Cette grande petite maison est sur le point de commencer sa prochaine incarnation et doit être agrandie et rénovée. Nous attendons actuellement de confirmer les dates de début et nous visons à minimiser les inconvénients si les travaux sont en cours à Noël. Cependant, si vous êtes prêt à tenter votre chance, vous serez les bienvenus.

En attendant, il offre 2 lits, une salle de bain, 2 terrasses et se trouve à 100 mètres de la plage. Comprend également un système de climatisation partagé, un barbecue, un starion d'amarrage et toutes les commodités et le confort de la maison (le wifi arrive). Pour maintenir les prix bas, nous demandons aux clients de fournir leurs propres draps, taies d'oreiller et serviettes. La literie est fournie.

Wonderful beach house

We loved our stay at surf beach. A great property with a fantastic deck and living spaces. Beautiful beaches and central location. A short drive to explore wonderful Phillip Island.

Great Stay

Lovely house with beautiful upper level deck, very clean and small walk to what feels like a private beach. Definitely recommend this house for a getaway. Communication with owners were great.

Beach beauty

Fantastic newly renovated comfotable with great kitchen facilities. Great deck for afternoon drinks or brekky. Short walk to beach and amazing sheerwaters returning to roost at sunset,just amazing. Comfy beds and well equipped throughout.

Wonderful beach house

My family of 4 stayed at Surf Beach for 7 nights and absolutely loved our stay! The house is literally meters from the beach and is fully renovated. We loved the top deck with sea views, as well as the little decks and back garden when the weather was cooler. The house has everything that you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Cameron was also very responsive and great with the communication.

Review surf beach property

Overall a very good experience and a great location. The biggest issue was the pillows, they were as hard as a rock and this is make and break for most people regarding a good night’s sleep. Don’t recommend these bamboo pillows when retning out a propert to other people.

Nice short stay

The house is cosy and in a great location. Just a stroll from Surf beach. The house is also very elegant. One little note about the beds. The sofa bed, which comes out almost like a double bed, is not too comfortable because of the springs in the mattress, and it is suitable for one person only and for a short period. The highlight is the roof terrace with sea views and beautiful feelings. It was delightful to sip a glass of wine and get the sea breeze during the sunset.

Beautiful little home near the beach

Super easy to follow instructions about accessing the property. The house was very clean and beautifully presented. The fire pit was a highlight for us on a nice clear night. Very short walk to the beach. Upstairs area is stunning with views all around. We will definitely be coming back!

Is amazing place and people so friendly and the bech so good and l love Philip Island to many palace

I just l like to be in same places like this l been many times for Motgp but l did looking arond just thw motgp but this times l want everywhere and is more places discovering and every times l go out l see new place l did seeing before and the next door told me same places and is great l will be back for sure the house so good every things is in the house and beautiful house l cqn be happy in thats and the price is great thank for the house owners late me be in his place and stayz what great job downing. We enjoyed everything about the property, it was cosy, clean, a good size and a great location. We loved walking the dog down the road to the beach. Access to Cowes was easy. The hosts were very responsive to questions and queries. We would highly recommend this property.

Cosy property in great location (but with a few shortcomings)

The surfies point house is a cute and cosy house in an amazing location on Phillip Island and we did enjoy our stay there. However, there were a few things that dampened our stay: - only after booking the property for a 5 night stay we were asked via email to provide all our own bedlinen , pillow covers and all towels. This is not mentioned on the property's amenities or description prior to booking. Not a big deal as such but we were planning to travel light given we only stayed 5 nights and had the car full with 4 people and a dog. That is a lot of bedding and towels to bring! - only after booking we were told that we had to do the full clean of the house before we left! We were asked to do the usual of putting all clean dishes away, wipe the kitchen down and do a general tidy plus also: vacuum and mop the whole house and clean the bathroom, toilet and fridge. - we used the oven once during our stay and found some old roast potatoes in it - not a nice find and goes to show that having a cleaner clean the property might be better for all involved than having guests do the cleaning themselves; we discarded of the potatoes (I think that's what it was) and cleaned the oven tray - during our cleaning of the house before we left we noticed that the house provided a vacuum and mop, but no bucket or floor cleaner. So we vacuumed and then used kitchen paper towels to wipe the floors as best as we could - the cold water kitchen tap handle came off when we first used it which is not a biggie but gave us a shock and I just want to mention it here as this is how we found it - the fridge was not clean when we arrived so we didn't go overboard in cleaning it before we left Overall we had a nice and relaxing stay but the above points should be addressed or at least be mentioned in the property's description so people are prepared before renting.

Loved the property, thought it was really good value for money. Very close to an amazing beach which you can dog walk before 10am and after 5pm. Have to bring your own linen and no wifi, but this keeps the price low. Pet friendly 😊

We had a really great stay at this great little house which is really just a few minutes walk to Surf Beach. The house has a lovely decor, beautiful art work, very comfortable beds and lounge room. The garden and deck are lovely. The garden is well fenced and perfect for small to medium dogs. The kitchen has everything you need. It could do with a decent stainless steel frypan as the non-stick ones are badly scratched. Altogether a really lovely place, with a great vibe and in such a beautiful location. Definitely recommend it for a family or couples getting away.
