Cottage Guest House confortable sur Mill Pond

Cette charmante maison d'hôtes indépendante dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une cuisine complète et d'une salle de bain complète. Il fait partie d'une plus grande propriété couverte d'arbres de deux acres avec 254 pieds de façade sur Mill Pond. Bien qu'il soit appelé «étang», Mill Pond a une marée de 6 pieds deux fois par jour depuis l'océan. Les clients sont invités à utiliser le foyer et le patio de Mill Pond. L'appartement peut accueillir 2 adultes, mais avec le futon confortable, 1 adulte ou enfant supplémentaire peut être ajouté. Nous avons également un pack et jouer que les clients avec un petit enfant peuvent utiliser gratuitement. Un espace de stationnement couvert est également inclus. L'appartement dispose d'Internet sans fil et d'une télévision avec DVD et Apple TV / Netflix.

Absolutely loved this cozy cottage! love the warmth and charm of this cottage, the view of Mill Pond is so tranquil, the property itself is pretty, lined up with big beautiful old trees, a 2 person swing, and a cozy firepit all done in such good taste. Everything we needed was there and the bed is comfortable, loved the decor and the cleanliness.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. The cottage is tucked away but still it was easy to get to the harbor or different places to visit. Our hosts, Celeste and Tom were very inviting and helped with things to do and see. I’d love to come back one day.

Oh, I don't want to rhapsodize too much as then it would be booked when we want to come again.It is perfect for 2 people. It's a lovely private Maine location for those who enjoy being out in nature, yet close to a town.

We loved this cottage, the immediate surroundings, and the overall location. Peaceful and charming

The house and property were very well kept, clean and orderly. Peace and quiet are the most important factors to us. The hosts were available and helpful and also respected our privacy. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay! The views over the pond are lovely, and the inside is furnished comfortably. It’s peaceful and away from the more touristy areas, but easy to drive to town, the beach, and hiking nearby.

This cottage had a comfortable firm bed and a very good shower. The inside was plenty roomy and the kitchen had all that we needed. The heater worked well. The yard is beautiful, especially looking over Mill Pond. We hope to return again someday.

A Real Gem

My fiancée and I booked this place at the last minute and it surpassed our expectations. It’s got everything you need. Beautiful little cottage, very cozy. Tom and Celeste are fantastic hosts, they gave us some great tips about the local area. The place was clean, check in and check out was super easy. It was the perfect spot for our anniversary. Wonderful cottage get away

Very comfortable stay at this cottage. All the essentials were provided, bed and couch very comfortable, cottage was very clean. We were there during a heat wave so it was great to have AC! Enjoyed the beautiful yard and pond views. Short drive to Boothbay Harbor and scenic East Boothbay coast. Top notch communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful spot

The little cottage was perfect us for, lovely and well equipped. Sitting by picturesque mill pond in the Adirondack chairs provided was so peaceful. Walks along the road to the public put in and other coastal areas along Linekin Bay was splendid! Wonderful spot in great location!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this charming guest cottage on Mill Pond! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The cottage is cozy and well appointed—with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The setting is absolutely beautiful. Nestled among the trees on a spacious, private property, the cottage offers lovely views of Mill Pond. Our hosts were kind and respectful of our privacy. The covered parking space was another plus.
