La vallée dans laquelle se trouve la ferme a été comparée à un "Arrière-pays de Byron". Jusqu'à il y a 10 ans, "SOULitude Farm" était une ferme laitière pleine de caractère. Il est situé haut sur 10 acres, et c’est un joli cottage en bois massif avec 4 chambres à coucher (100ans) et il a été rénové avec goût et magnifiquement.

La maison se trouve dans une cour entièrement clôturée et est entourée de grands et luxueux frangipaniers, mûriers, orangers et bien établis.

En été, restez assis à l’extérieur pendant des heures, sentez la douce brise de mer du nord-est, inversement, passez l’hiver à lire un roman de vacances tout en sentant la chaleur du soleil d’hiver sur le pont couvert à l’avant, et bien sûr dégustez un vin rouge à côté du "cheminée bien chaude" plus tard dans la soirée.

* Peut-être flânez-vous dans le LUXE de votre propre ponton flottant privé doté de lits jumeaux, d'un toit couleur et de rideaux pare-soleil pour contrôler la chaleur de l'après-midi pendant que vous rattrapez une petite sieste ou lisez les Sunday Papers normalement avoir du temps pour.

Située au bout d'une route sans issue, la propriété est totalement privée et extrêmement silencieuse. Mais SOULitude n’est encore qu’à 4 minutes du petit village pittoresque de Hannam Vale, où vous pouvez vous procurer un capuccino, des provisions et de l’alcool, ou prendre un repas au café toute la semaine et au restaurant "Pop-Up" qui se tient le vendredi & Samedi soir.

Cette belle retraite est le week-end parfait ou une escapade à la campagne hebdomadaire. À seulement 300 km de Wahroonga, sur la rive nord de Sydney, il est facile 3. 25-3. 5 heures de route au nord sur l'autoroute.

Vous aurez probablement aussi l'occasion de rencontrer "Mr Butchy", notre très docile Butcher Bird, et de vous assurer de caresser les vaches. Regardez les canards et les wallabies se nourrir au crépuscule.

* Mais si vous êtes très silencieux et chanceux, vous pourrez peut-être rencontrer "Mr Percy", l'ornithorynque de notre quartier, dans notre Lily Fringed Pond.

Vous allez adorer l'intimité de cette retraite cachée. Le seul bruit que vous entendrez une fois que vous sortirez de la piste sera la conversation des vaches au loin et de la faune environnante.

Pour ceux d'entre vous qui ont des bébés à la fourrure, SOULitude est PET FRIENDLY et la maison donne sur le grand étang susmentionné bordé de nénuphars avec votre propre ponton flottant de luxe. C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour créer de merveilleux souvenirs de vacances.

Vous ne voudrez plus quitter ce coin de paradis, c’est la paix et la tranquillité que vous découvrirez ici. C'est vraiment du repos pour l'âme!

Vous cherchez plus que de la détente? - Explorez les vallées et les plages environnantes !!!

Dans la forêt domaniale de Lansdowne, il y a beaucoup à faire à SOULitude et dans les environs de Hannam Vale et des plages si vous souhaitez explorer. Cette vallée côtière est verte et luxuriante toute l'année, avec le luxe de posséder un riche sol volcanique combiné à l'une des plus fortes précipitations de l'état.

- Apportez vos vélos de montagne et parcourez les chemins de feu km et km de la forêt de l'État
- Faites flotter votre cheval sur toutes les pistes de brousse et promenades vierges au désert
- Partez en randonnée ou laissez simplement les enfants partir à la découverte.
- Surf de Port Macquarie qui se trouve juste au nord, à travers Old Bar au sud

Certaines des attractions locales incluent:
- Baignade à Waitui Falls, à une courte distance en voiture de la vallée.
- Diamond Head, Nth Haven et Harrington Beachs (10-20 minutes).
- Commander le village historique de Comboyne

- Caves locales, y compris la célèbre Cassegrain Winery.

Les villes balnéaires de Laurieton, Northhaven et Harrington, toutes à 10-20 min seulement, proposent Fish & Chips sur la côte, des restaurants, des pubs mignons et Laurieton a son cinéma historique pour regarder le dernier film. Et rappelez-vous que vous êtes à quelques minutes en voiture des centres régionaux en plein essor de Port Macquarie et de Taree.

The property is so beautiful we barely left the farm because it offers so much.The hosts David and Beth are so hospitable and made our stay really special. Just spent the long weekend at Soulitude with our family and partners and it was perfect. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and the outdoor bbq are is where we spent most of our time looking out over the area with our puppy, reading, taking in the views and playing games. We had a wonderful recent stay at SOULitude Farmstay. The home was beautifully appointed and had every creature comfort needed. The outdoor cabana with heater and fire pit was a great place to relax. We loved the outhouse bathroom, a real luxe experience with the rain shower and bathtub. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away in total peace.

Beautiful property that is perfect for families!

Thank you David for a wonderful stay. Our 3 children enjoyed swinging for hours under the tree and collecting oranges to eat. The area is gorgeous to explore- we’ll be back!

Absolutely incredible

An unbelievable property that we hope to return to every year. We got to reconnect with some old friends in the most beautiful environment. The board games were such a great touch as well. Cannot recommend this property enough and David and Beth as hosts were phenomenal!

We had an amazing weekend at Soulitude. Such a beautiful setting, so relaxing. Dave and Beth were amazing hosts, friendly and helpful in educating the kids about the animals, then stepped back and gave us peace to enjoy. Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Soulitude. The property is very relaxing with everything you need. Hosts were very warm and welcoming and we had a fabulous dinner at the Friday night pop-up restaurant in the local village of Hannam Vale. We only stayed 2 nights but next time will stay longer as we did not have enough time to enjoy everything this property has to offer. Also note when we booked the listing said BYO linen but all linen is provided so no need to bring anything.

Great Time

We visited Dave and Beth’s SOULitude Farm stays over the summer break and we could not have a better and more relaxing time. Dave and Beth are extremely welcoming and gracious hosts and showed us around the property and the animals. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We spent many evenings just taking in the outdoors and interacting with the animals from the lovely decked area. Our toddler especially loved Boots and Socks and our dog has had the time of her life sniffing around the property. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you

Peaceful, beautiful location and home. The mini cows being a highlight!

We are very grateful to both Beth and Dave for sharing their acreage with us. The traditional home was very comfortable and lovingly decorated. The surrounding gardens, fruit trees and pond evoke peace and tranquillity, which was only surpassed by the private bath within the rustic barn. Family meals and a nap were easily enjoyed in the outdoor pergola. However, meeting their friendly horses and hand feeding carrots to the gentle mini cows "Sox and Boots" was definitely a bonus.

Beautiful Oasis

Soulitude Farm was the perfect getaway for my friends and I. From the rolling fields of luscious grass and the animals, to the beautiful cottage itself, we loved this getaway from the beginning! With a fireplace, indoor/outdoor shower and bath, BBQ and a stocked pantry, we had everything we needed and more. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We visited Waitui Falls, drove to Delizioso for dinner one night in Laurieton and had lunch at Moorland cottage, all of which I can highly recommend. We loved staying at Soulitude Farm, it provided a peaceful escape from busy everyday life.

Country quiet relaxation

We were seeking some downtime just relaxing in a beautiful location. We certainly found it here and the dogs loved it. The farm house is so well appointed with everything and more you need. Beautiful covered outdoor entertaining area with fully equipped kitchen. Beth and Dave have thought of everything! The second bathroom is something else with a beautiful big bath to soak in and a shower with a difference. We will be back!

FABULOUS

We had the most fabulous time here. Dave and Beth have seriously thought of everything. It was definitely our home away from home. We had the best time staying on the property and there is no reason to leave but if you do there is so many amazing places to check out within 30 minutes we went to Waitui Falls, Harrington, Dunbogan and Billabong Zoo. If your thinking about booking, do it you won't regret it. And a tip woolworths deliver here! Also Kew Hotel has great food and a lovely vibe. Thanks again Dave and Beth for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Perfect Property

This was a beautiful property and we will definitely be back!! Stunning views and a beautiful peaceful location - aaah, the serenity!! So good for the soul - thank you SOULitude and Dave and Beth are the absolute perfect hosts. House was well-stocked with everything provided that you need for your stay. The home was very clean and lovingly cared for and stylishly decorated. Lots of wallabies on the property to watch. We loved it - it was exactly what we needed. Please note that if you take your fur-babies, the fenced house yard will not contain them. It is suitable for dogs that do not wander and will stick by your side and they do not want to get into the paddocks to play with the cows and horses or chase the wallabies :-)
