Sud ouest face à Villa Mandelina est une ferme en pierre de luxe spacieuse restaurée par les propriétaires (qui possède également Villa Maslina) pour faire un séjour fabuleux Villa. Réparti sur trois étages, chaque chambre est unique dans la conception et l'ameublement avec des parties du bâtiment datant de 300 ans. Les chambres ont été meublées avec des lits confortables et toutes les chambres sont très spacieuses avec leurs propres salles de bains. La cuisine est bien équipée (pas du tout comme un jour férié laisser) et dispose d'un grand réfrigérateur congélateur américain, four et plaques de cuisson ainsi que de nombreux placards et espace de travail. Une grande table de salle à manger peut accueillir 12 avec vue sur la baie de Tivat et le salon séparé a siégé télévision, des livres et des jeux et de grands canapés moelleux. Il est un endroit idéal pour les groupes d'amis ou les familles avec 3 chambres ayant une cour privée et 3 à l'étage supérieur. L'immense espace de vie contemporain dispose de terrasses qui donnent sur la piscine privée plat de pont (8 mètres x 4 mètres) et de la mer. La piscine est entourée de terrasses ensoleillées pour tous ainsi que la baignade parapluies du soleil le jour pour l'ombre. Surplombant la piscine est une terrasse ombragée qui a un grand bar pour ceux des boissons fraîches, BBQ et table pouvant accueillir 14 .. Une salle de jeux a de tennis de table, fléchettes et jeux de balle, plus badminton dans le jardin. Parking sécurisé pour 5 voitures et un grand jardin ajouter à l'impression d'espace. Un sentier mène à la plage (15 min à pied environ) et les magasins et les plages sont à 5 minutes en

We had a fabulous stay. Hugh was so insightful during the check in process and gave us some great places to visit away from the busy crowded tourist hotspots. The villa was a lovely peaceful sanctuary. We cooked at the villa several nights and were really pleased with the utensils provided, there was everything you could wish for.

Our two weeks here were absolutely brilliant! Hugh and Gail gave us a warm welcome to their beautiful house, even though we arrived late due to the long journey. With its fantastic furnishings, perfect layout and comfort, the house met and exceeded our expectations. The view of Tivat and the bay is stunning, and the pool is the perfect place to relax. There are plenty of lovely bays for swimming in the surrounding area, as well as plenty of places to shop and eat. It was simply perfect for us as a family and we can highly recommend the house.

We had a lovely holiday from start to finish. Villa had an amazing views, super comfy and lots of space .Everything you need is there and even more. We're welcomed warmly and we got lots of advice about the places to visit and eat.Villas location is great,but you need a car if you want to explore beautiful Montenegro.

Fabulous villa with breathtaking views over the bay. Lovely pool and excellent kitchen with so much equipment to self cater. Hosts were really helpful and lovely and easy contactable during our stay. Would recommend this villa to anyone, ideal for large family groups.

Lovely week in Montenegro

We had a delightful week in Durasivc. The house was as advertised and very clean and charming. This is a convenient location for touring Montenegro and a great spot to stay. The house had plenty of lovely spots to gather but i think our favorite was the desk with its comfy furniture, shade from the sun and beautiful views.

Amazing views from terrace. Very well equipped kitchen - everything you could possibly need. Met by host for guided tour of property. Lots of information regarding surrounding area as regards to eating, shopping, places to visit.Pool “refreshing” - perhaps might benefit from some heating!All in all fabulous holiday - would definitely use again. Great for ladies of a certain age who need their own space, bedroom, bathroom etc.

Wonderful stay

A fabulous holiday spent in Villa Mandelina. It was a perfect property to spend a family holiday in. Having a mixed group of adults, it provided space and amenities to suit us all. We were constantly in awe of the beautiful views. Spending evenings dining in were a pleasure as the Villa was so very well equipped. Our hosts Gail and Hugh were very accommodating, on hand whenever we had a question. We really couldn’t have wished for more.

Lovely villa

This very spacious villa was perfect for a family vacation for 10 of us. The ping-pong table and outdoors areas were great for children. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware and all kinds of cooking tools (blender, food processor, etc.). We cooked in and between Voli grocery stores and local markets, we were able to find everything we needed. The hosts are very available and helpful. Thanks for a great holiday!

A million dollar view

The pictures of this place in the listing don't even do it justice. The view alone makes it worthwhile, let alone the beauty of the architecture and the convenience of all of the amenities. It was hard to leave to go out visiting the area, but we dragged the kids away on a boat ride recommended by the host and had a lovely day on the water.

Wonderful Villa for your family reunion!

Villa Mandelina was amazing! We are with a family of 14 with a lot of kids between ages of 1-12. We had the most amazing reunion at Villa Mandelina. Everyone had the privacy that they needed and shared facilities offered a great space for whole family to hangout. Villa has absolutely everything that you will need and the Hugh has been a great host! We spend a week in Villa Mandelina and we will definitely be back again! Thank you so much for everything Hugh!

Great villa with perfect views

The villa is beautiful and Hugh and Gail are perfect hosts. We were a family of 7 ranging from 13 to 90 so we did hire cars but for those fit enough a walk to a beach and to Radovići for food is possible. Driving to places is easy, Tivat and Kotor being around 15 mins in the traffic. The villa has 6 lovely bedrooms, and the living space on the middle floor is spacious, perfectly furnished and has the most amazing views from the terrace where we spent most of our time. Overall a fabulous holiday.

A perfect Villa for a family stay

The villa is wonderful, a lot of space, great kitchen, big pool and a wonderful terrace with a great view over the bay and all the way to Tivat. A bit far from the closest shops (1,7km) so if you don't like walking you should have a rental car (most people who rent this place most certainly have one). But now to the best part, Hugh is a true professional, he is a superb host, knows the area, helps, tells stories and has a great sense of humor. We had a most wonderful stay at Villa Mandelina and if we ever come back to the same area, we sure know from whom to rent a villa.

Absolutely wonderful!

We've not long been back from having had a fantastic week at Mandelina. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and has been so well done. It is clean, well maintained and has brilliant facilities. Hugh & Gail are the most wonderful owners.......they have been sooooooo helpful, from the very beginning of initially making our booking, right up until he waved us goodbye at the airport! They are not intrusive at all, and yet are on hand to help and advise with any queries/advice whatsoever. It was a first trip for us to Montenegro and we will definitely be back!......... and Mandelina will without doubt, be our choice of accommodation!! Thanks again!!! 5 stars!!

Fabulous holiday in wonderful house

The best equipped and cleanest house we have stayed in. Comfort, style, peace and everything you could want. Pool was the cleanest we have swum in and views over Tivat were breath taking. Despite being the annoying kind of guests who ask a new question every day, Hugh and Gail were helpful and prompt in assisting us! All rooms were equally lovely, though it was very hot in the upstairs bedrooms! All the games mentioned were available and fully stocked and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Annoying things we have encountered in previous villas have been inadequate fridge size and bin...not an issue at Mandelina! We loved Montenegro; beautiful scenery, delicious food and cheap to boot. Though we rarely return to the same place, we may well break the rule for Montenegro and another of Gail and Hugh's villas. Thank you.

Super maison pour des vacances au top!

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Nous étions en famille, à 11. 6 chambres avec chacune sa sdb privative, des grands espaces pour pouvoir s'isoler quand on veut. La piscine avec ses bains de soleil c'est juste top. En plus les proprios sont vraiment sympa et tres reactifs! Bref on est enchanté et on y retournera sûrement.

Fantastiskt hus och värd!

Huset var helt fantastiskt! Allt man kan önska! Mycket bra omhändertagande och snabb service av Gail & Hugh! Fina rum, sköna sängar, egna badrum var toppen. Utemiljön så härlig och gott om plats för härligt ”häng”. Jag kan varmt rekommendera! Bra att ha bil då det finns mycket att se i omgivningen och huset ligger en bit från affär.

All our Villas have history and tradition going back 300 years. We have lovingly restored them using local craftsmen and all the stone is originally from the tumble down wrecks that we bought. We chose this location as it is not remote you can easily get to the shops and beaches and of course for the fantastic views of the Coastline and Lovcen mountain range. We could not help loving the Lustica Peninsular !
