Les appartements Magnolia se composent de six appartements entièrement équipés rénovés et de deux lofts. Nous avons sélectionné les trois appartements que nous aimons le plus et sommes heureux de vous les présenter. Chaque appartement comprend deux chambres et une petite salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain, la climatisation et le chauffage central. L'appartement n ° 1 bénéficie d'une terrasse privée tandis que les 2/3 possèdent un balcon privé avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée.
Idéal pour les familles
Les appartements conviennent le mieux aux familles de 4 personnes maximum. La cuisine entièrement équipée est très utile lorsque de jeunes enfants permettent de préparer des collations ou des repas complets.
Tous les appartements disposent d'une connexion haut débit à Internet gratuite et d'un accès gratuit au centre de remise en forme et à la piscine sur place.
Notre objectif est de vous offrir un service et une hospitalité impeccables et de rendre votre séjour agréable et paisible. Un service de ménage quotidien discret et le propriétaire / responsable sur place assurent une détente totale et un accueil chaleureux. A little gem!

Property as described, great location - short dive into Fiskardo or a 40 minute daytime walk on a walking route via the forest/countryside (difficulty level = medium - good trainers with proper grips are required). The pool area is fantastic! Excellent and friendly customer service. The beds were very comfortable and we always had enough hot water. Kitchen facilities were tired so only suitable for light snack preparation but not top priority as we were out and about exploring most days and we had a fantastic local taverna across the road.

Beautiful!

We loved the villa and the area! We stayed in the rear apartment 2 on the ground floor of the beautiful converted villa on the main road to Fiscardo. In easy reach of stunning beaches, (car needed), parking at the villla easy, pool and pool area brilliant for our two teens, great gym and table tennis surrounded by lemon and lime trees. We loved the small balcony to sit for breakfast over looking the pool, with the country side and mountains of Ithaca beyond. Svetta the lovely housekeeper was friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were superb, very comfortable, lovely white linen sheets and there were towels for the poolside too. The air con was great, the shower room was excellent and we were very happy with the apartment. The kitchen was a bit sparse but we didn't cook at all. There is a small independent grocery shop a minutes walk away, and a gorgeous italian deli that makes fresh coffee and paninins and is a great place to sit and have breakfast watching the world go by. Opposite the deli is a traditional taverna, with very good service and food, which gets busy at the weekends. We would highly recommend Alati restaurant for excellent food, service and wines whilst watching the sunset over the white rocks (the sunsets along this coastline are incredible), it is a very special place. Fiscardo is worth a visit for lovely shops, touristy and quality goods, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, bars alongside the beautiful harbour. Thank you Magnolia Apartments

Clean and comfortable accommodation

We wanted a short stay for our trip to the North of the island and this property was ideal. It was very clean and modern, extremely comfortable beds and a short stroll to a taverna and supermarket. Suited our needs perfectly

Recommended

Great accommodation, lovely staff, pool, gym and gardens. Two nice restaurants and a local shop 1min away and nice 30min walk through the forest back road to fiskado. Need to get taxi back (€7) as not really suitable to walk in dark.

Bello l'appartamento, ottima la piscina. Tranquillità assoluta. Buone le pulizie ogni 4 giorni con cambio lenzuola; a richiesta è possibile far pulire anche più spesso. Posizione ottima per visitare tutta la parte nord vicina a Fiskardo.

Gem of a place

We had a lovely stay here in July 2022. Admittedly we only stayed two nights, but it was perfect for our needs. Two comfy bedrooms and decent kitchen, really lovely pool area and short (driving) distance to Fiskardo. There's a lovely little shop and taverna a short walk away. In all a great little place to spend a few days.

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Betten, ausreichend Schrankkapazität, gepflegtes Bad. Zimmerservice auf Wunsch. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber schön und im Außenbereich mit guten Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Schöne Sonnenschirme. Alles sauber und ruhig. Vor Ort keine Rezeption. Die Chefin Nancy ist über Handy erreichbar. Zimmerservicefrau tagsüber meist vor Ort. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Ort Antipata ist nicht viel los. Es gibt schräg gegenüber ein ganz gutes Restaurant. Es gibt ein super Café mit hervorragendem Frühstück (nicht ganz billig). Außerdem einen kleinen Laden. Fiscarado ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Der nächste Strand (Dafnoudi Beach) ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Der letzte Kilometer nur zu Fuß. Sehr schön, aber nur große Kiesel.

Lovely apartments with fantastic pool area

Had a lovely four-night stay at Magnolia in a two bedroom apartment. Very clean place with fantastic pool area, table tennis and gym. Apartment is quite compact with not a lot of space if you want to cook while you are there. We were overlooking the pool and balcony is small with only enough room for two people although table inside seats four. Sun rose on our balcony so very hot in the morning and cool in the evening. Room is cleaned very regularly and towels changed every third day. Pool are is lovely. There are bikes available for rent at 15Euro a day. Apartment is very near to Picnic for breakfast/brunch/snacks and To Petrino restaurant for traditional and lovely Greek food. Great walks near the area and lovely beaches including Emblisi, Kamilia and Dafnoudi. Can walk to Fiskardo via a path in about 35 minutes

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location!

We loved our stay at Magnolia Apartments, we stayed in Apartment 2, it is very well maintained and finished to a very high standard, the apartment is very comfortable, the beds are wonderful we slept so well, everything is there that you need to make your stay a relaxed and enjoyable one! Nancy and her team run the apartments very well and are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble, there is a reception area which is open in the mornings from memory, so Nancy is around if you need any help with anything. The apartment was cleaned regularly and we loved the balcony that looked out over the pool and countryside around, it is in a stunning location and in an ideal position to explore the local area. There is a well equipped gym too, so if you fancy a workout it is there, I managed it two days then got into holiday mode!! There are beautiful beaches nearby and a restaurant in walking distance, or ones further afield in Fiscardo, which is about 5/10 minutes drive away, there are shops there too. There is also a small supermarket within walking distance too which we found very handy. The pool and sunbathing area is great too and we enjoyed some relaxing time just chilling out around the pool area. We would most certainly recommend this to friends and family and would have no hesitation in returning there again. We were also very impressed by Greek Island Retreats, Bob who we dealt with was wonderful and made the booking of this apartment easy, he also helped us with flight queries, car hire etc, which was a great relief too and recommended restaurants, beaches etc too. We will most certainly be using Greek Island Retreats again, we were very impressed. They do also have a local team based in the Fiscardo area, which was nice to know, we didn't have any problems but it gave us confidence to know people were on the end of the phone locally if we needed any help too.
