Superbe Apt devant le Palais Royal

Ma place est au cƓur de Madrid, en face du Palais Royal et de la magnifique Plaza de Oriente. À 1 minute Ă  pied des jardins Sabatini et de l'opĂ©ra. À cĂŽtĂ© de la Puerta del Sol et de la Calle Mayor (marchĂ© de San Miguel). Le quartier est trĂšs calme car la circulation des voitures est restreinte dans cette rue. Excellent pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les familles (avec enfants), les Ă©tudiants, les voyageurs d'affaires. Bonnes vives et majestĂ© pour vivre la vie Ă  l'intĂ©rieur d'un Palais Royal.

Great Location

The apartment was clean, well-kept and supplied. Carla went out of her way to meet us early for luggage drop off. The on-site property manager was friendly and informative. The location was perfect.

Excellent location

We were a family of 5 visiting for a wedding. The apartment was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and space. Some reviews commented the apartment was “dated”, perhaps it was, but this is Madrid ! It was comfortable and the location could not have been better. The connecting bathroom areas between the middle bedrooms was very tight, especially for men over 6’ tall ! But we managed. Some shelves or a small table would have been helpful in the other bathrooms. Carla met us at the apartment and was available at all times. We would def recommend staying here. Thank you Carla !

Great location Disappointing apartment

Apartment in fantastic location however the online photos of the property do not show the real condition of the apartment. The furniture is uncomfortable and shabby. The beds are very uncomfortable. No bedside lockers lamp or wardrobe is one bedroom. Kitchen equipment lacking in basic items. Overall tired shabby and disappointing.

The owner decided to cancell our accomodtion agreement after six months of being payed and just two weeks before our tripo to Madrid. This situation move us to look for another accomodation and Expedia did not notice us and even offer a solution. The worst service we have get from Expedia

Ideal location

You cannot do better than this location! The apartment is across from the Royal Palace and a 5 minute walk to Plaza Sol. Miguel. It is in a quiet area despite being in the center of the city. It’s a cozy 4 bedroom apartment located on the first floor. We are a family of 5 (my husband, myself, and three adult children ages 18, 21, & 25) and we were very comfortable staying here. Carla was great. She was very nice and helpful. We had a tire blowout on the highway in route to Madrid, making us late and a bit frazzled. She met us at the property and accommodated our late check in. Thanks again Carla, we had a wonderful time in Madrid!

Madrid stay across from Palace and park

The apartment is in the best location possible, and is an easy walk to the metro stations
 can stay here easily. The manager was easy to get hold of, and had the apartment cleaned within an hour of our arrival at 5 pm. The beds were quite comfortable, and we all had a good sleep despite being in the center of town and jet lagged.

Great location - big apartment

Nice 4 BR apartment in ideal location. It could use some updating as some of the mattresses are old and sagging. You can't beat the location across from Palacio and walking distance to many places. Carla was very nice and accommodating - letting us check in early was really great!

Family Wedding in Madrid.

Great apartment in perfect location. Quiet area of the city but 2 min walk to Opera and 5 min to Plaza Sol. Miguel, the property manager promptly responded to our check-in message and met us at the property as scheduled. Family of 7 from USA. Will definitely stay again next time!

Week in central Madrid

This apartment is a good place to stay in the centre of the city, near both the Palace and the Opera. The location is really brilliant! I would happily recommend it. The flat accommodated a group of colleagues from Australia staying in the apartment for a week. It's a clean and comfortable place to stay. It's on the ground floor so we missed not having a balcony or similar access to 'the outside'. The only issue we had with this booking was the difficulty contacting the property owner. Despite multiple attempts online and via text to contact the owner, there was no response. We only managed to connect a couple of days before arrival. I would recommend the owner is available to answer questions a few weeks prior to arrival.
