Excellent location within easy walking distance of the everything in St. Andrews. The flat is set back from the road so it is also quick quiet at night. The flat was exactly what our group needed for a great weekend of golf, exploring and dining. Would recommend.

Our family of 6 adults stayed here and we were in love! Every detail is perfect. Location, beds, kitchen, ease of stay….we couldn’t have asked for more. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Great Location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Everything in St. Andrews was walkable from where we stayed with plenty of dining options around as well. The unit itself was clean and everything worked as it should. Even the beds were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in St. Andrew’s.

Lovely apartment in the heart of St Andrews

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, and had all the amenities to make us feel at home. The only downside was the close proximity to a busy alley with noisy students, but this is easily overlooked given it is a university town after all!

Exactly as described

Spent five days in St Andrews spring 2023 with total of five guests and pictures and description are spot on. Very clean, terrific location, nice furnishings and really helped make a good trip better. Would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful place!

Great location near golf and markets. Well-appointed and clean. Two caveats: 1) No top sheet, just a mattress sheet and duvet. 2) Rooms overlook Lades Brae, a walkway used by drunken revelers at all hours. Still, very nice apartment.

Mark Thank you for your 5* review. Top sheets haven't been a thing in the UK for quite some time and I don't anticipate a comeback anytime soon! The apartment is in the heart of the town centre so some attendant noise should be expected. Kind regards David Fife Cottages

Lovely Stay

My family and I loved our accommodations in St Andrews. It was so clean and comfortable. It was tucked away enough from the street and so close to all the shopping. It is a short walk to the Old Course and we had so much fun exploring the beautiful town. Jannetta’s Gelataria is right down the road as well as Fisher and Dolandson’s bakery. Both are a must! Thank you so much for a wonderful, homey place to stay!

Great for a group

We were in St Andrews for a graduation and were a party of 8. This well-appointed flat with four rooms was perfect for our family's needs. And the location is wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. You have a good-sized refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, and laundry. The bathrooms do not have soap or shampoo, but the water pressure and temperature were very good.

This house was terrific through and through--a lovely, lovely rental that you should stay in if you can! Impeccably clean, with nice decor, comfortable beds, on-site parking (a huge plus!), a well-stocked kitchen, and a really terrific location. We would definitely stay here again! Nice bathrooms with great water pressure--the house is all newly redone and truly at the highest standard of cleanliness. Communication with the owner was terrific--thorough and informative--and they very graciously allowed us to shift the dates of our stay when plans changed, for which we are forever grateful--so accommodating of them to do! It would have been helpful to know that shampoo, conditioner, and coffee were not provided--not a big deal as there are plenty of shops nearby, but you might want to plan ahead. Overall, thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home--much appreciated! And we adore this town!!!

Convenient location

The property was as advertised; convenient location with lots of bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen. Location is great in terms of walk ability within town, but a little loud. Walls (interior and exterior) are not very well insulated for sound. Beds are on the softer side. Nice to have a washer and dishwasher.

Thank you for the review. 3 stars seems a little harsh! The apartment is right in the town centre and so some noise should be anticipated. As you say the apartment is as advertised and some trade off for the fabulously convenient location is to be expected. I would also say that the apartment is far from noisy as it overlooks a pedestrian lane not a road. Kind regards Fife Cottages

Perfect location

We were in town with my brother and adult children for a wedding and this apartment was perfect! We were only 4 due to a few last minute cancellations so everyone got a queen bed. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Showers were very nice too and easy to get 4 people through quickly. You can’t beat the location, a short walk to everywhere - restaurants, cafes, shops, historic sites and the beach, with a taxi stand nearby if you need to go further out. We did not cook in but the tea kettle a s coffee maker for good use a d the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. Parking was very useful for our rental car. We visited during chilly and sometimes rainy weather and the temps inside were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

This was my son’s high school graduation trip. There were 6 of them in the house (2 dads and 4 teenage boys). They truly enjoyed their stay. The place was clean and exactly as shown online. The location was absolutely perfect, especially for a group of young golfers. They would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding - above expectations in almost all ways.

Terrific location, modern, clean, and spacious. While the locks and door were a bit of a pain, all in all well above expectations.
