Cette unité de plage d'une chambre récemment mise à jour est une véritable retraite de ville balnéaire classique. Les bruits de la ville, les trains lointains et la vie de rue locale se mélangent avec la saveur de notre ville endormie de plage / surf endormie. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec un nouveau lit queen-size confortable dans la chambre d'hôtes, un joli canapé-lit pliant en taille réelle dans la pièce principale.

* Situé à un pâté de maisons du surf-n-sable de nos incroyables plages et à quelques pas du centre du village où vous trouverez de superbes boutiques, un spa, des restaurants et des divertissements pour tout le monde. Près de toutes les principales attractions. Lego Land - 5 minutes, Sea World - 25 minutes, SD Zoo - 30 minutes, Wild Animal Park - 45 minutes, Coaster (Train) 2
blocs, Down Town San Diego 35 minutes.

* Récemment amélioré, ce Beach Retreat est agréable, comme neuf et très propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. A une cuisine entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, couverts, casseroles, poêles, couteaux, mixeur, cuisinière / four, cafetière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur complet, grille-pain et presque tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour cuisiner et servir un excellent repas dans le confort de la maison. Comprend également une planche à repasser, un sèche-cheveux et des savons pour les mains.

* Laveuse et sécheuse sur place avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour laver vos vêtements comme vous le souhaitez, quand vous le souhaitez.

* Cette retraite de plage a sa propre terrasse pour la vie en plein air de style plage, comprend un barbecue à gaz sur place, une table d'appoint et des chaises avec de grands espaces communs et une bonne exposition au soleil

* TV avec chaînes cinéma, lecteur DVD, Internet sans fil haute vitesse sécurisé (WiFi) et lecteur de musique CD.

* L'équipement de plage comprend des serviettes, des chaises de plage, des parasols, une glacière et des jouets de sable

The host was available for answers in a timely manner. We felt welcomed. Having access to a beach umbrella, towels and boogey boards was a plus as we went to the beach each day.

Such a cute place! Stocked with tons of amenities like lots of beach gear available to use, portable crib, white noise machine, extra blankets, games, dvd’s to watch, books, dishes, pots and pans, and spices. It’s also in a great location; just a couple of blocks to the beach and right in the middle of restaurants and shopping! The only minor complaint I have is that the bathtub would fill up with water when taking a shower and was very slow to drain; it also seemed like it could’ve used a little deeper scrub. Again, very minor thing with the whole overall stay. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Great location

Straddles the area between Downtown Carlsbad and the beach making it all walkable. We never needed to use our car once we parked. We would stay here again next time we visit.

Best location

Our first mini vacation in Haustay was a blast! What a fantastic way to celebrate our Birthdays, Anniversary & Retirement in Carlsbad! Our condo unit is accessible to nearby restaurants, stores, & of course the beach! We are seniors & everything close is a big plus! Worth every cent

The location of the property in proximity to the beach and GOOD restaurants was fantastic. A short walk anywhere and the neighborhood felt very safe. The property was beautifully maintained, the apartment very clean and well decorated. The provided beach gear was a blessing - the boogey board in particular. We will book this property for future stays.

Loved the property! Location was perfect and loved that we were right next to Carlsbad Village and the beach was a five minute walk away. The moment you walk onto the property you are greeted with a beautiful and lush landscape and are shielded from the noise and bustle of the town around you. The condo is decorated very cute and was very clean. It was a perfect get away for my wife and I. Would recommend.

This is an easy 5+ star rating. Immaculately clean condo in a perfect location. Never took my car out of the (reserved) parking space because everything and anything is within an easy walk. The owners have installed two a/c units that get the place cool very quickly if it’s warm outside. Quiet neighbors, beautiful grounds… can’t really say enough good things about the unit, and I definitely look forward to returning.

A perfect get away

We took our son for his 10th bday trip. The location could not be topped. Walking distance to shops and eateries (and amazing coffee) and the beach. Had all the beach items we would need. A comfy bed for us and he slept on the pull out couch bed. We had a small kitchen which was all we needed. The neighbors were amazing. We had an incredible time. We made it to the zoo. Legoland. Solana beach, an amazing slot canyon hike minutes from solana and went to see the sea lions! Very great space!

A gem of a way to visit Carslbad

The unit was part of a complex just a block from the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The units surround a grass area with a gas grill which we used to cook dinner one night. Even though it was in the heart of the beach town, it was very quiet. All the other tenants were respectful of the after 10 quiet time.Having a designated covered parking spot was very convenient as the weekends get very busy. The owners were very kind and kept in touch to make sure we didn't have any questions. It was very clean and homey. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. We will definitely be staying again if they will have us! We can't emphasize what a great location it is.

We have stayed at the property many times including the Gage house and other apartments. You can’t do anything about it but the parking situation is poor. The security screen is anything but. There is a hole in the bottom that gives an indication that is all you have to do is take a hammer to and you could right through it. The lower left corner of the door the screw is coming out. When you leave there is no way to lock the door. The couch and occasional chair need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. The Roku cable is a poor choice, no Fox News where you can get a line up of popular hosts. The kitchen doors and drawers need replacement. The bathroom doors and drawers are literally falling apart. The shower head is not secure. It flops around. The next thing to happen is the tile will get cracked. The bed was great and the dinning set was great. We also loved the new windows.We will be back next year for a longer time.

Hi Scott, we are glad you loved the bed, windows, and the dining set and you want to come back next year. Weprovide a reserved covered parking spot which works for guests. The security screen we will be replacing this winter. The door is lockable via a secure smartlock. We will look into the chair and couch, however, we have not received any other complaints. The Roku has access to YouTubeTV which has access to Fox News. This is in the house manual. The shower head is secure, etc.

Carlsbad Convenience

The place was very clean and convenient to local restaurants and the beach. It had great amenities, including boogie boards, streaming service capabilities and Wi-Fi. While the A/C system was not ideal, the front door had a secure screen door that could be locked, and, when the bedroom window was open, there was great cross-ventilation. All in all, if we are ever in the area, we would stay here again.
