Pour maintenir l'hygiène et le confort de tous les invités et animaux de compagnie dans les appartements, nous utilisons un service de nettoyage spécialisé et recherchons un tarif forfaitaire pour les animaux de 50 $ par séjour (payez directement à Alex) Nous accueillons les animaux à l'intérieur et fournissons un bol d'eau, une serviette pour animaux de compagnie et un grand drap propre pour recouvrir le canapé ou le lit afin que les animaux puissent se reposer confortablement. Il y a une cour privée sécurisée pour chaque appartement ainsi qu'un jardin commun avec pelouse pour jouer aux animaux domestiques et faire la toilette. Nous avons une grande caisse de transport aérien disponible sans frais pour les animaux de compagnie qui aiment l'abri d'un environnement de type chenil. Un service de garde d'animaux à court terme dans les appartements est disponible gratuitement sur demande. Spacieux appartements lumineux de 2 chambres avec des prestations de luxe.

Very pet friendly they provide sheets to place over the furniture so your babies can snuggle with you.Alex is a very helpful and accommodating host with quick response times.

A great little gem, close to everything!!!

Alex and Metaxia were really great hosts and ensured we had everything we needed on arrival. The aircon was turned on prior to our arrival to ensure the apartment was cool on the hot day. The location was perfect and close to all the areas we needed to stay. Look forward to coming back.

A mediterranean inspired gem

What a beautiful set-up and a comfortable home away from home. Spacious mediterranean inspired villa with a great yard for our well behaved pooch. Thank you Alex for a lovely welcome and a most enjoyable 3-night stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Green Patch Mildura Villa 1 - Great Stay

The property was near where we needed to be, well appointed, clean and well-heated - we were there for a couple of cold days and the property manager met us there when we arrived and had the place warmed up for us, it was very welcoming. The contact with the property manager was excellent and they helped us with all queries in a timely and very helpful manner. Would highly recommend this property to other visitors to Mildura.

Green Patch Mildura

My partner and I were extremely happy with our stay at Green Patch Mildura. Alex was waiting for us in the driveway with the aircon on as it was a very hot day. We don’t get away often as we have 3 dogs but we were able to take them with us which was fantastic. The accommodation was perfect for us.Very clean and really comfortable. I will be highly recommending this lovely unit to anyone going to Mildura.

Clean Spacious and comfortable

Very welcoming comfortable and clean property with large rooms and plenty of space, 2 private outdoor areas, large lounge, well equipped kitchen, great beds and shower. had everything we needed for a relaxing week visiting family. Highest reccomendation given and we will be telling anyone we know goingto Mildura to check it out. Host was wonderful, met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome

Everything you need and lovely owners

My partner and I stayed for two nights with our two dogs. The unit was clean, comfortable and warm and is not far from shops and restaurants. Free Wifi available too. Most of all though the owners are lovely, nothing too much trouble and even offered us an afternoon check out at no extra charge because the unit wasn’t getting used that night. Could not ask for more really.

Excellent family accommodation

Our family of 5 and dog had plenty of room with our stay in Villa 4. The connected yard exclusive for use of Villa 4 was excellent for our dog. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. It more than coped with the 40+ degree day on the 2nd day of our stay and the 36+ degree day on the following day. The hosts were fabulous meeting us on arrival and upgrading us to the Villa 4 and going the extra mile with complimentary milk (and even sweet oranges in the fruit bowl) and pre-cooling the Villa on our day of arrival. Ample towels provided. The property is within walking distance to a major shopping centre and supermarkets and a short car trip into town centre. Thanks Alex and Metaxia for trouble free accommodation (not to mention arrangements for return of an item accidentally left behind.) We would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit to Mildura.
