying the underfloor heating! The location was lovely and so peaceful and quiet. We are hoping to return next year as it was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 1 child.

A very well equipped cottage.

A very well equipped cottage. Everything of a high standard especially bedding and crockery. Lovely outdoor space. Beautiful circular walks from the doorstep. Car needed to pick up any shopping, but Leyburn is close by.

Went with family for my 60th birthday wasnt dissappointed at all the weather was kind went on a couple of walks stopped at a nice pub 10 minute walk away the weekend had a great country feel to it we all loved it couldnt fault it a weekend i will always remember
