Maison au bord du lac avec toutes les commodités et belle vue

Maison du lac rénovée et mise à jour, nouveau plancher et salle de bain en LL. Cuisine mise à jour, solarium et terrasse couverte avec terrasse en composite. Espace extérieur incroyable avec de nombreux sièges. Grils à gaz et à charbon de bois, foyer, grande pêche hors quai et fond de sable pour la baignade. Pas dans l'eau. Profitez d'une tasse de café tout en regardant le lever du soleil et les bateaux passent sur le pont couvert ou le solarium ou les chambres.

Il y a 4 chambres à coucher (8 personnes au total). Le niveau supérieur comprend une grande chambre avec chambre à coucher attenante donnant sur le lac. Idéal pour une famille. LL comprend 2 chambres et une salle de bain. A également une salle de soleil et un grand espace de niveau inférieur.

Nous aimerions les locations du samedi au samedi, mais nous pouvons être flexibles dans la semaine selon la disponibilité. Les vues sont spectaculaires de chaque pièce de la maison. Inclus.. KAYAKS, GRAND FLOTTEUR EN MOUSSE, BATEAU DE PÊCHE À LOUER, PÔLES DE PÊCHE EN HIVER / GLACE.

Great spot!

We had a great stay-beautiful spot on the lake, walking distance to ice cream and boat rentals. We enjoyed the deck and lower level outdoor stay. Comfortable sleeping for everyone.

Best on yet that we’ve rented!

We’ve been going to Round since we were kids and now bring our kids. We’ve rented several different cottage/houses all over the lake and this is by far our favorite. This has everything you need and amazing views.

Beautiful, peaceful lakeside rental.

Fantastic lake views, very comfortable home. Kids loved kayaking. Accommodations made the week more enjoyable for our daughters wedding. Thanks again Lisa, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice cottage

This cottage is very well appointed. It has everything you would need. The location is fantastic. A perfect water view and it includes two kayaks. There are three levels. My favorite features are the sun room on the lower level and the covered porch on the main level. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. The owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating.

A Slice Of Heaven

This lakefront is without question a place you want to visit. The accommodation was perfect and it is very homie if you will. Convenient to everything you want or need. The area is so friendly and it was a pleasure to spend a week decompressing with that lake view. A truly wonderful experience. Thanks for everything.

Lovely place!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house on Round Lake. The house is tri-level which allowed our teenagers and their friends to have a bit of their own "space." Very clean, well stocked and overall just lovely. Loved the balcony which allows some morning sun and afternoon shade...great place to sit and watch the lake. Lisa was super great. Would definitely recommend!

Location is exceptional, home in good condition. The bedrooms are either in the upstairs (converted dormer with a pass through) with no bathroom, bathroom is on first floor. The other bedrooms are on the lower level with a bathroom and a newer enclosed patio area. The main floor has an updated kitchen area and a walkout patio. The dock has a ladder for ingress and egress to the lake. The staircases are narrow and steep. The air conditioners work exceptionally well. In conclusion our stay was wonderful!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Can’t say enough about this property, the owner, and the property manager. Already looking forward to our next vacation there. During our stay we enjoyed time with our adult children swimming, boating, cooking out, shopping at local shops, and hanging out around the campfire. We did have a wind and rain storm go through but we had plenty of room and comfort inside watching a movie and when there was record breaking heat this property came through with shade trees and central air. There was plenty of space inside and out and I can’t think of anything it was missing. Thank you so much for sharing your lake house with us!!

Our favorite family time!

The location works perfectly for our family get away. Very easy to walk to Sterling’s for anything and we love their pizza. In the water we spent time floating, fishing, and boating. The yard is perfect space for yard games, cooking out, campfires, and just relaxing. Inside the cottage just feels like home and boy is Lisa a treasure to work with. Neighbors on both sides are also very welcoming and there if we needed anything. One day we did a trip around the lake for drinks, food, and pool stopping at Two Lakes Tavern, Highland Inn, Boot Jacks, then Devils Lake bar and grill playing corn hole on their patio. Saturday morning went to the farmers and craft market. Already planning our next stay. Thank you Lisa for sharing your place we really enjoy making lake memories with family!

Lake vacation

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake cottage. The home was clean, very welcoming, and had everything we needed plus much more. There r many wonderful features such as the lake views from the upper porch (outstanding) to the lower patio, nice furniture inside and out, well stocked kitchen, quality beds/bedding and updated decor. Very nice! I can’t say enough good about Elisabeth. She went above and beyond to accommodate us from when we first booked the cottage to the week of our stay. It was very clear that she wanted us to have the best time while staying in her cottage at the lake—And we did! Excellent in all respects!

Fabulous house!

This house is absolutely perfect for a lake vacation. Our kiddos enjoyed fishing and kayaking as well as s’mores by the bonfire in the evenings. The adults loved doing puzzles and playing cards on the top porch as it has the most beautiful and peaceful view of the lake. The kitchen came fully stocked with anything you could ask for when creating meals for everyone. Extra bonus it is super close and walking distance to a great breakfast restaurant poppas, a general store called sterling’s, and an ice cream shop for the kids at night. The owners were some of the best I’ve ever worked with when it comes to staying VRBO. Super personable and there for any needs or questions. I can’t imagine a better place to stay. We have already booked again for next year and can’t wait! Thanks for sharing your home with us and allowing our family to create such awesome memories! -the rawl and watts families

Family fun

Great Lake. Nice property. With room for 4 cars and a nice lawn directly on the lake. Perfect for kids because there’s no street to crocs like at other parts of the lake. Shallow water for yards. Well equipped kitchen and loved the beverage fridge. Not an eat in kitchen. Seating with the expander table requires movement f the furniture. Renovations were good. Keep the upstairs door closed so that you can keep the upstairs cool. We moved all the fans from the other bedrooms upstairs since it’s more of a converted attic. With teens boys they wanted their own space and the really nice futon in the lower level sun porch was excellent. Walk out from the porch to the lake and lower level bathroom were a plus. Good amount of fishes to store food and access to spices and other basics. A few downsides: the location is great access to the market, ice cream, restaurants and Robs rental. The negative is being a few houses from the corner of a “major” intersection so you hear cars going by. Fans on upper porch were so dirty that we couldn’t use them. Owner was responsive when this was pointed out for next time. Beds weren’t comfy and I’d bring my own pillows. Not enough seating for the bonfire area so bring 4 of your own camp chairs. Awesome and helpful neighbor supporting local property management. Wonderful and quick communication with the owner. Very family friendly area.

Hi Cheryl. Just wanted to add an update. Fans have been replaced. Beds have also been replaced and have more pillow options than a Marriott hotel. ;) we’ve added fans for white noise but also have fans in the bedrooms (ceilings). Along with this, we have repainted, new decorations and have added a kitchen table inside and outside for seating for 6-8 each. You’d love the renovations and additions.

The Good Life!

Perfect spot to gather with extended family from Ohio and Michigan. Nice shady yard, with plenty of options for sunning, if that's your thing. Great water access and water sport supplies, perfect fire pit, sweet porch off the kitchen to hang and watch lake traffic, and the kitchen itself, tho small, is very nicely stocked. Enough space inside, with comfy furniture, to hang on a rainy day. The complete package! Owners very responsive over phone and property manager Mike, next door, helped ous out like the ideal neighbor he is. We all had a great time and came home feeling refreshed.

Wonderful

Our stay at the lakehouse in Manitou Beach was wonderful. The house has a warm welcoming feel. It feels like coming home. Every thing we needed was there. Loved having the washer and dryer available. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with . The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The weather didn't cooperate well. But we had a great time and did enjoy a bon fire by the lake one evening with family and friends.

Lovely lake house with all the amenities

My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views over the lake, especially at sunrise. House had everything we needed. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with lots of pots, pans, bowls, utensils, and more. Everyone was very comfortable in their bedrooms. Bathrooms had plenty of room and also well stocked. Our favorite was using the huge fire pit! We had to go out and find wood to keep us going, but there was plenty of wood to be bought along the roads. :) Kiddos (and adults) love making Smores! Plenty of life jackets of various sizes for kayaking. Sun room was the perfect set up to watch "The Game" with the huge tv and comfy seating, with quick access to our beer coolers on the back patio! Grabbed the 'lily pad' so we could sunbathe off the dock and stay cool. Convenient store is within walking distance and has almost everything. We had beautiful weather and played hard under the sun! Loved everything about our stay!!!

We live in Cincinnati, 4 hours from this house. We love this house so much and wish we could live there full time. I have lived all over with my job. Indiana (Hoosier) for college, then lived in Indy, Chicago, bought the lake house, them moved to Royal Oak. I officially moved to Cincinnati in 2006. Met the love of my life and we created 2 amazing girls.
I think I convinced my husband to marry me because of the lake house!!!!!

I bought this house when I was younger and single. Now, with a husband and 2 lovely girls we find it more difficult to travel 4 hours. We love this house and you will understand when you visit. It's a perfect setting... house, lake views, walk to dinner/ store/ bars. Neighbors are wonderful and will help with your stay.

Don't get in your car for the entire week. Need something? Order pizza or get essentials just doors away at Sterlings. The water/ beach is perfect for swimming and playing in the water. You will love the glass railings overlooking the lake. We have renovated each square inch of the house.
