Myrtle Beach resort A236

The cleanliness of the condo could have been much better. Upon our arrival, there were multiple light bulbs out and missing within the facility of the condo. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. The fire alarm on the condo ceiling was completely missing its cover and I found it laying in the maintenance closet. I don't believe the floors were cleaned it all from whoever the cleaning service was due to sand being all over the place. Upon arrival I had to vacuum the condo due to sand and pieces of garbage left on a floor. I have rented from this management team before and usually very exceptional, but this time I was very disappointed with the stay in this condo. The condo was pretty slightly outdated with dilapidated furniture with stains

Awesome Stat

Great property at a great resort. Rarely left the resort which is a great thing! Loved the access to the beach and the pool, plus the kitchen has everything we need to cook dinner nightly.

Overall positive experience.... Only drawback being near the elevator trash cans. Terrible marijuana smell and lots of commotion going on the first part of stay cleared up mid week.

Family vacation

We loved Myrtle Beach Resort for past 21 years we stay at same resort. Condo was very nice like to have a same condo next year too. Property management was awesome and easy work with definitely recommend to everyone.

Not what is advertised! Would not recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the elevator was never working the entire 8 days we were there so we had to haul all of our stuff up two flights off stairs not fun. The tubs in both bathrooms kept clogging up with brown water and trash. The tile floor in the master bathroom was cracked and coming up causing my son to cut his toe open on the first night we were there. There were roaches on the kitchen floor. The decor looked like it came from the goodwill (very outdated) and to top it all off the manager of the company we booked through walked into our condo while my daughter was in the shower because he said we didn’t answer the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book elsewhere the next time we stay in Myrtle Beach!

Vacation!!

The resort had everything we needed. The basketball court was a big hit for the older boys. We played Cornhole and the littles used the playground and pool! We will be using in the future

Great location!

First the communication with the management company was great, Justin was quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable which is always important to us. The walk to the beach was two minutes and the restaurant at the beach was great. I would definitely stay again!

Our Myrtle Beach Vacation

The property was very welcoming, clean, description was very accurate. Very close to beach and pools. Only issue was the water pressure in the kitchen, bathrooms were fine but very hard to hand wash dishes, took forever.

Dirty Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue I had with this unit was the cleanliness. It was very dirty. The outside and inside of kitchen cabinets were filthy. Finger prints on the sliding glass doors, dirty dishes. I had to wash each dish before using. The extra blankets were disgusting and clearly not washed. Floor was dirty; pieces of food was left under the tables and outside on the balcony. I would highly suggest hiring a new cleaning crew. This is our 4th year renting from the Myrtle Beach Resort. We’ve never had issues with the other units we’ve rented. The resort it’s self was clean. Employee’s are welcoming and kind. However, I was disappointed with the elevator service. My elderly mother was staying with us and was in need of an elevator. Unfortunately, it was broke the entire week. With that being said, I’d recommend the resort but definitely not A236 unit.

Would stay here again!

Very nice, clean and the one we stayed in felt homey. Liked that we could see the ocean from our balcony and a quick walk to the beach which was also pretty clean. The only thing I did not like was the rude security officer that was stationed by the gate to get into the property. I did not have my code to get in but showed her my keys to the room and she said “okay what about them” we forgot our code in the room she said “that’s not my problem” she was just nasty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The Boardwalk was only a 10 minute drive. Nice beach area. I would recommend this resort.

Missing Myrtle

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MBR A236 was more than we could have asked for, the pictures do not do it justice and it is just gorgeous. My brother in law traveled with and we had more than enough room for 5 of us. Everyone was friendly and we had a small issue with the ac unit not draining late one night and were able to reach someone through the security gate and they came and fixed it. So many activities for kids and adults alike that you wont ever have to leave the property except to get groceries at Walmart Market directly across road from Resort. So happy with MBR we were looking to see what is available again for another vacation. Thank you so much for making Myrtle one of our new faves.

The elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to bring our luggage to the apartment using the stairs. But, besides that, We liked the location and the pool areas.

I rented 2 rooms this year an both was still dirty. This unit I stayed in and there was food left in thw frontroom dirty clothes from past guest under all thw beds down behind dressers was items from a past guest and a coke bottle with chew spit under master bed. The extra blankets in small bedrooms was shoved under the beds all wadded up. The floors made our feet turn black from dirt it was not good. Had to clean before we could enjoy thw room

The Family Fell in Love

The property was awesome....great price...great size of the room...fit all 6 of o Us comfortably. Would say it needs bigger TVs and a king size bed but overall...wonderful! Will defines be returning in the summer

Reviewer Comments: The unit was small, crowded, the internet not that great, the bedrooms are on the hall side with windows that do not open, . The building reeked of marijuana and laundry facilities were terrible.You are close to the beach, and the property management company was helpful and easy to work with. I would not recommend this property.
