Nouvel appartement élégant situé à 3 minutes à pied de la gare d'Interlaken West.

Un appartement incroyablement central situé au premier étage qui est calme avec une vue magnifique et 2 petits balcons.

Trois grandes chambres, 1 salle de bain avec douche de bonne taille et une grande salle de bain familiale avec baignoire. La cuisine a une plaque de cuisson pleine grandeur, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et machine à laver et entièrement équipée avec machine à café, casseroles, poêles et tous les ustensiles pour préparer des repas pour votre famille ou votre groupe.

Il y a un salon / salle à manger décloisonné, le salon peut accueillir au moins 8 personnes, une télévision connectée, des réservations de lecture et des jeux pour enfants. La table de la salle à manger est massive et peut accueillir 10 personnes.

I would stay again. Would be nice to have shades on windows to darken the rooms. It’s close to the train station but we used the train station a mile away. I think there was construction between the train stations, I think. Still a good stay and great communication.

The apartment was very spacious with lots of room for 3 couples. Clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Very convenient to the train station, grocery store, restaurants. We were there on a very busy holiday weekend and it was much warmer than expected (even the local people we talked with said it was HOT). Because of this we needed to leave windows open (the windows and shades on the windows were really nice and easy to use). Since it is convenient to the train station and on a busy street, that also meant that there was lots of car, motorcycle, foot, train traffic and with the windows open was quite loud. If you are there at a time windows can remain closed at night, the loud noise would not be as much a concern. The host was responsive to messages. We were appreciative of the fast delivery of fans when we asked for them on the second day--those were very helpful for the heat issue, but the windows still needed to be left open. We loved the Interlaken community and found it a delightful place to stay and use as "home base" for our trip.

Great host and location! You are three minutes walk from the rail station, but trains are not loud. Grocery store, multiple restaurants and shopping all super close. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living area along with dining space two cute balconies and nicely equipped kitchen. If we have the opportunity to go to this area again, we will definitely stay here!

This place was perfect for our party of 6. It was very spacious, and we really appreciated having 2 pillows each. The location was great being literally a 1 minute walk to Interlaken West station. Do keep in mind that many train journeys will have you going through the Interlaken Ost station which is a 30 min walk, 15 min bus, or 5 min train, but this was totally fine with us. Self check in was easy and everything about the apartment was well documented. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add some salt and pepper to the kitchen

Using Interlaken as a base for day trips around Switzerland, this property was a great set up and point to catch trains all around the country. We just loved it!

Great property, centrally located. Quick walk to trains (located in back of the apartment) and buses, food markets, and many restaurants. Our apartment manager, Juliet, was very responsive to our questions, from initial booking to throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Best Apartment for Family

Everything you can look for is in this apartment when you’re away from home. This is perfect if you’re using kitchen to make lunch/dinner while staying in Swiss. We enjoyed our stay in this property. Very near by the Interlaken West station which was very convenient. The property was very clean and had complete utentils in the kitchen and bathroom. Good Starting Point For Many Adventures

We were a group of four adults, all over 50 years of age, and stayed for eleven days. The location near Interlaken West was perfect for us, because we planned to get around via rail most of the time. We all had the Swiss Travel Pass and used it to get to many, many adventures. We appreciated having two bathrooms - which made it easier to get freshened up and out the door early. We were so busy that we used the kitchen for dinner only two times and breakfast was usually just coffee. We hope to come back in 2024 with two other family members.

Terrible Stay

Will never stay here again. I was not notified that there would be massive construction happening just meters outside of our apartment. The noise was so deafening that we could not have conversations with the windows open. One of the two bathroom showers leaked incessantly, constantly flooding the bathroom floor with water due to cracks in the shower sealant. And a nice addition- all four of the towels they provided smelled of mildew. I realized this was the case because all of the property's towels were washed and then hung to dry in a dank and musty basement below the apartment. No amount of washing could get the stink out. On a good note, the apartment is near the train station and supermarket, but it is definitely not worth staying here ever again.

While we understand the challenges you experienced, we’d like to provide some context for future guests. Our apartments are located in the heart of the city, which can mean exposure to urban sounds. During your visit, there was an unexpected period of construction work nearby, lasting three out of your five days. This was outside of our control, but we do recognize it caused you disruption, which is why we proactively issued a 50% refund. Regarding your comments about the bathroom and towels, we carefully inspected the apartment after your departure. We did not find a leak in the shower or any damp or odor in the linens. None of the other guests staying in our three other apartments at the same time reported similar concerns. That said, we always take feedback seriously and have re-checked our laundry and facilities to ensure everything is up to standard. We are glad you appreciated the convenient location near the train station and supermarket. While we regret that you would not choose to stay with us again, we will continue working hard to provide a comfortable experience for our future guests.

A great place to stay

Juliet always responded quickly every time I called her and was very helpful and patient. We loved the apartment. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The place was neat, clean, and organized. The apartment is right near the train station and ferry. You can find anything you need close by. We loved to take long walks to explore the beautiful neighborhood. Please note that although there are adaptors available for electrical devices you bring from outside of the country, it is not always safe. The difference in the electric current fried an electronic device I plugged in. My electrical device was destroyed and it caused the fuse to blow. Juliet answered right away and instructed how turn the fuse back on. Also, keep in mind that there is a significant tourist tax that is not included in the price you pay through the app.

Home away from home

We loved our stay in Interlaken and this apartment was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults (3 parents and 4 adult children). It was very helpful to have the key lockbox so 7 people could easily share the one key and each freely come and go. We do a fair amount of eating in and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for this and were roomy enough to comfortably fit our group of 7 adults. It took a night or two to figure out how to use the excellent window blinds properly - important because at least on the south side there are some very bright lights on all night on the building across the street. Once we figured out how to close the blinds all the way, this was no problem - so be sure to take the time to do it. Juliet was very helpful and immediately responsive when one of our party needed to switch out some highly fragranced bedding. She was also terrific in agreeing to a very late request to extend check out time so we could do an early morning paraglide and still have time to shower and pack up afterward. This location is steps away from the Interlaken West train station, wonderful for us as we had train passes which we took advantage of to visit the many attractions in this region. It was terrific to have two bathrooms that were accessible to all of us (rather than attached to specific bedrooms).

A fine VRBO

I'm not going to write a glowing review. This place is what you expect for a home away from home. That said, being American it fell short of American normalities. To be fair, this is Switzerland, not America. It wasn't unexpected there was no AC. I had previously lived in Switzerland and didn't have AC then. Still, it can get warm in Switzerland. The home did have three pedestal oscillating fans: one for each bedroom. These can be moved around easily enough, but why? I feel the home should have 5 or 6 fans so that moving fans isn't necessary. While the home has a washer it doesn't have a dryer. I had one when I lived in Switzerland. There is a drying rack and we made do with it. We made sure to direct a fan towards the rack to help with drying. On a warm day this is fine, but if the weather is humid or damp, drying clothes can take awhile. There was only one rack. If you wash a lot at one time the rack can't keep up. There's only one key for the home. My group was four individuals so this was a tad inconvenient. One key is best though. Always return it to the lock box. If you lose the key I imagine it'll cost you a very pretty penny. It's not just a key you need to replace, but the keys for the entire building and their locks. To sum things up; this home is what you'd expect a home away from home in Switzerland to be. I very much liked it's location. A+ for location. The home has plenty of room. It is up to date. Everything worked. The WiFi internet was high speed.

Great Interlaken Apt

We rented two apartments from Juliet in this building for a week. The apartments were perfect! Super clean, abundant soap, trash bags, fans for each room, etc. Super cute and comfortable. All the amenities you might need. The train station is literally in your backyard and the grocery store you can see from the window. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment or Juliet as a host!

Sehr schönen Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und modern. Es liegt auch zentral, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum wo alle Restaurants stehen. Man kann auch alle interessanten Standorte in der Region gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichen.
