Second time we have stayed in this apartment, close to shops, beach etc, all the comforts of home including a washing machine which is a bonus. Would definitely book again next time we go to this resort. Katherine was very helpful and check in details easy to understand.

Very convenient and well located apartment in Costa Adeje! We had a lovely first family holiday here. It was great to be able to use the onsite swimming pool and so close to everything we could possibly need. Also a nice view from the balcony, which never got too sunny because of the position, which was ideal for us! There was very easy and quick communication with Katherine, who always replied to my messages straight away and was also helpful before our arrival. We were allowed late checkout on the day of our departure which was really kind! It meant we didnt have to hang around with our 5 month old baby with luggage for the whole day and could even enjoy the pool before we left. The apartment itself is pretty dated and in some cases a bit dirty such as the shower curtain in the bathroom and the microwave is quite old. The fridge is also a little rusty inside. But in terms of the value for money you get here it's perfect, especially with the Aircon as that was a god send! (especially with a baby on our first holiday away in a hot climate). Not many other apartments in this location have Aircon for this price! Being able to cook our own food was convenietn and it was nice that there was some cleaning bits and seasonings left behind by other people. Some apartment places throw this stuff away after and you have to bring all the stuff with you. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at this property was really good, apartment was well equipped even had a washing machine with a rapid wash. It was compfortly furnished and had a lovely view from the balcony of the ocean and mountains. It also had patio doors from the living area and the bedroom too. Very central to restaurants and shops, with the facilities of the hotel available also, loved our stay here and would love to stay here again.

My holiday

The apartment was clean and welcoming with a lovley view. The area was lively but all music ceased at midnight. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

Room is very dated and needs an upgrade. A couple of quid spent here and there would improve the stay. Even a new shower head would be good. It does the job a place to sleep

The propert had everything we needed but the washing machine didn't work. I contacted the owner who replied straihht away and arranged for someone to look at it, unfortunately it couldnt be fixed and a new one was ordered which would be coming a couple of days after our stay. None the less, our stay was very enjoyable and communication with the owner was excellent.

Only one thing missing!

The apartment is located very centrally and close to all amenities in the Santa Maria aparthotel. Communication with the provider prior to and during our stay was 100% satisfactory. The decor is traditional and reasonably comfortable with adequately stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery. On the less good side, we found the sofa quite uncomfortable to sit on (we didn't need to use it much anyway, so not really a problem). However, the one thing missing was the lack of sun on the balcony due to the location on the North-west side of the building. We knew before we booked that there would be limited sunshine, however during our 2 weeks in March, despite 14 days of sunshine, none of it came near the balcony of this apartment.
