We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was located just 2 blocks from Town Centre and we enjoyed walking to dozens of restaurants during our two week stay. We were always able to find free parking on Argyle St. The beds were very comfortable and the property managers were responsive and helpful. The conservatory was just as pretty in real life as in the pictures (especially cool when it was hailing one night!). The bathroom arrangement is odd (nothing en suite) but there are plenty of sinks and toilets and two showers so it worked. Would highly recommend this.

Lovely historic house

Ideally located for visiting St Andrews and close to bus station. Very clean, attractively furnished and comfortable for 5 people to stay. Well-equipped kitchen and beautiful sunroom with well-curated collection of interesting and relevant books and reading material. Interestingly old house with all the helpful interior updates. We were very happy staying here.

Great location to explore St Andrews

We had a super stay in the house which is located so centrally that it is easy to explore St Andrews by foot. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the conservatory is an added bonus that can be used as a space to relax or eat. Parking wasn’t an issue for us as with a bit of patience spaces opened up in front of the house and there is always the back-up of paid parking nearby. The accommodation is managed by Fife Properties who were responsive, check-in and out was straight forward. We highly recommend this rental.

Attractive, well-located rental

We enjoyed our 2-week stay in Kinbrae Golf House. As Americans, whenever we visit the U.K. (this was our 4th extended stay in St. Andrews), there are things--like the heating system and the combination washer-dryer--that we have to get used to again. But this house is conveniently located and generally well-maintained (the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced, which we were told is on the agenda). It can accommodate five adults pretty comfortably, as long as no one minds sharing rather small bathing and toilet facilities. (Considering the age of the house, the way these facilities have been worked in is ingenious.)

Lovely Cottage

The cottage location was perfect the size worked well. The yard and sun room were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. A lovely cottage for a family vacation. To be excellent I would recommend that the amenities could be improved upon. There was a small tv in corner of living room this could use an update. Bathroom would benefit from starter kit of soap and small shampoo for guests for their first day. Since housekeeping is coming between guests, we should not have to strip beds.

Lovely house in a very convenient location just a few minutes (on the level) walk from town centre, tennis courts etc. Within easy walking distance of Old Course and West Sands. Favourite room was definitely the conservatory/ garden room. Even if the weather wasn't good, sitting in there felt like being outside.Be aware that the driveway in the photo actually belongs to the houses behind, not this house. However, other than two occasions when we had to use the car park, we always managed to find a space on the street outside. Would definitely recommend.

Felt like home away from home

We stayed here for 15 days and during our stay the place began to feel like home. We really loved the Conservatory and spent every morning there over coffee and catching up on the previous days activities. Loved the proximity to South and Market street for shopping and dining. Initially thought that on street parking was going to be problematic/difficult but wasn't an issue at all. Was able to find a spot in front of or near the house every day. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Brilliant location

A short walk to City Centre, this property is well equipped for 4 adults. Small garden that gets Sun most of the day. Only negative is that the 2 toilets and ground floor shower room are very small.
