Great location and value for money.

Property was clean and as described, host was really helpful and in constant communication. Location was great for the price, 10 minute walk to the gondola, supermarket nearby and bars/restaurants. Will stay again when I return to this area.

Family ski holiday

Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. It was slightly bigger than we expected and there is lots of storage space. Kitchen is well equipped and it was very clean and modern. It’s a short walk into Morzine Centre, lovely view of Pleney from the bedroom windows. Short section of steep incline to get back up to the apartment but the location overall was good. A few restaurants and bars nearby if you don’t want to go into the centre. The only small negative was the noise from the upstairs accommodation, you could hear their footsteps between floors which woke us up some mornings. Great communication with VĂ©ronique. Would highly recommend.

Logement Ă  2 pas de l'arrĂȘt de la navette pour se rendre Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©cabine Super-Morzine et Ă  10min Ă  pied de la place de l'Office du Tourisme. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© sa localisation.Nous Ă©tions 7, 4 adultes et 3 ados, et avons pu Ă©voluer dans le logement sans se marcher dessus. Parfait !Les Ă©changes avec la propriĂ©taire ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ables et sympathiques, nous avons aimĂ© ses petites attentions.

The perfect way to stay in Morzine!

I am tempted to not give a good review, because it was that perfect, and I don’t want someone to book it next season. The chalet is located perfectly, and my family of six was able to walk with ease everywhere in Morzine. The chalet was as described, well appointed with radiant heated floors, and even a heated towel bar in the bathroom. The host was very communicative before and during our stay to ensure we had the best experience. Coming from the USA it was such a relief to have a host who was so wonderful and willing to give recommendations, and provided us with the activities happening in Morzine during the time we were staying.

Really liked this apartment and was fab for what we needed for a long weekend. V close to centre and supermarket too. Veronique was super helpful and communicated well.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Six ladies stayed for 4 nights, and we had a great time! The apartment is small, but perfectly formed, with everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is well equipped and the table is a good size. The shower is powerful, and having the separate loo was a big help! The beds were very comfortable, and the clothes storage was plentiful. The balcony around the property is lovely to enjoy the amazing views over Morzine, and although it's narrow, there was plenty of room to sit with a cuppa. Veronique was a great host, when the hairdryer broke (disaster for 6 women!) a replacement was provided immediately, and her communication was helpful and friendly throughout. The apartment is located less than 5mins walk from the church/river, on the quieter side of the river, so it was peaceful at night, but still close enough to the town centre to be able to walk back easily after a night in the bars! Only having one key was a minor inconvenience because the door locked manually. So we'd lock it in the key box when we all left, but if some people came home before others, there was no way to lock the door AND leave the key in the box, so you'd have to go to bed leaving the door unlocked which wasn't great. To be fair, we didn't mention this to Veronique, and she may well have been able to provide a second key had we asked. All in all, we would absolutely recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Lovely property in a very pretty and busy town. Everything was within 10 mins walk. The apartment was as described, with comfy beds and a kitchen with everything you could need. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely go back.

Magnifique appartement, joliment décoré, bien aménagé et proche du centre de Morzine

Appartement de max. 8 personnes, Ă  recommander sans hĂ©sitation ! Il est en parfait Ă©tat, amĂ©nagĂ© avec beaucoup de soin, tout en Ă©tant fonctionnel, et la literie est impeccable. Il est parfaitement conforme Ă  l'annonce sur Abritel. Le centre-ville est tout proche, mĂȘme s'il faut un peu marcher pour rejoindre les remonte-pentes. Des navettes desservent nĂ©anmoins le parking de Prodains, qui permet d'accĂ©der facilement Ă  Avoriaz. Bref, appartement Ă  rĂ©server sans hĂ©siter.

Beautiful apartment walking distance to everything

We had the best time staying in this lovely apartment. Even though the days during our summer visit were at times hot, the apartment stayed comfortable and cooled down nicely in the evening. The location is perfect- you can easily walk to anything in Morzine from Cocquelicot. VĂ©ronique was friendly, pleasant, and easy to reach. We would love to stay in Cocquelicot again.

Lovely apartment and close to the bus stop

The apartment was lovely and clean. It served us well (6 people) for a weeks holiday. Veronique provided all the information needed and was very accommodating. Location wise, the apartment is a short walk up the hill from the A1 bus which takes you directly to the avoriaz ski lift. It is a little bit of a walk to the pleney cable car. Also very close to bars and restaurants. Thanks again!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It’s modern, clean and most importantly had plenty of storage and hot water for showers after a day on the slopes. Rooms were a good size and we wouldn’t hesitate staying here again next time we visit Morzine. Thank you Veronique!
