Twisp cabin with great location

comfortable cabin within walking distance to all Twisp has to offer; restaurants, shops, bakery. The cabin was clean and perfect for our ski vacation. We will certainly recommend to others!

Methow valley ski trip

We stayed over New Year's eve and had a wonderful time cross country skiing! Lots of space for our family of 4 and dog :)

A lovely home in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well stocked, the home very comfortable and the natural beauty of the surrounding Twisp area was unbelievable! We already want to go back. Communication with owner was also very easy.

Wonderful Home is a perfect spot

This house was a perfect home for our family, short walks to all the great spots in Twisp. Short drives to Mazama, Winthrop and surrounding areas. The house has plenty of space, great kitchen for cooking and it was even great for our dog!

Home Away From Home

This is our second stay at the house in Twisp. Highlights for us include the fenced yard, which is beautifully landscaped, the kitchen and dining area for family meals, and the location. It's walkable to everything Twisp has to offer. It's our home away from home while in the Methow Valley!

Joyce was an excellent host. She answered my questions right away and we had everything we needed to access the house before we got there. The location and size of the home were perfect for our needs. The house stayed cool even in the hot temps. The single bathroom was tough, and the shower drain was clogged which was not great. We had everything we needed for our trip, and I would stay there again.

Great, well appointed comfortable stay

Highly recommend this small house is Twisp. Great location, walkable to coffee, groceries, and bakery. Warm, clean, comfortable well-appointed interior and very nice fenced yard for relaxing and playing in kids / dog in a safe place. One small thing to be aware of: the internet is fine to stay connected, but too slow to reliably run zoom meetings - so might not be the best spot to "work from home" if you need to do a lot of meetings.

Disappointed

This place is ok if you are staying in the area. The couch in the pictures is not what was there. We had to sit on a scratched up couch that had duct tape covering up the worst part. It belongs in a dumpster. After our stay I let the owner know and I was informed the new couch was coming on Saturday. Great for the next renter. We should have been offered a discount before our stay considering that or given a refund of some type. Also overpriced.

I hope you enjoyed your visit to the Methow Valley in spite of having to sit on a duct taped couch. We repaired it as best we could while waiting for the delayed delivery of the new couch! As I mentioned we would be happy to discount your next visit. Best to you in future travels.

We really enjoyed this house. The fenced in yard with beautiful flowers and trees was a bonus. The house was everything that was expected and we hope to be back again soon.

Came back, will stay here again

We stayed here last week, had to leave for the weekend (rented out), returned for this week. See our last review. Came to ski and do everything Methow as well as visit with local family. Everything works, even the coffee maker, DVD, cable & WiFi. Well cared for home. Owner has a family member down the street to answer any concerns.

Great house! Would be comfortable for family of 6. As a couple we stayed here because it is the best locally and near family. Beautiful inside. Well maintained. Owner lives nearby, immediately responsive. We were here for a week, had to leave for the weekend (rented to others) and returned for the 2nd week. Feels like home, nicely cleaned on time. THis place is everkything described, and more.

Clean little house

This was a clean little house that had all the things we needed. The water pressure in the shower is decent. The beds were all too soft for our liking though.

Thanksgiving 2021

This property has a fenced in area, very well equipped kitchen, nice appliances, big dining room, plenty of room for six adults. It is located within walking distance to the town. You do have to cross the highway, but there is a crosswalk and wasn’t a problem. Overall a very good experience, we will definitely stay there again!
