Profitez au bord du lac paysage et se dĂ©tendre dans cette retraite avec couchers de soleil impressionnants sur le quai; ou ĂȘtre actif dans les nombreux sentiers course / marche, sur place paddle planche et kayaks sur le quai privĂ©. Nous sommes totalement non-fumeurs, mais peut profiter d'une ronde de golf sur les nombreux parcours de la rĂ©gion; assistez Ă  un spectacle au 'Orillia Opera House', festivals saisonniers, ou un concert et le jeu au Casino Rama - toutes les minutes.

Great house in Orillia

We enjoyed the short stay at the house on Lake Simcoe. It was very clean and bright and the rooms accommodated our family of 9 without any problem. The view to the lake was beautiful at sunset and the fresh flowers a nice extra. We would definitely enjoy coming again for a longer stay. Thanks again to Scott & Aaron

The house was clean, nicely decorated, and filled with natural light. The host met us on arrival and oriented us to the house and area, and Scott was responsive when we had difficulty with the WiFi. There were lots of thoughtful touches, such as hooks and shelving in each bedroom, toiletries, snacks, and a coffee/hot chocolate station.The yard and water views were lovely. We appreciated how calm and shallow Shannon Bay was for kayaking. While it was fairly grassy for swimming, the kids enjoyed floating in life jackets to avoid the grasses and balancing on the Lily Pad we rented. The single kayak was stable and great for exploring around Victoria Point and even over to Grape Island for more adventure. The yellow double kayak, however, was inflatable and felt more raft-like—wide, awkward to steer, and better suited to staying in the Bay.The fire pit was a nice bonus, and overall our stay was peaceful and very enjoyable.

Clean, accessible space in great location

We had a lovely time staying at this property - there were 5 of us in total, including two older adults and one child under 10. The house was very clean and both Aaron and Scott were helpful in making our stay comfortable. The bay area provided a quiet waterfront view with beautiful surrounding properties. We made use of the dock area for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. We also visited surrounding beaches which afforded 'cleaner' sandy beaches. Overall, a worthwhile stay!

The property was great! It was clean, spacious and just right for our group. As mentioned above the online listing needs to be updated. The size of the beds is incorrect and more importantly the number of people allowed at the cottage is incorrect, which caused issues

Large Spacious Cottage, Amazing View & Fully Stocked

The photos do not do this gorgeous home justice!! All the bedrooms were large and clean with comfortable beds, the living room and dining room offered more than enough space for our party of 6 ( you could of fit 8-10 very comfortably) The Kitchen was FULLY STOCKED with anything you would need to create a gourmet meal and the included Tassiamo coffee was a wonderful touch. I have rented multiple cottages and Air BnB's over the last five year but Scott & Aaron have been the best hosts thus far. Excited to come back in the summer!

Our home is waterfront on beautiful, clean lake Simcoe. We are in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that enjoys beautiful sunsets from a wrap-around deck, breakwater, private dock or sitting by the lakeside fire pit. We recently purchased this property and have equipped it with new wood floors throughout, fresh paint, all new furniture and linens, and a full kitchen with 5 appliances and a keurig machine. The 3 bedrooms are large, full sized laundry, and a new luxurious soaker tub in the bathroom.
The house is minutes from a quaint downtown, hospital, casino, OPP headquarters, golf, cycling/running trails, public beaches, Opera House, and Burls Creek where many festivals are held all summer.
