The property was just as the photos showed it to be. Angel was wonderful in communicating with us prior to our arrival. This is a very nice rental. Just bring earplugs to eliminate the parties below. The location couldn’t be better!!

This is a lovely apartment close to all the places visitors want to see. There are many restaurants and shops near by. Almost everything is in walking distance. Our host was most accommodating with information and arranging airport transportation.

Angel was a pleasure to deal with. Check in was an breeze and his response time was lighting fast. Apartment was located within walking distance of everything! The apartment was very well stocked with everything you might need, including many adapters for electronics. Angel also left great information about what was around and how to get there. One of my favorite Verbo stays. We will absolutely stay with him again upon our return.

Communication with Angel was excellent. Apartment in great location and as advertised. You can walk to everything! It was clean and well equipped and the welcome by Giorgio was superb and there was a bottle of wine and chips awaiting us. Love the balcony ! Weekends can be a bit noisy. We understand, it is a city, and we grew up in cities so we were fine. I certainly would return on the next trip to Madrid.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Angel’s apartment. It was a perfect location for walking everywhere we wanted to go and the beds were so comfy!

The property was as described and reflected in the photos. It was very clean and was stocked with everything we might need including coffee, tea, oil and salt. The location of the property was brilliant. A very short walk to Sol Metro/Train station, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. We could also walk 15/20 minutes in any direction to landmarks we wanted to see including Retiro Park and the Royal Palace. We also had many bars and restaurants in our immediate area. The location meant it could be a little noisy at night but it didn’t bother us. It was mainly people transiting through our little street. Our host Angel was a good communicator and was very helpful. He was proactive with tips and also transport to our train station at 5:30am. He was always available and responded to messages. There was a small issue with the washing machine door (it wouldn’t open) but Angel came over to open it. We would definitely stay here again especially if the washing machine door problem was resolved.

What a lovely apartment. Great location! Right next to Sol. You can walk to the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Gran Vía. All within a ten minute walk. Angel was wonderful , met us at the front door ,showed us around the apartment and gave us some great recommendations! Would definitely go back!
