Wonderful farmhouse on the hills of Camaiore LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT 10%

This group of guests proved to be "special" since their arrival: they showed up 5 hours later than check-in time on a holiday (Easter Monday), outside of our working time. None of us complained. In each bathroom, as usual, there was a roll of toilet paper: they already called for more.It wasn't our duty, but we did it without complaining.They had problems with their car, we offered to send a mechanic and adviced a garage within walking distance from the house, but wanted instead us to go and fix it (...), we didn't cause it wasn't our duty. Than the kitchen sink got clogged: we sent our maintenance man and a drain cleaning technician, but the blockage couldn't be fixed cause it was too big. We apologized and offered to refund the bed linens and towels costs. I showed them that it wasn't a bad maintenance (invoices for drain cleaning done in January and at the end of March, periods of closing and reopening of the house) and that the only group hosted in April before them didn't have problems (5 stars review). The sink was still usable, after all, the water just flowed more slowly and anyway there are two kitchens. The BBQ worked, as did the pool, patio and outside door lights; only the perimeter did not work due to the Easter weekend storm. In exchange at check-out we discovered all supplies for waste collection disappeared and the pool net was exactly in the centre of the pool (weird coincidence). We will keep working with the same commitment as always (read all the reviews).

Unfortunately, I'm not surprised by this review. I won't go into details, which the guest is well aware of. I can only say that this is one of those groups (fortunately very few in 12 years of business) who, from day one, complain about everything in an attempt to get discounts. Every request for action was promptly fulfilled, including the request to buy an additional set of dishes, which we found unopened and wrapped when the guests departed. I just want to point out that the "mice" mentioned by the guest were actually a small field mouse, an inconvenience that, unfortunately, can happen in the countryside and which was immediately resolved. On the other hand, I can say that the house rules, clearly specified in the ad and in the welcome email, were not fully respected, and that an inflatable hot tub was even installed without our knowledge, resulting in a consequent waste of electricity and water at our expense. I'm nevertheless comforted that subsequent guests (who arrived on the exact day of Ms. Jasmine's departure) left a glowing review. I think this is enough to demonstrate our way of working for the last 12 years.
