*** Appartement de trois pièces lumineux et spacieux d'environ 100m2 situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes! L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme, fermée à la circulation et bénéficie d'une terrasse ensoleillée d'environ 12 mètres carrés. Équipé de WIFI, A / C et à moins de 500 mètres de tous les principaux services tels que l'arrêt de tramway, les bars, les supermarchés et les pharmacies, l'hébergement est idéal pour les séjours touristiques ou d'affaires car il dispose également d'un petit bureau!
*** Le logement dispose d'un salon avec un coin repas et un espace détente d'environ 25m2, une cuisine équipée avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, four et micro-ondes. Les chambres sont une avec un lit double d'environ 20 m² et la seconde avec 3 lits simples d'environ 17 m². Les deux ont des armoires et des ventilateurs de plafond. Il y a aussi un joli coin bureau / bibliothèque où vous pouvez travailler ou étudier en toute tranquillité! Toilette avec bidet et bain / douche. Possibilité lit bébé sur demande. A disposition des hôtes: chauffage, TV, lave-linge, jardin commun et siège enfant.
