Un studio en bas Legacy Villa proche du clubhouse et du centre de remise en forme!

Un studio en bas avec un lit king-size, un bureau, une télévision et un bar avec un mini-réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Situé à proximité de la salle de fitness, clubhouse et piscines principales; L'unité est dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements à Legacy Villas. La terrasse arrière s'ouvre sur une cour intérieure, a des meubles de patio personnalisés et un chauffe-terrasse. Vous ne trouverez pas une meilleure valeur sur votre prochain voyage dans le désert. La salle de bain spacieuse a une douche séparée et une baignoire et une vanité unique. Les principales piscines communautaires et centre de remise en forme sont à quelques pas de l'unité. Off-street parking est situé en face de l'unité et un parking supplémentaire est situé le long classique Drive. L'unité peut être combinée avec LV108 pour créer une unité de 2 chambres avec deux suites de maître (sous réserve de disponibilité). Le condo a une porte de verrouillage intérieure entre l'unité 1 chambre et studio. On s’attend à ce que les clients réduisent le bruit autour de la porte de 22 heures à 8 heures.

La propriété est située à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Profitez de 12 piscines et spas eau salée, un centre de remise en forme et un pavillon communautaire et barbecue et 24 heures de sécurité fermée. À distance de marche de La Quinta Resort et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville La Quinta, le couloir de la route 111 et les jardins sur El Paseo; arriver à tout rapidement.

La Quinta est à la maison à plus de 30 terrains de golf publics et privés. Humana Challenge Le PGA Tour est hébergé à plusieurs des cours de la ville chaque janvier. Le tournoi de tennis BNP Paribas est hébergé à l'Indian Wells Tennis Garden chaque Mars; à seulement dix minutes en voiture de la copropriété. Loved the accommodations and surrounding area. It's a beautiful spot--lush, well-appointed, great proximity to all the amenities. Had a wonderfully serene, splendid stay. Great workout room, pools, hot tubs, and was able to go next door for a tennis lesson and spa experience.

Nice and fun spot

Check in was a bit hairy due to water heater issue, however, property Mgt took care of us! Nice location. Will definitely come back!

Nice place to stay

Have stayed a number of times in the same neighborhood , the location is great and the grounds are kept very nice. Possibly they could enforce the Adults Only pool policy areas much stronger But I would recommend

Quiet and comfy

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this gated community .we found the lap pool to be excellent for am swims .only critique is that no freezer for ice and ice machine quite distant .Property was quiet and parking easy .

The only negative was the thermostat control. The coolest possible temp was 73-75. Way to warm for me at night.

I loved this here stay! Had most of the amenities that one would ask for! The neighborhood was pretty quite. I fell in love with the patio stay, had my coffee every morning. Way more to do than time permitted. Will most definitely be back sooner than later.

Great Experience

We really loved the complex and the room was very fair priced considering we were there on a busy weekend. We had a little trouble finding the correct unit once we were in the complex. Google Maps will not take you to the correct location.

Festival Stay

Property and location were great! Only issue was parking. The first night of the festival we had to circle through for about 20 minutes to finally get a spot in the maintenance lot. Second night parked outside the main gate on a side street. We arrived on both night a little after 12. L

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always recharges our batteries. First time staying in this unit, the fireplace room had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Cannot beat the central location of the unit along with its cleanliness. Loved sleeping with the windows open catching the evening breeze. Looking forward to our next stay, whenever that may be.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a great spot to rent. Very clean and comfortable. It’s a spacious Room with a fireplace and a nice size desk to enjoy. The grounds are beautiful nice place to walk your dog. There are several nice pools open near by as well. The place had a great patio to sit on near the fountain and even had a personal heater. The villas are close to everything as wel. This so my second visit here and I will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our small studio was nicely furnished,clean and very safe. We did not have laundry facilities, and the closest laundromat was quite far away. Our studio came with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. There was no table to eat at. We ate out in the evenings, but had breakfast and lunch sitting on the bed! The covered patio was enjoyable, but it didn't have a table either. The grounds are beautiful, the pools sparkling and warm.Our service from California Vacation Villas was excellent.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving this nice review. The studios don't come with a kitchen and washer/dryer. We'll make a recommendation to the property owner to purchase a small table and a couple of chairs for the room or the patio.

This Rental Company Is Terrible

I booked a stay with this company and then extended I, one night into the extended period they evicted me claiming that I somehow had committed fraud, which is a totally baseless claim. They are refusing to refund the monies I paid them, and are forcing me to take legal action. I do not recommend using this company, California Vacation Villas, if you read some of the reviews on Yelp you will be even more convinced to not use them!! The property is very nice just do not book through California Vacation Villas!!

This guest has used many different identities and fraudulent credit cards while staying in several properties we manage. We were eventually able to identify him, and given his criminal history, asked for police help to escort him out of the property on September 21st. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who puts at risk safety of our guests, employees and properties we manage.
