Belle unité de coin 3BR Beachfront!


Il s'agit d'une unité de coin trÚs recherchée avec un balcon incroyablement grand pour profiter de la vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe du Mexique! Le condo a trois grandes chambres chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée. Il y a une buanderie pleine grandeur avec une demi-salle de bain attenante.

La chambre principale avec son lit king size, ouvre sur le balcon afin que vous puissiez profiter du bruit des vagues que vous vous rĂ©veillez chaque matin. Le maĂźtre de bain attenante a une baignoire taille de jardin plein avec une grande douche standup et un assez grand placard de plain-pied. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size et salle de bains privative attenante. Cette chambre dispose Ă©galement d'un balcon de sa propre qui ouvre une vue sur l'Ăźle Ono. Les troisiĂšme chambre partage ce mĂȘme balcon et a un grand lit, un lit double et a Ă©galement sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e.

La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin pour prĂ©parer un repas complet. Il y a des siĂšges pour neuf personnes Ă  dĂźner. L'unitĂ© a sa propre machine Ă  glaçons, de sorte que lorsque vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt pour un voyage Ă  la plage, la glace vous attendra pour vous.

Le salon est meublĂ© avec des meubles trĂšs confortable, de sorte que vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e Ă  la plage. Il y a aussi une taille queen dans la section au cas oĂč vous avez besoin d'espace supplĂ©mentaire pour plus de clients.

Il y a des téléviseurs dans deux chambres et un grand 42 "HDTV dans le salon. L'unité offre wifi gratuit et cùble.

Cette unité et le bùtiment est trÚs familial. Vous aurez tout le confort de la maison afin que vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour dans la belle Orange Beach !!!

Fantastic Visit! Five Stars!

I stayed at Cathy's condo for the month of Feb. The condo and location were perfect! I had some visitors on occasion and everyone thought this condo was so much nicer than the ones they rented in Orange Beach. Everything I needed for cooking and just enjoying my time was there. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved relaxing on the huge patio and listening to the waves. Other people at the Regency were friendly and fun to get to know. The building, pools, grilling area & grounds were well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to visit there again.

Couple items that we forgot to mention when we left yesterday -handle of toilet is broken in bathroom by washer dryer room --new ceiling fans in the small two bedrooms would be a nice addition plus -TV upgrades in the two small bedrooms would be another nice addition . Family vacation

We love this property and were impressed with this unit. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals, it was a comfortable environment, and the balcony had a constant breeze. The owner was accommodating and very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.

Beautiful Ocean View minus the smell

Condo is beautiful. Great location. The only negative was the people smoking on the balconies. Really put a damper on enjoying the outdoor space as the smell was overwhelming. We dont smoke and dont care for second hand smoke. Couldn't leave the doors open and listen to the waves let alone sit out or enjoy a meal. There are signs posted that smoking is to be in designed areas but the condo association really should implement a no smoking on balconies policy.

We love Regency Isle best beach Alabama. 5 minute walk to florbama. The absolute best balconies and views. Great pools and accommodations all around. Owner was quick to respond to request. Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay

Enjoyed our few days at the clean and comfortable condo. Great location. Balcony was awesome. Condo is very spacious and well equipped. Tons of natural light with big windows. Beach is awesome. Would definitely stay here again. The ice maker was such a great bonus for packing coolers.

Very disappointed

4 days in, 7-15, dryer broke, called owner, would not be fixed or replaced till 7-20, I was leaving 7-18. Very inconvenient. I did expect some sort of credit but to my surprise got a charge taken from my damage deposit. Cleaning person said trash left throughout. I followed instructions that were on refrigerator & took out trash. I'm very disappointed with outcome.

Regency Isle review

Just to make you aware, I myself did not make the trip due to family issues. My husband did Make the trip and stayed in the unit. Received an email stating wrist bands were to be worn beginning 7/1 and 5 were left in unit. Well, we would have been 6 adults, which a list of names and ages was given to you prior and 5 wristbands would not have been enough. Upon arrival and going up to room with some of the luggage, a notice was put on vehicle before he was able to get down to parking area with the pass. Very aggressive action I would say for such a short amount of time. Was not even 15 minutes. There was no toaster, no light in closet or ceiling of the queen bedroom. Floor was not very clean, sliding glass door had smudges, elements and pan under elements had to be cleaned by guests due to lots of smoking when attempting to use burners. However, the condo itself was nice. We have stayed at this complex a few times and it seems like the rules are getting very stringent. Not sure we would stay here again.

This condo is great- very spacious and clean. The location is great and they now have chair rentals on the beach which was nice! The owner was very easy to work with and responded to my questions extremely fast. We will definitely be back!

Family trip to orange beach

Our family had a great time at orange beach and loved every minute of this condo and our location. Everything was what we had hoped for. Condo was clean and very nicely kept. Easy to access and get in.

Love this Condo!

We have stayed in this condo at least a couple of times and we just love it. It's beautiful and very comfortable. The owner is great to work with. We have stayed at other properties in Orange Beach and Regencyis BY FAR the very best. Don't look any further. Book at Regency and book this unit.

My husband and I live in Hurley, Mississippi. We have vacationed in Orange Beach every year for many years. We Love this building, as 99% of the time we have rented a unit in this building. So when this unit became available we bought it. Now we want to share our vacation home with other visitors.
