Sunset Suite est une maison de plage lunatique et balayĂ©e par le vent qui possĂšde toutes les commoditĂ©s qu'une maison sur une plage devrait avoir! C'est trĂšs isolĂ©; la derniĂšre maison situĂ©e juste sur l'ocĂ©an avant les dunes de Greenwich. Sunset Suite a 830 pieds de plage immaculĂ©e dans votre propre cour! Descendez les escaliers et parcourez des kilomĂštres sur la plus belle plage de la cĂŽte nord de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard! Sunset Suite a 1850 pieds d'espace fantastique. Le premier Ă©tage comprend un salon Ă  aire ouverte avec foyer au propane, une salle Ă  manger et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Chaque fenĂȘtre de ces chambres a une vue imprenable sur le golfe de Saint Lawrence! Le premier Ă©tage dispose Ă©galement d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision / chambre avec un lit queen-size. Le premier Ă©tage a une belle salle de bain complĂšte avec une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage est tellement charmant avec un salon entre deux trĂšs grandes chambres. Il y a une magnifique salle de bain avec une baignoire Ă  jets pour deux personnes pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une dure journĂ©e sur votre propre plage privĂ©e. Il y a une terrasse au lever du soleil depuis le salon pour profiter de votre cafĂ© du matin et un coucher de soleil projetĂ© dans la terrasse pour profiter de vos cocktails happy hour. Hors de la chambre principale est un escalier en colimaçon Ă  une piĂšce de 17 pieds de long entourĂ©e de fenĂȘtres. Les vues lĂ -haut sont magnifiques et les enfants adorent cet espace. Il y a un grand porche enveloppant parfait pour les dĂźners et divertir tous vos amis qui peuvent se joindre Ă  vous pour regarder les phoques manger leur repas du soir dans l'ocĂ©an devant vous. Il y a une faune abondante car nous sommes dans un endroit magnifique. Nous voyons des aigles survoler, des hĂ©rons bleus attendant patiemment leur dĂźner, des lapins gris, des colibris frĂ©quentent nos fleurs sauvages. Profitez de l'arĂŽme magnifique des roses de plage et des baies sauvages. Cet endroit, c'est comme ĂȘtre dans un conte de fĂ©es devenu rĂ©alitĂ©!

Great and quiet vacation location

The waterfront view is stunning with a nice beach just a fee minutes walk away. We really enjoyed this calm and intimate property. Very close to the Greenwich Dunes park and at reasonable driving distance from grocery stores, restaurants and deep sea fishing charters. The owner is also very responsive.

The house was extremely comfortable with comfy couches and beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. I loved being able to open all the doors in the morning and go outside for coffee on the deck or balconies! My dog definitely loved the house as well. We saw some beautiful sunsets right in the backyard. Thanks for a great stay!

Wow!This cozy house was just the ticket for our family vacation! We felt like it could have been our own family home as we settled in quickly.Highlights were:The private beach a short walk away. By private, I mean only once were two there people on the beach with us!The beautiful bay in front of the house that changed with the weather! Seals greeted us early in the trip!Thoughtful details like spices, towels, well equipped kitchen, grill. Ample space inside and out for 8 adults.Several spaces to tuck away from the group to play music, read and have a conversation!The hosts!!!!! Don and Diane checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed, to tell us stories of the island the the house and to make us feel welcome!The location was beautiful, close enough to shops in St Peter’s Bay and centrally located. We rented some instruments (banjo, keyboard, amp) and brought some with us so the house was full of music!We hope to get back! Our dog River still has not forgiven us for coming back home!!!

Incredible location for a family vacation! Diane and Don are incredible hosts and regularly checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The location is gorgeous, the house is perfect for entertaining and the beach is fantastic!

Perfect location

This home is a comfortable and spacious piece of heaven right on the ocean next to pristine Greenwich National Park. The owners are very attentive that you should have a pleasant stay, and you will not be disappointed. Our family did not want to leave.

On the Ocean

We had a great stay at the cottage and in PEI. While it was late in the season, there were still a lot of restaurants and other facilities open. The cottage is within good driving distance of eastern and central PEI, and we managed to visit several places including our favourite beach Basin Head, which was very quiet at this time of the year but just as beautiful. The cottage is within hiking distance of Greenwich National Park, although we chose to drive there and then do the 4.5 km hike across the boardwalk to the scenic dunes and beach. While the hurricane washed away the beach in front of the cottage, there was easy access to the beach to the west that leads to the Greenwich Dunes. Nothing like being on the north shore - we enjoyed the days when the ocean was quiet as much as the couple of days when the ocean was roiling. The cottage was well-equipped and certainly met all our needs, including the privacy we were craving. The owner Don was next door in a smaller cottage and was friendly, helpful and available on short notice. We enjoyed our talks with Don. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful two-week visit!

Great spot - gorgeous view, amazing beach a short walk away, Greenwich National Seashore is incredible, house's location is remote, which was a huge plus for us; moreover, everything you'd want to visit is within an hour's drive - great golf (especially Crowbush Cove), Basin Head Beach, Charlottetown, etc. We retired in July and wanted to take a trip after settling into our retirement home and this was a perfect getaway!

Stunning Views

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage.It was roomy and cozy and had beautiful views from every window.We enjoyed the wrap around porch and two balconies that provided great views of the ocean and the best sunsets we’ve ever seen!We found Don to be a great host. He lives in a separate cottage on the large property.Currently the beach in front of the cottage is very rocky due to the hurricane of two years ago.Fortunately Don told us about a few beautiful sandy beaches within a ten minute drive of the cottage.We’ve stayed at many cottages on PEI and this is among our favorites. Home away from home by the Ocean

With the beach just a few minutes walk down the lane from this property, it makes an amazing beach holiday. This is our second year here and it did not disappoint. Swimming the the warm waters, walking forever on a white sand beach. Spectacular sunsets, whether you watch from outside on the deck, in a chair by the ocean or from inside at the kitchen table. A wonderful home with master bedroom on the ocean so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Board games and puzzles for those rainy days. The perfect place to relax by the ocean with family or friends. Don is the perfect host, and is easy to contact and there when needed. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Everything was great, had everything we needed. Don was great and easy to get hold of and very accommodating. The sunsets are amazing at this place and the ocean front and the beach down the road were awesome . We celebrated our 25 years here and was amazing and very relaxing by the water . The seafood shack in Morell to eat was incredible

Incredible Sunsets

Perfect relaxation

Went beginning to mid May. A bit chilly, but nice when it was sunny. Still off season, so the island was quiet and peaceful - had most places to myself when out exploring! It was great! Sunsets from this home would never get old. Comfortable and has everything you would need.

A slice of paradise

Don was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The setting is the Pearl in the oyster! Beautiful, quiet and private.

Beautiful Location Weekend Staycation

We had a wonderful long weekend holiday at Sunset Suite. As soon as we stepped out of the car and smelled that 'beach smell', tensions of our day to day lives melted away. Sunset Suite is a beautiful cottage that provided all that we needed, including comfort and peace. Walks on the beach, watching the sea birds, seals and fishing boats from the front deck, the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep, the wonderful sea breeze wafting through the open windows. The local fare must be praised as well. During your stay at Sunset Suite be sure to add B&W Café and Bistro in St Peter's Bay, The Golden Dory in Greenwich and The Seafood Shack in Morell to your 'Must Do' list. During our stay, we hosted a family picnic. All agreed that it was one of the best we have ever had. The cottage was a perfect location for the event. Thank you, Don and Diane for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful cottage. We hope to be able to return in the near future.

Sunsets by the ocean

We had an amazing vacation by the ocean at this property! Don and Diane were the perfect hosts, attentive to any needs. The sunsets were incredible to watch from the front porch, front yard and if the mosquitoes got to be too much, we retreated to relax in the screened in deck, fully protected. The house is fantastic with lots of space for relaxing both outside and in, and a cute loft room for some quiet time. You can’t beat the ocean view, after all the house is just a few steps from the water. There is a long sandy beach a short walk down a grass path and over some rocky terrain. We had an amazing time and will return next year!

Perfectly appointed, beautiful, windswept, seaside oceanfront house. You can actually walk right from our house to the Greenwich Dunes! Every evening we celebrate Happy Hour as we watch the most spectacular sunsets over the ocean! We have a lovely fire pit in our yard where we gather to share stories about our perfect days spent at the beach. After that we all lay on a blanket on the ground to count the shooting stars and gaze at the Milky Way!
